: Ratio and Robin’s activities—miHoYo really went all out for Penacony.

: How am I supposed to endure tonight?

: Wait, isn’t there a master as well?

: Huh?

...

Just as fans were reluctant to leave, after a brief blackout, a playful whistle sounded, signaling the Stellet of a new video.

The audience had no idea that this short PV would make this day a global sleepless night!

----------------------------

Amid the excited gazes of countless people, a rhythmic whistle sounded.

Accompanied by crisp finger snaps.

On the screen, Aventurine flamboyantly ran his fingers across his hat, adjusted his outfit, and flipped a coin.

The spotlight focused on Aventurine, with the setting forming a circular stage in the background.

Stelle and Aventurine stood to the left and right, striking poses at each other.

A cheerful sound burst forth!

The opening rhythm, with its strong sense of tempo, made the audience nod their heads involuntarily.

Even more delightful, the two figures at the center of the stage began dancing.

Due to the casting choice of the protagonist, Stelle’s dance was slightly altered to appear more formal and stylish, compensating for the absence of traditional dance in this world.

Meanwhile, Aventurine, clad in luxurious attire, swayed his body to the rhythm, oozing flamboyant charm.

...

: This... is this something we should even be watching?

: This intro is so good, what is this? Is this the OP?

: Seems like Honkai Stelle Rail is really opening the new Chapter!

: Beautiful, beautiful, it’s absolutely amazing!

: OMG, Aventurine, how can you dance so well?

: Stelle looks so handsome; what’s going on? She’s like a big heartthrob now!

...

The unexpected entrance and the rhythmic music got the audience so excited they started moving along to the beat.

”Outside the car window, the night; shining with brilliance.”

”Don’t forget, close your eyes; only then will you awaken.”

As the opening singing voice emerged, the scene transitioned.

Sitting in a convertible were the siblings, Sunday and Robin, elegant and majestic, with Robin blending into the background while sipping wine.

As if inviting everyone to join the party, Misha, Gallagher, Sparkle, and Black Swan made their entrances one after another, accompanied by the singing.

At the same time, more details of Penacony were revealed.

Luxurious, intoxicating cars and neon lights, extravagant and enchanting.

The ’adorable’ Clockie peeked out in one frame, making fans unable to take their eyes off the screen, eager to replay it a hundred times.

The next second, the rhythm abruptly shifted.

A gentle melody filled everyone’s ears.

Holding a sparkler and laughing joyfully, Firefly spun around in Stelle’s frame.

Her innocent demeanor gave fans the impression of an innocent schoolgirl unaware of the world.

...

: Ahhh, such a handsome uncle! And this white-haired little boy! Adorable, adorable! So many new characters!

: There are so many characters in Penacony!

: Sparkle is so cute! I’m officially her devoted fan!

: Black Swan, Black Swan, Black Swan!

: Who is this girl holding the sparkler? OMG! That smile is so healing!

: Absolutely, that scene was stunning, such a ’white moonlight’ vibe!

: Hehe, Stelle and the pretty ladies, hehe, girls supremacy!

...

The bullet comments went wild.

”Memory is the prologue of dreams, scars concealed, yesterday still lingers.”

”Time patiently waits for you to awaken.”

”Take me away.”

One scene after another unfolded, and with a tempting whisper, the rhythmical, hypnotic drumbeat reached its peak.

”Don’t shatter again, don’t wither again.”

”Keep indulging, looping in yourself.”

”Savor the eternal flavor, another dream of that night to come.”

Even the captivating male vocals seamlessly blended into the rhythm.

The leaping beats resembled the ticking of a clock.

With the music, the clockwork boy Misha sprinted past clockie’s statue, leaving behind the brightly lit modern skyscrapers.

Above the luxurious Penacony, a dreamy floating whale soared.

Golden streams of SoulGlad burst forth one after another. Billboards, slot machines, and scattering coins adorned Penacony.

As the camera flashed between scenes, a man in a suit stood in a bustling street, while a chef exuded an air of confidence.

In a twisted space, Himeko stood serenely.

A giant March 7th stood in the middle of a city, dwarfing buildings like mere toys.

These completely surreal visuals combined into a stunning video.

Even though Penacony hadn’t been aired yet, the surreal dreamlike absurdity was vividly portrayed.

...

: OMG, this reeks of vintage vibes from the last century.

: That vibe is just indulgence and decadence, which fits perfectly with dreams—looks like Honkai Star Rail is going all out with Penacony!

: This singing is incredible, playing it in the concert would be epic!

: Starting with a luxurious metropolis and transitioning to a distorted dream—it’s so cool!

: That scene with Himeko was absolutely stunning!

...

Just as the audience was captivated by this magnificent scene, the song reached its climax.

”The more falsehoods, the more perfection!”

”Dreams take hold, fading away!”

With an explosive singing voice, Sam unfurled his radiant wings, charging forward in a fierce assault!

Regardless of gender, countless people felt their hearts torn apart by this moment.

In the rapid strike, aside from Sam, all the surrounding original figures were blurred into chaos.

Bolts of lightning and flashes of blade light fell one after another. Sam weaved and dodged through the gleaming slashes.

The camera zoomed in, and at this moment, the audience finally saw the source of the blade slashes—it was Acheron!

With an expressionless face, she swung a red blade slash downward.

Sam raised both hands defensively as if intending to confront death itself head-on.

A violent explosion erupted.

”One blink, and the reverse begins. The next act, that night’s dream, we meet again.”

The lyrics reached their final verse.

Stelle leaped high into the sky, her right hand glowing brilliantly as she struck the camera with immense force.

After a flicker, a towering trash can and a massive Sampo were shown throwing colossal punches at each other.

Then, a hum resounded.

A series of images flashed by.

The Stelle sat atop a building, turning around, the silhouette behind them dissolving into light and fading away.

Acheron stood silently, and Sam disappeared into darkness.

Stelle danced with the Clockwork Boy, striking a stylish pose at the final tick of the music.

In just over two minutes of video, the audience erupted into cheers.

And with that, the livestream finally came to an end.

...

: My brain is completely fried! The amount of information in these scenes is insane!

: Will Acheron really fight the Stellaron Hunters!?

: What’s with the giant trash can and massive Sampo? Seriously, what even...

: So this is the dreamland where people can dream? Right from the start, it’s all absurd and surreal.

: Let me watch it again! Damn it, why did the livestream end?

: Don’t worry, folks! The official site has uploaded the OP separately! It’s titled ”Sleepless Night!”

: Looks like tonight will really be a sleepless night.

...

After the livestream ended, they rushed to watch the ”Sleepless Night” video on the official website.

Because with the first OP, Interstellar Journey, viewers found that many lyrics and character visuals matched perfectly when revisiting the Xianzhou arc.

Now, during ”Sleepless Night,” viewers began piecing together connections even while watching.

With repeated viewings of the MV, the excellent music and visuals sparked lively discussions across various forums.

Acheron and Sam were naturally hot topics.

However, the newcomer Firefly, a character introduced out of nowhere, captivated many just by appearing with a sparkler in hand in the MV.

Firefly exuded a pure aura, which resonated with words like: beauty, white moonlight, innocence, and kindness.

This aura quickly made Firefly incredibly popular.

But as fans delved deeper into the lyrics and visuals, a sense of unease began to spread.

Phrases like ”last taste,” ”eternal flavor,” and ”the next act, that night’s dream, we meet again,”

along with the corresponding characters in the MV, were laden with ominous undertones.

Of course, fans consoled themselves that these were merely guesses.

After all, based on how Penacony’s plot seemed to be heading, it revolved around factional conflicts. Who was the antagonist, and who might face tragedy, remained unclear.

If it turned out to be Aventurine who met his end, that would be a relief for fans.

Though attractive, the groundwork laid by the story had left Aventurine with a poor reputation online.

However, not long after, someone posted a screenshot on Witter.

It captured the moment when the Stelle turned back atop the building, and the figure behind her faded away.

The screenshot froze the figure halfway through their disappearance. Judging by the attire and silhouette, the fading figure seemed to be Firefly!
