The Lovely Heiress Is Actually A God Beast

Chapter 292: Chapter 292: Little Taotie is Not Allowed to Change the Script Chapter 292: Chapter 292: Little Taotie is Not Allowed to Change the Script Little Taotie had already performed very well, but the director thought he could do better, so he shouted, “Let’s do it again! Be more capricious, imagine many people like you, and they adore you!”

Little Taotie tried hard to imagine that many people liked him, and the practice actors also showed an especially doting affection towards him.

Yet, the director always felt something was slightly off.

What was it?

When he saw Little Taotie purse his lips, showing a faint dimple, he suddenly realized it.

Little Taotie’s dimples didn’t look natural!

They needed to be deeper to look natural and sweet!

“Don’t smile, try not smiling.” Since it couldn’t be achieved, then try not doing it.

Little Taotie followed the director’s instruction not to smile, his little face puffing up with air.

That actually looked more natural.

He looked like a child who was much loved, yet didn’t know how to love others.

The director was finally satisfied, “Next scene!”

Little Taotie was then taken away, changed into the tragic Beggar Outfit, with makeup that made his small face look thin and his eye sockets hollow.

“Imagine the person who loves you the most–all–”

“Cut!”

The director was taken aback.

Wasn’t he the only one who could call cut?

Cheng Guodong stepped forward, his face dark: “My sister doesn’t need to imagine unhappy things!”

Qin Xin followed behind Cheng Guodong, his face stern: “Watch your words.”

Tao Shen was a step slower, paused, said nothing, and just silently followed behind Cheng Guodong and Qin Xin.

Tao Bin, coming behind Tao Shen, wailed, “They always steal the lines from my brother and me! Damn!”

Surrounded by her four brothers, Little Taotie clearly became the unique darling of the group.

The director: “…”

Under the intense gaze of Cheng Guodong and Qin Xin, the director backed down, coughed dryly, “Next scene, then.”

He thought once these important figures left, he could surely proceed with the shooting, and a little delay wouldn’t matter.

Little Taotie was not pleased.

The little one, dressed in ragged clothes, stood in front of her four brothers, not scared at all, hands on her hips, started lecturing Cheng Guodong.

“I’ve become an actor, I should experience all roles, I shouldn’t make the director change the script because of me.”

“I didn’t force him to change the script,” Cheng Guodong said with little conviction.

Little Taotie fiercely retorted, “I am a princess of a fallen kingdom, all my relatives are dead, I should imagine everyone is gone, how I should continue to live!”

Cheng Guodong: “…” He felt as if she was cursing him.

Qin Xin smiled, “We only made suggestions to the director, and he could have refused. His acceptance means he also thinks there is a problem.”

His gaze locked the director, who, unable to escape, returned a plaintive look and nodded, “Yes!”

Who could blame him when Qin Xin owned thirty percent of the investment!

To secure the investment, he had to nod in agreement, however reluctantly.

Little Taotie glanced at the director, then at her four brothers, and huffed, “Anyway, I want to keep shooting! Even if it’s not needed!”

In the end, Little Taotie’s persistence won, and her four brothers could only compromise.

The director tentatively called the start, this time he dared not give random directions.

As the torch in Little Taotie’s hand went out, she slowly crouched down, hugged herself with both hands, and mumbled the names of the relatives in the drama, her eyes immediately reddening.

The small girl with tearful eyes looked towards the camera, which moved closer, capturing a close-up.

The director’s heart almost broke, wanting to pick up the pitiful child from the ground and console her.
