Royal Secret: I'm A Princess!

1011 SCHOOLED

NEOMA was arrogant.

Hence, her plan was to summon all the strongest people in the palace.

However, someone ruined it for her.

”What do you think you’re doing, Princess?”

It was Ruto.

Ah, no.

It should be Commander Yoan in this timeline.

”I need to train,” Neoma said, raising an eyebrow at the commander. ”Would you like to spar with me, Commander?”

Commander Yoan let out a sigh as if he was frustrated.

And then…

”You can’t be here, Princess.”

Before Neoma could even complain, she felt her body move even though Commander Yoan didn’t touch her.

Then, in just the blink of an eye, she found herself back in the temple.

To be precise, in the garden of the temple, away from the Imperial Palace.

Commander Yoan’s teleportation skill is really something.

However…

”What do you think you’re doing, Commander?” Neoma asked, pissed as hell. ”If you didn’t want to spar with me, then fine. I won’t force you. But why did you bring me back here? I summoned the others for a reason.”

”Are you doing this because this is a Dead World?”

What?

To say that she was surprised would be an understatement.

How did he know…?

”It’s not like I’ve always known that this world is already a Dead World,” Commander Yoan said calmly. ”But the moment you and your companions arrived here, that was when I realized that this world is already dead. Don’t worry— the others who realized the same thing would have their memories erased later. The same applies to me. However, I need to give you a piece of my mind first.”

Tsk.

Of course, Neoma should have expected that Ruto would still be the same Ruto even in this Dead World.

That means he still has his godly senses.

But, despite that, the rule of the Dead World still applied to him.

Ruto is technically dead in this world, so his memories ”die” with him, and that’s why he said he’ll forget about me later.

”I won’t ask why you’re here because having that knowledge would only get my memories ”die” quicker. And I’m not really interested,” Commander Yoan said, and he still looked pretty annoyed. ”But let me ask you one thing, Princess.”

”What is it?”

”Are you acting like this because you know this world is already dead? Along with all the ”living” beings here.”

”I’m not sure I understand your question.”

”You’re using us as if we are your tools that you only need to get stronger.”

Ouch.

Neoma didn’t want to admit this, but that really hurt a bit.

Because the truth always hurts.

”Princess, don’t be like this,” Commander Yoan said sternly. ”We may be dead to you, but we’re very much alive in this world. We have lives to live, so please don’t disrupt that. Respect the people ”living” here.”

Haaah.

As expected, only Ruto could bring Neoma to her senses.

Even if this is a different world, he can still tame me.

”Are you taking good care of the Neoma in this world?”

”I am,” Commander Yoan said in a soft voice, his face lighting up at the mention of the Neoma of that world. ”So, please don’t cause trouble using her identity.”

It was ridiculous, but…

I’m jealous of myself.

”Alright. I understand. I’ll be careful from now on,” Neoma said defeatedly, letting out a long sigh. ”Take care of your Neoma here.”

”I will even if you don’t tell me,” Commander Yoan paused for a moment. ”And please send my condolences to the Commander Yoan, or whatever his name there, for me.”

”Condolences?”

”Because his Princess Neoma seems to be the most stubborn version there is.”

Haaah.

Neoma glared at Commander Yoan who just smiled at her. ”Gosh, how did the Neoma of this world fall for a cheeky young man like you?”

TO BE HONEST, Hanna didn’t expect that the Pirate Princess would listen to her without interrupting her.

But she could see it in the other Hanna’s face.

She’s seething— but also relieved.

”And that’s the reason why we’re here,” Hanna said, ending her story. Of course, she didn’t tell the Pirate Princess everything. She only said what the other Hanna needed to know about their family in the other world. ”I need to borrow your strength, ma’am.”

”I’m only interested in two things out of everything you said,” the Pirate Princess said, pausing for a moment. ”So, you’re saying you grew up with our parents because you exposed Regina Crowell early?”

”Yes,” Hanna said, nodding. ”I did have to spend some years away from the empire, but our family didn’t fall apart. Moreover, we still reign as the richest noble household in the entire continent.”

The Pirate Princess looked relieved. ”And the law changed? You were allowed to take the duchess title without having to get married?”

”Yes, I’m now the new Duchess Quinzel.”

”I’m really happy for you.”

”Thank you.”

The Pirate Princess’ smile soon disappeared, though.

And that made her nervous.

”But little duchess…”

”Yes?”

”You have bad taste in men,” the Pirate Princess said, scowling. ”The Crown Prince? Really?”

Hanna’s face turned red, a bit embarrassed. ”Well, the Emperor Nero in our world isn’t as crazy as the Prince Nero in this world, or so I’ve heard.”

”Still, how could you not notice the man who’s always next to him?”

”Who?”

It was the Pirate Princess’ turn to turn red. ”L-Lewis… he’s a pretty good catch, isn’t he?”

What?

Hanna covered her mouth with her hands when she gasped. ”D-Do you have a crush on Lewis?!”

NEOMA let out a sigh when Commander Yoan left as soon as he was done scolding her.

However, she didn’t go inside the temple right away.

After all…

”How long are you going to hide?” Neoma said, looking up at the roof of the temple. ”Are you here to be my sparring partner?”

Black hair.

Dark violet eyes.

Ears covered with earrings and piercings.

”This is interesting,” Trevor of the Dead World said, looking down at Neoma with glowing eyes. ”Princess Neoma, you have something I want.”

Right?

Neoma smirked, and then she opened her hand while summoning the Death Scythe. ”Come and get it if you want then.”
