Journey of the Fate Destroying Emperor

Chapter 1945: The Emperor Pathʼs Revival (I)

Before entering her retreat, Wu Hong had one more thing in her schedule. According to the previous plan, this retreat would be short, and afterward, she would replace the second avatar to continue the array repair while the latter attended the sermon. But now, Wu Hong realized she needed a third avatar, so she created one.

”Main body,” Avatar 2 bowed.

Wu Hong nodded. ”You know what to do?”

”One thing: can I spread the Quasi-Saint Method? I feel itʼs not a bad idea to gather some Transcendent Luck. Although we wonʼt rely on it, having a bit more is not necessarily a bad thing.

”Go ahead,” Wu Hong replied. It wasnʼt a bad idea to test out the spread of the Quasi-Saint Realm in this timeline and perfect it before spreading it in the Primordial Timeline.

”What about the other Holy Lands?”

”You have full authority to deal with them.”

”Excellent.” The avatar bowed, then teleported away, returning to the Holy Land.

”Saintess, youʼve finally arrived,” the Holy Lord rushed over as soon as he received a summons.

”Has everything been prepared?”

”If youʼre talking about the Hope Dao Tablets, we are still transferring our records into them. If you mean the sermon, then yes, itʼs all prepared.”

Wu Hong nodded, her mind preoccupied by how to proceed with the sermon. She opened her mouth to give an order when she realized she had overlooked something. ”How do you acquire your Heaven Will?”

”Oh, there are 81 blessed lands that give birth to them.”

Wu Hong squinted. There is only one entity that can give birth to Heaven Wills: Grand Dao. But this timelineʼs Grand Dao should have already been destroyed.

”So, itʼs not completely gone?” Wu Hong thought. The only other explanation was that the original Grand Dao—the one from the Primordial Timeline—was still operating after the branch was annihilated; however, such an explanation made sense for too many reasons. There were too many timelines, and destroying one was inconsequential. And as Lady Ai said, after Three Virtueʼs fate rebellion, the worth of this timeline was drastically reduced.

”The remnants of Grand Dao may not be a bad thing for me,” Wu Hong thought. This news had inspired her about what kind of array to enact, and also how to possibly escape this timeline.

”Is something the matter?” the Holy Lord asked.

”No. How many of those blessed lands are there?”

”81. We occupy 72 of them, and the Xu Clan controls the rest.”

”Thatʼs not many.”

”Our records say there used to be hundreds of them, maybe even thousands. But for now, thatʼs what we have to go with.”

”Letʼs see if we can change that.”

”Saintess, can you build blessed lands?”

”Of course not, but the revival of the Emperor Pathʼs Destiny should give birth to more.”

For some reason, the Holy Lord exhaled in relief. The Saintess was too powerful, and it would truly be Heaven-Defying if she could create artificial Blessed Lands.

”Here,” Wu Hong threw him a talisman. ”Have someone build these arenas according to these exact details. It must be done before the sermon is finished.”

”No problem.”

”And give me the Emperor List.”

”Oh, okay.”

Despite her arrival, Wu Hong spent 3 years studying the Emperor List before finally showing up for the sermon. The location was a mountain near the Holy Land, divided into four sections. Wu Hong — the preacher — was in the front, facing the crowd. On her right sat the Peal Masters, Elders, and Elite Disciples of the Holy Land; on the left were the visitors, mainly from the other two Holy Lands, the Xu Clan, and other powerful and noteworthy cultivators.

Finally, the last section contained 3800 cushions where the most elite Emperor Cultivators were chosen to attend the sermon. Of course, since this event was so crucial to the Emperor Path, this was not the full scale. Across the other continents and even all the territory under the Holy Land, there were Image Transmission Arrays to broadcast the sermon.

Wu Hong arrived and calmly sat down on the golden cushion. ”Sit,” she said, her voice transmitted across countless worlds. She did not show up by releasing an aura or demonstrating her power. Still, that simplicity captivated everyone; her body radiated a natural charm in perfect harmony with the world. Thousands of people followed her order and sat down.

”Before we begin, letʼs remove some of the pests.” Wu Hong pointed into the void and released a dozen magic circles. A couple of dozen small beads flew from the void into her palm, and she casually crushed them. No one reacted, but that was only on the surface. The Xu Clan Heir, the True Qi Path Holy Landʼs Saintess, and the Five Element Harmony Holy Landʼs Saint Son glanced at each other, unable to hide the shock in their eyes. However, they swiftly controlled themselves, pretending they didnʼt know anything.

”I am Wu Hong, the Divine Seal Empress, and today, I shall preach about the Emperor Path from the Emperor Realm to the Quasi-Saint Realm.”

Boom!

The space around the mountain trembled as countless people accidentally lost control of their auras. They looked at her, mouths agape, for a few seconds before a brave soul dared to ask: ”S-Saintess, have you perhaps misspoke?”

”No, I havenʼt,” Wu Hong calmly stated. ”Now, calm down, as Iʼll begin. The Emperor Realm is…”

Many people were skeptical of her words; some even believed it was a ruse—a ploy to create prosperity for the Emperor Path artificially. But Wu Hong didnʼt give them time to think; they could only focus and listen. And that was the wise choice.

From the beginning, Wu Hong did not mince words and preached how to condense both the Dao Sea and the Dao Body. Her sermon covered everything: cultivation, battle techniques, and even utilization of the Grandmist World. The only thing she did not mention was the ChronoSpirit. This timelineʼs River of Time was gone, making time travel extremely challenging. More importantly, Wu Hong knew that when an Emperor Cultivator died, the Red Cloud would target them directly in Limbo; only a few could fight off the invasion and return to the world of the living.

Wu Hongʼs objective is not just to spread her cultivation technique, but to revive the Emperor Path. As such, she also focused on aspects that truly made Emperors unique. So, she began with their techniques. Unbeknownst to them, the people of this world were heavily influenced by the Qi Paragon Path, which meant their techniques also relied heavily on the Dao Sea. In this sermon, Wu Hong showed them that their primary focus should always be the Grand Dao Source, and everything else is secondary.

Secondly, she introduced them to one of the key factors that contributed to the Emperor Pathʼs dominance: Energy Resistance. The Dao Sea can hold all Qi, but the Dao Body can be trained to resist all Qi. Emperors have used this ability across countless timelines to dominate other paths.

After energy resistance, Wu Hong introduced them to the Battle Taboo Realm and the True Power Dao Realm. All life that has flesh has the [Inner Gates], and like the people of the Primordial Timeline, the people of this world also had two gates.

From the Emperor Realm to the Paragon Realm, Wu Hong spoke clearly and in great detail. For the Primal stage, she didnʼt spend too much time. The truth is, this timeline had better development of the Primal Stage, especially in their understanding of the Source Qi Space. However, Wu Hong preached about mastering the Grand Dao Source as a construct, once again pushing these cultivators to prioritize the Dao over any Qi.

Finally, it was time for what everybody was waiting for. The visitors, especially from the Holy Land, believed with all their hearts that this was nothing but a stunt. The sermon was truly terrifying; everybody could see how powerful these Emperor cultivators would become after today. However, they remain hopeful and confident of the future because of one simple truth: they were the only ones who could become Quasi-Saints.

Unfortunately, their belief was nothing but a dream—an illusory concept they had imagined. Without stopping or missing a beat, Wu Hong began preaching about the process of building a Tier 2 Microsystem and entering the Quasi-Saint Realm. She demonstrated it step by step, even revealing her own cultivation in the process.

Boom!

An intense aura spread everywhere from the right side. Wu Hong turned her eyes, and to her surprise, Han Guo had started her breakthrough. And this was just the beginning: the Battle Peak Master and the Holy Lord soon followed.

Wu Hong frowned before sending a message to the others: ”Those three are fine, but the rest of you should suppress yourselves for a while; your foundation is not steady enough.” The other Peak Masters and elders listened to her and suppressed their excitement.

Wu Hong nodded before focusing on the three. ”Their foundations are solid, but they are still lacking a bit of destiny. In that case, let me help you.”
