I just wanted you to make a movie: You made a Honkai Star Rail movie

The episode The Crown of the Mundane and Divine ends with an explosive climax.

Even so, viewers did not leave, fervently discussing the upcoming plot.

Meanwhile, Xia Wen watching the broadcast clicked his tongue.

”This is just the beginning.”

Penacony’s promotional material is endless.

For the next week, he has already prepared for an overwhelming wave of teasers!

-----------------------

In the screening room, many staff members were also engaged in a heated discussion.

”The boss’s ability to shape characters is getting stronger and stronger.”

”To think that such a short span of time could create two such distinct personalities.”

Furina’s eyes sparkled with admiration, her tone full of reverence.

Ever since coming to Mihoyo, she felt her own skills had significantly improved.

After filming Fyxestroll Garden episode, the audience’s reactions made Furina swell with pride.

But after watching this episode’s content, Furina immediately felt dejected again.

”For this kind of character development, I don’t know how long it’ll take me to learn it. If nothing else, maybe I should ask the boss to let me play a role myself, experience it firsthand. That might help me grasp it.” Furina, troubled, rubbed her small chin and murmured to herself.

”Well, at least you can understand it, Furina. I’m not the same. I can barely make sense of it.” March 7th grumbled from the side.

Furina couldn’t help but chuckle, ”Then you should follow Ratio’s prescription and take your ’medicine’ properly.”

”You—don’t make fun of me!” March 7th put her hands on her hips and spoke with a pout.

”Alright, alright, let me explain. These characters may seem simple. Ruan Mei is a genius without humanity, while Ratio is a scholar who cares about ordinary people.”

”Labeling them is easy, but using the plot and content to flesh out the characters is the hardest part.”

As Furina explained, the thought alone gave her a headache.

”Not to mention, behind the simple characters, there must be something for the audience to deeply uncover.”

”That alone is very challenging!”

Furina spoke while taking a bite of a small cake nearby. She chewed and continued, ”If the performance is too profound, ordinary viewers won’t understand.”

”If it’s too shallow, it lacks depth and meaning.”

”Take Ratio as an example—just making him a bit tsundere and showing concern for his subordinates could easily express his character.”

”But the boss didn’t do that!”

”The boss first introduced a foil in Ruan Mei, then executed two reversals through the Duke of Ever Flame Mansion’s conspiracy.”

”Only later, when viewers discovered the connection between the ’disappearances’ at the space station and Ratio, did they fully grasp his well-intentioned motives, leaving a deep impression.”

”Moreover, with Ruan Mei’s plot, the contrast between the true genius and the mundane genius brought out philosophical elements, engaging viewers in thought.”

As Furina spoke, her eyes revealed a trace of admiration, ”This kind of interwoven storytelling, conveying three layers of meaning in a single episode, even surpasses the dual-plot lines of Xianzhou. The boss is truly incredible!”

”Hehe, even though I still don’t fully get it. But the boss is the best!” March 7th chuckled foolishly, chiming in.

Just as Furina and March were discussing.

At this moment, viewers who had finished watching the episode were also having fervent discussions online.

Beyond the excellence of the plot and characters, what fans cared about most was the direction of Penacony.

This was the most faction-heavy arc of the Honkai Star Rail series to date.

It also featured numerous new characters who had never appeared before.

The discussion was reaching unprecedented levels of enthusiasm.

Under the Mihoyo topic, there was an interesting ranking.

”As per usual, before the main episode starts, there’s always a side story from Myriad Celestia Trailer. What do fans like to see the most?”

Among the options, the highest-voted was, ”An epic prelude like the History of the Xianzhou.”

”Of course, something akin to The Comprehensive History of Xianzhou.”

”Whether it’s about the Garden of Recollection or theGalaxy Rangers or instead about the Masked Fools, creating any of these would be a masterpiece!”

”I’m curious about the connection between the Galaxy Rangers and the Trailblazers. I want to see how this faction carries out their mission of exploration.”

”Currently, we can discern more details about paths from the factions of the Aeons. Any one of them would be amazing!”

”Alternatively, Penacony’s history could also work. It might even feature character previews similar to the High-Cloud Quintet.”

Aside from the anticipation for Myriad Celestia Trailer.

Fans were particularly curious about Penacony’s direction.

So far, Honkai: Star Rail had released two long arcs.

Belobog and Xianzhou, both progressing step by step.

Plot direction, antagonists, and conclusions.

Fans could only rely on the pacing of previous episodes to speculate.

...

: A lot of the anticipated content might be included in Myriad Celestia Trailer. The first episode could lay the foundation.

: The antagonist is also worth looking forward to. With five major factions converging, even one Emanator might not suffice to create such a crisis.

: The Honkai: Star Rail brought out the Grand Duke Inferno through the latest episode, and The Destruction might once again become Penacony’s big villain.

: Previously, what was shown was just one person, but the Grand Duke Inferno has an entire faction.

: I want to see rivers of blood!

: And most importantly, looking at this buildup, most are parachuted characters, no other series can keep me interested anymore.

: Hahaha, exactly, damn, as long as they don’t release character PVs like the High-Cloud Quintet, no one can hurt us.

: In fact, brothers are even more eager for the knife to fall on IPC figures like Aventurine.

: Except for Topaz!

: The leaderboard-buying fanboys are here again.

...

The comments are hilarious.

Xia Wen reading the comments was also quite amused.

”These little fans are still too naive.”

”Who told you I’m going to place those heavyweight Myriad Celestia Trailer’s before the first episode? Ha ha ha.”

Xia Wen couldn’t help but let out his iconic sinister laugh similar to the Grand Elder of the Soul Hall.

The content for the first episode of Penacony was very clear, and the two knifes in it were shocking enough.

There’s no need for any prelude at all.

The more mysterious the earlier parts, the greater the impact the first episode will have on the audience.

MiHoYo still can’t strike hard? What a joke.

Fans will soon know whether MiHoYo’s blade is still sharp.

And this is different from the Xianzhou Arc.

The PV release before the first episode of Penacony must be restrained.

Otherwise, the suspenseful and brain-burning atmosphere in the entire first half of Penacony will be diminished.

Xia Wen tapped his fingers on the table.

He had already finalized the upcoming release plan.

Next week, there would only be two short PVs.

The Grand Duke Ifrit’s PV, and one more.

High-value Myriad Celestia Trailer like Interstellar Travel and Memories of a Beautiful Dream would only be shown after the first episode.

This way, the foreshadowing quality of the main plot won’t be wasted, and the audience can still uncover the hidden history.

The coming days.

For fans, it would be quite a tormenting time.

The strong sense of anticipation made fans spend almost every day online at a high intensity.

Naturally, Honkai: Star Rail’s global popularity also skyrocketed.

Almost every unique tag dominated the charts in different regions.

Globally, platforms and media alike were being dominated by Honkai: Star Rail.

Even before airing, its popularity had already reached new heights.

If the previous month still had doubts about Honkai: Star Rail from various regions, then after consistently topping the charts for over a month since Xianzhou, MiHoYo was already being called the new leader and a top performer in the entertainment industry.

Such a phenomenon naturally stirred up the entertainment circle.

From riding the wave of popularity to blatant imitation and plagiarism, it was everywhere.

There were even industry bigwigs claiming that Honkai: Star Rail’s sci-fi framework would be the most popular theme in the next decade.

As long as it could be imitated, one could make a fortune! Even though Honkai: Star Rail’s label was space comedy and sci-fi, projects of a similar kind were suddenly everywhere.

Sci-fi fantasy settings, which weren’t particularly hot markets globally, suddenly became coveted.

As long as one brought Honkai: Star Rail to investors, they could definitely secure funding.

In today’s declining entertainment industry, with little funding flowing in, this situation is nothing short of a miracle.

Under such growing hype.

On Tuesday, MiHoYo’s official website, the long-awaited Myriad Celestia Trailer and the first for Penacony was broadcasted.

Myriad Celestia Trailer — ”A Night of Ever-Flame: Scene 33”

...

: It’s here, it’s here! MiHoYo, the precision timing of the nation’s youth!

:Do you know how I’ve spent the past two days? I was almost dying from waiting!

: Who’s the girl on the cover? Another new character? She’s so beautiful!

: This seems to be a Myriad Celestia Trailer related to the Duke Inferno!

:As expected! The Grand Duke Ifrit is likely Penacony’s big villain!

:Just like Xianzhou’s High-Cloud Quintet, a faction worthy of a Myriad Celestia Trailer. Tsk tsk, it seems the Destruction faction is rising high.

...

Now on the official website, PVs hardly need any guidance.

Even without the drama airing, there were already plenty of fans waiting here every day.

Especially after the end of the previous episode, everyone was going crazy waiting for the next PV.

At this point, within five minutes of the PV release.

The number of viewers on the official website surpassed 500,000 breaking another new record for Honkai: Star Rail!

As the first PV for Penacony, the Duke Inferno Ifrit’s debut was truly magnificent!
