Dragon Monarch System

608  Chapter 608:- The Panther-clan is here

”It looks like the city has changed a lot since our last visit. The city has grown in many ways.” Said the patriarch of the Panther-clan as he observed the city from a distance. He was surprised. ”Patriarch, maybe all the rumors regarding the Istarin Empire taking over the Lionrock City were true? If thatʼs the case, then Patriarch, we should retreat before itʼs too late.” One of the elders anxiously said. This whole matter was just too sensitive. If they were not careful then their entire Panther clan could be wiped out because of messing with the wrong force. Hearing the elderʼs words, the Patriarchʼs face darkened. He was angered and also very disappointed. ʼSince when did my clan raise weak-willed warriors? Once this whole matter is over, I am going to remove him from the position of elder.ʼ He also felt that many of the elders needed to be replaced since their ideals and their views had become too outdated. These elders were acting very cowardly. And The Panther clan wasnʼt a place for cowards. ”Resume the march.” Under the Patriarchʼs orders, the army of 11,000 quickly started marching towards the Lionrock City. Many spotted their army from the distance. Seeing them, all the desert ships that were parked outside of the city began fleeing. After all, in the past, the desert ships also have been robbed. They did not want to be robbed again so they quickly started the ship and fled from the city. ”So many ships are fleeing seeing us. Hehe!!!ʼ One of the warriors of the Panther clan smiled seeing this scene. ”I think itʼs a big waste. If we could have robbed everyone on those desert ships then our earnings would have increased further.” Another warrior sighed feeling slightly depressed. Meanwhile, the whole city was alarmed as the 11,000 army marched forward. Everyone people were panicked. They just got their lives together. After such a long period of time, things were looking position. Their futures were looking position. But now they were about to be robbed one more time. In the city square, people were running here and there. They were trying their best to hide their gold coins so that the Panther clan warriors wouldnʼt find their cash gold coins. All of the shops in the city were shut down. The people were frantically running here and there. The news even reached the ears of the New City Lord Helen. ”What should we do?” Asked one of her soldiers. ”There wonʼt be any need to do anything. Just sit and watch.” The Istarin Emperor was in this city. Not to mention, the Four Goddesses were also staying in this city. Having them in her city had assured her. Even if an army of a million were to march towards Lionrock, Helen still wouldnʼt lose her composure. The Dragon Monarch alone had the power to take out several millions of troops with a single attack. -

Scene change_____

The entire army of Panther-clan came to a stop seeing the young man accompanied by a beautiful young woman with long silver hair. ”Who are you?” Asked the Patriarch of the Panther clan. His tone was slightly arrogant yet he looked cautious of Aditya and Riya. These two had dared to come in their way and stop their march. The Patriarch felt that these two might be really strong. ʼThe human man is a Beginner 4th-order cultivator. As for the female elf, I canʼt sense her cultivation rank.ʼ The Patriarch thought in his mind. Riya had chosen to hide her cultivation of Aura. This was one of her unique abilities. Aditya took some time to observe what Panther-kin looked like. This was his first time Panther-kins. Panther-kins are a unique type of Beast-man race. They have a fascinating appearance that blends both human and panther characteristics. They are typically taller than an average human, with heights often ranging around 6 to 7 feet (1.8 meters to 2.1 meters). Their skin is an intriguing mix of human skin texture and panther-like fur. This fur usually covers parts of their body and is often black, mirroring the sleek, dark coat of a panther.

Their facial features are a striking combination of human and panther traits. They have forward-facing eyes like humans, but their eyes often shine with a feline intensity. Their eyes can be colors like bright green or yellow or a combination of both colors. Their ears are more like those of a panther. The ears are pointed and positioned higher on their heads.

The Male Panther-kin are generally larger and more muscular compared to their female counterparts. Their fur, especially around the neck and shoulders, tends to be thicker and longer, which can resemble a mane. This gives them a more intimidating and dominant appearance. Additionally, most males may have more pronounced facial features, like a stronger jawline and larger canines. Female Panther-kin, on the other hand, are usually more slender and agile. While they are still muscular, their bodies are typically more streamlined, allowing for graceful and swift movements. Their fur is usually softer and less dense compared to the males. In terms of facial features, females often have more delicate and refined features. Both males and females have varying fur patterns or colors, but these are more individual traits rather than gender-specific. ʼFor example, the Patriarch has dark purple color fur. But it sees having black fur is the most common.ʼ ʼThey are essentially Panthers with human features. They have the agility, strength, and powerful jawline of a Panther. Even the ordinary Panther clan members are 3 to 5 times stronger an average human.ʼ This also means that Beginner 4th-order Panther clan member might be able to give a tough fight or even defeat a Mid 4th-order Human Body Path cultivator. ”Do you know that the Istarin Empire has taken over Lionrock City and its surrounding territories? Is the Panther-clan not afraid of offending the Istarin empire?” Aditya ignored the question that the Patriarch asked him. Hearing Adityaʼs calm words, the Patriarch frowned before he took a step forward. ”Stop saying lies. We know that this is nothing but an excuse that Bitch has made to spread fear. We are not afraid of anyone.” ʼSo thatʼs why they dared to invade this city...!!!ʼ Aditya finally understood the problem here. ʼHaving the Panther-clan join the Lionrock city and serve the Istarin Empire could benefit Helen and the Empire in the short as well as in the long term.ʼ Aditya felt that wiping out the entire Panther clan would be a big waste. Given that the clan already had experienced 11,000 warriors.

”What if those rumors were true?” Aditya asked as he folded his arms on his chest. ”They are not.....!!!!” The Patriarch couldnʼt even finish when Aditya just lifted his index finger. Booom.......!!!!

A heavy amount of killing intent came out of Adityaʼs body. Suddenly they all felt that the temperature was drooping. Even though Killing intent cannot be seen, The patriarch and everyone else feel that they have been transported to Hell. The light of the sun had long disappeared. Instead, everything around them appeared in red and only red. The scenery around them had completely changed. Behind Aditya, they saw a giant mountain of an endless number of corpses. There were corpses of green goblins, Magic animals, humans, beast-kin, dragons, Wyverns, elves, and Vampires. The number of corpses appeared to be endless. Everything was wet because of blood. The ground color had also changed to red. Around them were, there were countless broken skeletons.

When they looked at Aditya, they saw a pair of large red eyes opening behind him. The Patriarch who was standing closest to Aditya started bleeding from his eyes and nose. The next second his eyes rolled back and he just fainted. As for the rest, they fell to their knees. Their faces had turned deadly pale. Their whole bodies were shivering from the intense fear. They were covered in sweat. Aditya obviously did not release his full killing intent. If he did that, then would completely kill everything. His killing intent had become powerful had to kill lower-order cultivators. Unleashing his full killing intent would also mean killing everyone in the whole city. What he had just released was just a fraction of his true killing intent. 10:25

Once Aditya retracted his killing intent, it was only then everyone was able to breathe properly. They finally felt the suffocating feeling had been lifted from their chests. Their bodies felt light now. ʼI just wanted to scare them a little but I did not expect the Patriarch of the clan to faint right before my eyes. Maybe I went too far..... or Maybe not...!!!ʼ Aditya just wanted to break the arrogance of this man and open his eyes so that he could realize that all the rumors that he heard were indeed true. ”Did I go too far?” Aditya asked while staring at everyone. ”No. These people are just too weak in front of you.” Riya said. After all, Aditya was someone who was capable of killing a hundred Peak 5th-order cultivators at the same time while being a Peak 3rd-order cultivator. But after he had reached Beginne 4th-order, his powers had increased beyond measure. Right now Riya wasnʼt sure just how powerful her man was. ”Hey....!!! What is your name?” Aditya called one of the elders who was standing a few meters behind the fallen patriarch and was still slightly shaking in fear. ”Ma....Mason...!!!” ”Mason, wake up your leader,” Aditya said in a calm tone. ”Yes, My Lord...!!!” The whole clanʼs attitude was immediately fixed after Aditya showed them a small fraction of his powers. Once the Patriarch woke up, he quickly kneeled in front of Aditya. ”I have been foolish enough to not recognize the Dragon Monarch. I have offended you by not knowing your real identity. Please forgive me and my clan, Your Majesty.” Saying that the Patriarch put his forehead on the ground. The rest of them followed the clan leader and also put their foreheads on the ground. Seeing this Aditya frowned. He did not like it when people put their foreheads to the ground. He felt that this was just too much. Just kneeling was enough. ”Get up.....!!!”

Once they stood up, Aditya continued. ”How many people are there in your clan?” Aditya asked. ”A total of 15,000 including all the children and the retired elders of the clan, My Lord.” The Patriarch said while keeping his head lowered. ”From now on, I want the Panther clan to pleage its loyalty to the Istarin Empire. Do you accept?” Patriarch finally raised his head. ”It would be our Honor to serve the Dragon Monarch.” Saying that the Patriarch and the rest of his troops got on one knee to Pledge their loyalty to the Dragon Monarch. ”Good...!!! From now on, I want you all to serve Helen and work to protect the Lionrock City.” If the Panther-clan joined the Lionrock City, then the military strength of the city would improve many times. ”Understood, My Lord.” There was no downside to serving the Istarin Empire and the Dragon Monarch. Not only their lives will be spared and their clan will be allowed to continue. But also their clan would receive a ton of benefits and cultivation resources. It wasnʼt everyoneʼs luck to serve the Dragon Monarch. This is why the Patriarch did not hesitate to Pledge their loyalty to the Aditya. He did not even waste a second thinking about Adityaʼs words. ”Alright, you come with me. Others can wait outside of the city for now. First everyoneʼs names are needed to be recorded.” ”Later I will give you a desert ship to go and get your whole clan to the Lionrock City.” The Patriarch nodded his head and respectfully followed Aditya and Riya back to the City. ----------------
