Royal Secret: I'm A Princess!

NEOMA stretched her arms after having a full ’meal.’

Aside from eating something delicious, she also learned a lot of things from the old Aether.

Especially about the new prophecy.

Aruna and Arche de Moonasterio also believe in a prophecy that got all the de Moonasterion princesses before me killed. But the prophecy that the old Aether shared with her was different.

It could be a game-changer.

”Are we leaving, Moon Princess?” Trevor asked, and then he looked at the Aether who was already ’asleep.’ ”Is it okay to leave without saying anything to this Aether? It... she was a former de Moonasterion princess, wasn’t she?”

Yeah, Neoma didn’t say anything to the Aether until she fell ’asleep.’

Her ancestor was already gone.

She disappeared after I absorbed everything she could offer.

And, yes, Neoma didn’t offer any kind of encouraging words or shallow promises.

That’s okay.

After all...

”Talk is cheap,” Neoma said, looking at the ’sleeping’ Aether with sad eyes. ”The only thing I should do to comfort the former de Moonasterion princesses who suffered in the past is to win the war. Only then would they receive justice for their death.”

”Oh.”

”Why?”

”You look prettier when you’re serious.”

”I know, that’s why I can’t be serious all the time.”

Trevor suddenly burst out laughing. ”I’m going to miss you a lot, Moon Princess.”

Neoma only smiled because she really didn’t know what to say.

For some reason, I feel bad for the Trevor of this Dead World.

”Is the Trevor from your world good to you, my Moon Princess?”

”He’s a fool for me.”

”Ah, he must be suffering because he couldn’t make you his.”

”No one owns me, not even my man,” Neoma said, shrugging. ”Anyway, I feel bad. But I need to return to my world already. I’m done here.”

”How about your friends then?” Trevor asked. ”Are they ready to leave?”

”They should. Time flows differently here. They should have accomplished whatever they needed to accomplish here.”

Trevor raised an eyebrow. ”You trust your friends too much.”

”They are people who have proven themselves to me,” Neoma said, smiling. ”If I can’t trust them, then I’m doomed.”

I UNDERSTAND it now.

Hanna had spent quality time with the Pirate Princess.

When they arrived in the Dead World, she honestly thought she would spend her time understanding what went wrong in the past.

I was curious how I lived as the Pirate Princess.

However, Hanna soon realized that it wasn’t that important anymore.

I’m here to learn how to use my ability properly.

”Controlling the Black Hole isn’t as easy as it seems,” the Pirate Princess commented after they had a lengthy discussion. ”Have you figured out when to use it, Hann Quinzel?”

”Yes. The timing is important, after all,” Hanna said while nodding. ”However, I believe I won’t be able to control it on my own. I might need Neoma’s help.”

”The princess’ help?”

”Yes.”

”Are you sure about that?” the Pirate Princess asked. ”I know that the princess seems like a decent person. But she’s still a de Moonasterio.”

”And that’s exactly why I believe Neoma fits the ’role’ I have for her,” Hanna said, smiling. ”After all, she’s a de Moonasterio— someone who’s neither kind nor bad.”

”THE FOX’S MARBLE. Have you finally learned how to use it properly?”

Tsk.

Lewis didn’t want to talk to Lu (aka the Lewis of that world).

However, he wouldn’t deny that the things Lu shared with him about the Fox’s Marble were things he hadn’t learned yet.

So, even if he was acting like he wasn’t interested, he was actually listening well.

”You’re already an adult,” Lu said in a nagging tone. ”And yet you still don’t know how to use your Fox’s Marble?”

”You should know there’s no one left to teach me,” Lewis said when he finally snapped. ”I’m the last Silver Fox in our world. There are dead Silver Foxes who guided me before. But I can’t ask Princess Neoma to summon them all the time.”

Lu fell silent for a moment, and then he knitted his eyebrows as if he were confused. ”You said you came from a world similar to this world, only with a different ’outcome’ because the Princess Neoma in your world had successfully reclaimed her place.”

”Yes.”

”Then the other surviving Silver Foxes should also exist in your world.”

It was Lewis’ turn to knit his eyebrows in confusion. ”There are other survivors aside from me? But Princess Neoma doesn’t know that.”

”It’s something that Prince Nero discovered recently,” Lu said, pausing for a moment. ”I’ll tell you where to find them if you tell me what happened to Prince Nero in your world.”

”I HEARD you helped Queen Brigitte give birth to their daughter,” Nero said, lifting his head to look at Ruto Solfrid who just appeared out of nowhere. ”Commander Solfrid, aren’t you being a little bit of a busybody?”

”Yes, but if I don’t move, nothing will change,” Ruto Solfrid said, pausing for a moment. ”We should start preparing the last part of the plan, Your Imperial Majesty.”

Oh, right.

Nero, even though he hated it, had no choice but to work with the commander while Neoma was in the other world.

”Mother and Father should still be in the Spirit World.”

”You must summon them back now, Your Imperial Majesty,” Ruto said, as calm as ever. ”Princess Neoma and her company are about to return to this world already.”

Nero’s eyes widened a bit. ”Already? That’s quite fast.”

”Time there flows differently from here, Your Imperial Majesty.”

”Still, it was faster than I expected.”

”Princess Neoma has already achieved what she came there for.”

”And how do you know that?”

Ruto fell silent as if he had no intention of answering Nero’s question.

This commander is really frustrating sometimes.

Anyway, Nero was glad.

Our family is about to be complete again.
