Chapter 645 Chapter 645:- Sect Leader

?”What should we do about this?” Asked one of the Elders. All the elders looked at each other and said nothing. Everyone was waiting for Miaʼs teacher to speak first. After all, this matter involved her student.

Almost all of the elders of the sect had been summoned to discuss this matter. After all, this was not a small matter that could be dropped and just be forgotten. This incident has brought shame and humiliation to the Night Riders Sect.

Lily Elizabeth Kim was one of the most respected elders in the Night Rider Sect. She stood out with her elegance and authority. She was dressed in a pristine white kimono that flowed gracefully around her, emphasizing her beauty and the air of dignity she carried with her. Despite being thousands of years old, Lily appeared remarkably young, looking as if she were in her early thirties. Her skin was fair, almost porcelain-like. It was glowing with an ethereal light that seemed to defy the passage of time.

Lilyʼs hair was tied up in a neat, traditional bun, a style that accentuated her slender neck and the sharp features of her face. She was tall, standing at about 1.75 meters (5 feet 9 inches). Her weight was proportionate to her height, giving her a curvy figure that was both strong and distinctly feminine, highlighted by her kimono.

Her hair color was a deep, raven black, and it had a silky texture that shimmered under the light. This contrasted beautifully with her fair skin and the white of her kimono, adding to her striking appearance.

She had a curvy body that many admired, and her face was genuinely captivating, with features that were both delicate and strong. A small mole on her lower lip added a unique charm to her smile.

”Our Night Rider Sect wonʼt tolerate this humiliation. We will strike back. We will show the world that our sect wonʼt tolerate any humiliation.” Finally, Miaʼs teacher,?Kim spoke.

Even if the sect tried to suppress this matter, it was already too late. By now, all other rival sects must have heard the news. If their sect dropped this matter, then their sect would lose face. This means, destroying that King and his Kingdom was the only option. Besides, it wasnʼt their first time destroying an Empire. Even in the past centuries, they have done this multiple times. It had become a matter of Pride.

A big smile appeared on Miaʼs face. Hearing this Mia was very happy. She was humiliated and now she wanted revenge. It wasnʼt just about revenge either. Now that this matter had spread throughout the sect, Mia had lost face.

It was Lily Elizabeth Kim who found Mia and brought her to the sect. It only had been a year since Mia joined the Night Rider Sect. Since the beginning, Mia had a very close relationship with Lily Elizabeth Kim.

Within just a year, Mia had proven her talent to the whole sect and had risen to become one of the most important disciplines of the Sect. She was a genius at cultivation. In terms of cultivation speed, only 3 other disciplines in the entire sect could compare to her. Because of this, the sect valued her a lot. Even the Sect Leader had praised her in the past.

There were even some rumors about Mia being one of the top candidates to become the next Sect Leader.

But now this matter had ruined that chance of hers. After all, even if Mia kills Aditya and his Empire, the whole world will still remember what happened and this goes against the interest of the sect. There was basically zero percent chance of her becoming the next sect Leader. It was because the Night Riders Sect cared more about its image than anything else. The Sect leader must have a clean image.

The sect cared so much about its image that the disciplines, Elders, and even the Sect Leader were forbidden from having any intimate relationship with anyone else.

”Did I ever give my permission to take such actions?” Everyone heard a cold voice. Hearing the voice, Lily Elizabeth Kimʼs expression slightly changed. Although she tried to hide it, one could clearly tell by the drops of sweat that were rolling from her forehead that she was very nervous at that moment.

As the sect leader started walking toward Elder Lily, everyone in the hall instinctively stood up. Their actions were a mix of deep respect and a hint of fear for the leader of the Night Riders Sect. She moved gracefully. With each step, her black kimono swished softly with her movements.

Her dark green hair shimmered under the light as it flowed behind her. This made her stand out even more against the black of her kimono. Those red eyes of hers scanned the crowd, making some of them lower their gaze as they did not dare to meet her gaze directly. It was as if she could look into their hearts, understanding their deepest thoughts and feelings.

Her face was so beautiful that it seemed almost otherworldly. Her face was calm and composed. The way she carried herself, with such dignity and strength, made her seem like she wasnʼt just walking among them but blessing them with her presence.

Her curvy figure was evident even under the elegant simplicity of her kimono, and her presence was so powerful it seemed to fill the entire hall.

As she approached Elder Lily, the air was filled with anticipation. Everyone nervously held their breaths and stared at their Sect Leader in Silence.

”Sect Leader.....!!! I thought you had gone into seclusion to cultivate.” When the Sect Leader had entered into a seclusion, Lily had become in charge of everything. Other than the Sect Leader, no other Elder in the Sect had more authority and power than Lily.

Lily had planned to use the whole Sect while the Sect Leader was in seclusion and bury this entire matter forever. Because the Sect Leader was in seclusion, all the Elders had to gather to discuss this issue.

”I did.....!!! But because of the thing that your student did I had to stop my cultivation and come out to deal with this matter.” Sophia Isabelle Martinez replied in a cold tone.

Sophia wasnʼt least bit happy with the actions of Mia.

ʼShe is pissed...!!! It looks like I am going to be in big trouble.ʼ Lily nervously thought in her mind.

”Sect leader, do you want me to inform you about the whole story?” A lower-ranking Elder asked. His intention was to please the Sect Leader.

”No need.....!!!” Sophia replied in a cold tone.

She then sat down. Meanwhile, everyone else in the hall was still standing.

”How do you intend to deal with this matter I want to know.” Sophia coldly asked.

Lily became nervous like a child under Sophiaʼs stare. ”We can just erase the source of this humiliation. We can dispatch our sectʼs force to destroy that Empire and everything related to him.” She wanted to say more but decided not to say anything, considering the fact that she was talking to the Sect Leader.

”And you think this is going to work?” Sophia sounded kind of disappointed.

”I donʼt see why it wouldnʼt?” Lily replied back looking confused.

”Right now I am very disappointed. I had expected more from you. I thought of you as a very reliable person.” Lilyʼs body slightly trembled upon hearing these words.

”Without thinking twice you decided to attack an empire outside of the Main Continent. I am very disappointed in every one of you.” Her words made everyone lower their heads in shame.

Sophia then turned to Mia. Mia became nervous under her cold gaze. ”What kind of attitude did that man have when he was talking to you and when he attacked? Be honest...”

”That man was being very arrogant,” Mia replied in a hateful tone.

Booom.....!!!

Miaʼs suddenly felt a huge pressure on her. She could not endure the force of it and ended up falling to her knees. At the same time, the ground beneath her had cracked like a spider web.

”Didnʼt I ask you to be honest?” Right now even Lily did not dare to step forward to save her dear student as she feared if she did that, the Sect Leader was going to end her life.

”He looked very confident. Even when he heard that we were from the Main Continent, he did not lose his confidence. There was no expression that said that he was afraid or worried or scared of us or of our sect. If anything, he looked too lazy to deal with us.”

”When he attacked, he moved so fast, that I could not see anything. It was as if he wasnʼt just a beginner 4th-order cultivator but rather a powerful Peak 6th-order cultivator. For me, everything happened in the blink of an eye.”

”Mia, you shouldnʼt lie? How could a mere beginner 4th-order do this?” Before Mia hadnʼt revealed the fact that the attacker wasnʼt a Peak 5th-order cultivator. Everyone had just assumed that the attacker was a Peak 5th-order cultivator. Because it made sense. Otherwise, how could a lower-order kill four Higher-order cultivators this fast?

Mia had done this to save the last bit of her face. After all, if she had said that she was bullied by a mere beginner 4th-

order, then she would lose her face.

”I am 100% sure,” Mia replied in a fearful tone. She had never seen her teacher looking so angry at her.

”Then why didnʼt you say it earlier?” Meanwhile, the Sect Leader and other elders are just shocked.

ʼI have to be careful dealing with this matter.ʼ Sophia thought in her mind.

A mere beginner 4th-order killing four higher-order is definitely not normal. After all, the gap between both cultivation realms is just too big.

Sophia stood up and announced. ”Send someone to investigate about that man and everything surrounding him. Once the investigation is over, I will decide what actions to take.”

”As for you, till this entire matter is resolved, youʼre forbidden to leave the Sect ground.”
