Apocalypse Gachapon

Chapter 1391: Betrayal

There was an instance when Li Daqian was very nervous.

When he saw the fireworks, he felt that Ye Zhongming was spoiling this feast and was even attacking Thousand Beast Villa. He would have charged if not for him being better at controlling battle beasts and not close combat.

I treated you as a brother, and you wanted to… Attack me?

The other countrymen were stunned. Although Ye Zhongming was famous for being vicious, he was reasonable. Why did he suddenly do this? What did he want to do?

There were many people here. Although Cloud Peak was strong, they weren’t strong enough to go against so many, right? Did he want to anger everyone?

Even Deacon Water opened her mouth and hesitated. Should she agree if Ye Zhongming was targeting Thousand Beast Villa and asked her to help?

The fireworks exploded, and two groups of people were the first to move.

The first were the female guards. One was the 50 apes that Los Alamos and Guancheng Chun’s lab had modified.

After he released the firework, Ye Zhongming started to retreat. He wasn’t quick, but he did so at an orderly speed. Xia Bai and the five were around him. They backed off toward the female guards to gather together.

“Ye Zhongming, you…” Li Daqian stood up. He said a few words. He noticed the needle in his hands shaking. He was caught off guard, and the purple equipment flew from his hands.
He turned, and he was filled with shock.

That was a purple equipment. It was the strongest equipment that evolved could own now. This was the best as long as a seven-colored equipment wasn’t confirmed!

If anything happened and the needle was stolen, although Thousand Beast Villa could afford to compensate, they would still be badly damaged.

With their ability to kill level nine lifeforms, only that large beast pool equipment was purple.

When Li Daqian saw where the needle flew to, his eyes were filled with disbelief. They then turned cold.

The purple equipment flew towards Mr Wen. This person, who was his friend in peacetime, raised his hand and called the equipment over. He passed the two gold pieces to the Los Alamos lab person with his other hand.

Li Daqian understood what had happened.

He looked toward Ye Zhongming, who had retreated and knew both sides weren’t together. He had just realized that something wasn’t right. If not, he wouldn’t have retreated and would have attacked him.

At this moment, the others knew this had nothing to do with Cloud Peak. The 50 apes that were battling each other started to charge at the crowd.

This feast was divided into two parts. On the left were a few dozen large factions, each table seating six to seven people. Some tables had only three to four people.

There were many tables on the right. Each faction only had two seats at the table and there were ten ten-people tables.

Two tables belonged to the foreigners. Moreover, due to this battle, Los Alamos members and some from the previous few factions were standing close by. There were over 30 of them, just slightly less than half of the Chinese.

When Los Alamos’s thirty mutated apes charged over with the few people from the lab, they dashed toward the Chinese, who were in chaos.

At the same time, some explosions rang in a few parts of Thousand Beast Villa. Mutated beasts started to cry and roar. Black smoke rose, and deep within the villa, a bunch of flying lifeforms rose into the sky and gave off restless cries.

Thousand Beast Villa was in chaos instantly.

The female guards, who had strong equipment and huge strength and were ready because of Ye Zhongming’s hand signal, dashed over at their fastest speed. They were less than a thousand meters from Ye Zhongming.

His firework was intended to ask his subordinates to rush over, but it also signaled the start of this plot, which was ironic to him.

“Wen Yan! Guancheng Chun!” Li Daqian spat out two names.

Thousand Beast Villa members had already surrounded him to protect him.

Mr Wen, who was standing behind his own people and the few foreigners, smiled with disdain.

“Friend, you have fallen behind. You are too stubborn.”

At this point, there was no need to talk about the reason for the betrayal. All that was left was to see if Thousand Beast Villa could retreat fully or turn the tides on Pin Palace.

The feast was divided into four parts. One was Cloud Peak, which had retreated and was about to gather fully. Another was Li Daqian and the few dozen country factions that had gathered together. The third was Mr Wen, the Los Alamos lab, and foreign lab researchers. The final group was the most chaotic, which was the others in the Chinese region.

“Just these?” Apocalypse Loner’s Jiu Long was arrogant. He saw the mutated ape that had a giant tumor on its head running over slowly. He raised his hand, and a red light shone.

This was his skill- air slash. He would condense space and release it using his strength to deal explosive damage.

Those tumor apes were only level three. They were able to defend the attack of a seven-star evolved, and a group of them exploded. Their bodies blew up like balloons.

One more attack would be able to clear the apes. But after the first group exploded, Li Daqian, Deacon Water, and even Jiu Long retreated.

A thick green poison spread in the sky. You could smell the stench from far away, and it would make one weak and dizzy.

The people who plotted against Thousand Beast Villa attacked the core members of this meeting. Their plot officially unfolded.
