Forcing Me to Be a Godly Tycoon, Right?

Chapter 1007: Chapter 402: A Special Date with Zhang Yuqi! (Long Chapter)

Zhang Jingdong tried hard to pull his gaze back, spread his hands, and teased, ”What do you think, am I handsome or not?”

Only then did Zhang Yuqi snap back to reality, and she was immediately amused.

”Alright, you are indeed pretty handsome, even more than yesterday!”

”But people say that men are at their handsomest when working, and you actually think I wasn’t as handsome yesterday as today?”

Zhang Yuqi blinked her beautiful eyes, ”You were handsome yesterday too, but you were in the office then, so you were somewhat reserved. Now you’re noticeably more relaxed.”

”At least yesterday, you wouldn’t have said something like this to me.”

Zhang Jingdong laughed heartily, ”Okay, since you praised me as handsome, let me be honest, you’re much more beautiful today than yesterday!”

Zhang Yuqi immediately protested, ”I praised you for being handsomer than yesterday, but you say that I’m much more beautiful today than yesterday? That’s not a fair compliment! You’re even implying that I wasn’t good-looking at all yesterday!”

Zhang Jingdong pouted, ”But you really weren’t good-looking at all yesterday!”

”Wha...what?”

Upon hearing this, Zhang Yuqi’s mischievous nature instantly showed a bit, ”Are you sure? Then why did you ask me out yesterday?”

”Because even though you weren’t good-looking, you’re still very beautiful!”

Zhang Yuqi immediately realized that she had been teased by this guy.

She cast him a sideways glance, ”Hmph...you’re something else...still the boss, not composed at all!”

Although that’s what Zhang Yuqi said, inside she gradually relaxed.

Because she discovered that Zhang Jingdong is very easy to connect with personally.

The most critical part is, she can sense now that Zhang Jingdong has feelings for her.

And Zhang Jingdong was also enchanted by Zhang Yuqi’s coy yet pretty manner, and then he laughed heartily, ”Alright, get in the car. We’re going to the riverside for photos now.”

With that, he slightly turned his body and made an inviting gesture.

Zhang Yuqi bit her lip corner, gave him a charming glance, and got into the car.

After she settled down, Zhang Jingdong nimbly got into the car and sat across from her.

Long Yue glanced in the rearview mirror, made some skillful maneuvers, and the car quickly vanished from its original location.

Along the way, neither Zhang Jingdong nor Zhang Yuqi talked much, but Zhang Jingdong deliberately kept watching Zhang Yuqi.

Zhang Yuqi initially blushed a little but soon became indifferent.

Whenever he stared at her for more than three minutes, she’d glance at him sideways, then Zhang Jingdong would chuckle and turn his head away.

However, within a minute, he’d resume watching her, and Zhang Yuqi would again glance sideways at him after three minutes.

Along the way, they repeated this cycle, enjoying each moment immensely.

Though Zhang Jingdong hadn’t spoken a word, he managed to bring a bashful yet stunning smile to Zhang Yuqi’s face.

The car gradually slowed down by the roadside at this point.

Zhang Jingdong turned to look outside and said, ”We’re here, let’s get out.”

He opened the car door and stepped out.

Instead of walking away, he extended his hand towards Zhang Yuqi at the car door: ”Careful with the step!”

Zhang Yuqi pausing slightly, then got up, blushing, and placed her hand on his as she exited the car.

”Congratulations, Host, on successfully making physical contact with the target character, reward: 100,000 yuan!”

Zhang Jingdong knew he could occasionally seize opportunities and test her boundaries with him, but not act in haste.

Therefore, after she steadied herself, he naturally let go of her hand.

Initially, Zhang Yuqi was afraid that Zhang Jingdong would hold onto her hand and not release it, but realizing he was quite gentlemanly, she silently added points to her impression of him.

Leading her for about seven or eight minutes, Zhang Jingdong arrived at Riverfront Park.

At that moment, Zhang Jingdong glanced around, took out a camera from his bag, and said to Zhang Yuqi, ”Go over by that rock and pose like you usually do for photos.”

Zhang Yuqi originally thought a professional photographer would take her pictures, but unexpectedly it was him personally.

She instantly felt today might be a playful outing rather than an interview.

She felt somewhat conflicted.

Because she primarily wanted a suitable job right now.

Though knowing she might gain more by being favored by Zhang Jingdong, her innate disposition didn’t want to be merely a trophy, as it made her feel insecure.

However, she understood that rejecting Zhang Jingdong now would mean the contract with his company would be a no-go.

With that thought, she obediently moved near the rock and struck a simple pose.

With his lens focused, Zhang Jingdong started directing, ”Tilt your head up a bit more.”

Zhang Yuqi paused briefly, then complied.

”Good... make your arms more natural... great!”

”Don’t bend your legs, stand straight... excellent!”

”Your expression is too spaced out, focus more, look at that big banyan tree in the distance... perfect!”

”Click click click...”

Zhang Jingdong pressed the shutter three times consecutively.

Then he looked at the results.

Instantly, Zhang Yuqi amazed him once again.

Truly, a star is born for the camera, incredibly photogenic!

Zhang Yuqi noticed Zhang Jingdong’s astonishment and curiously asked, ”How is it, am I photogenic?”

With a smile, Zhang Jingdong nodded, ”More than photogenic, your face is practically made for the stars!”

Upon hearing this, Zhang Yuqi’s heart warmed.

She swiftly walked over, ”Let me see!”

Then Zhang Jingdong offered the camera to her.

Taking the camera, Zhang Yuqi was stunned by her own beauty captured in the lens at first glance!

Despite knowing she’s attractive, she never imagined looking so stunning in photos!

Oh... wait, she had taken quite a few pictures before, but none were this flattering.

Could it be...

Zhang Yuqi examined the photo carefully again, noticing it had a clear artistic feel compared to her previous ones, and her demeanor appeared exceptionally natural.

At first, she thought Zhang Jingdong was pretentious when directing her, but now she realized his photography skills are truly remarkable.

She praised, ”You really captured me beautifully, did you formally study photography?”

”Congratulations, Host, on receiving sincere praise from the target character, reward: 200,000 yuan!”

Casually, Zhang Jingdong said, ”I haven’t studied, all my techniques are self-taught.”

”Truthfully, my first fortune was made from taking pictures.”
