Urban Powerhouse: Chaos Supreme

Wei Ya’s expression suddenly changed. On the airplane, with He Wuxue present, he refrained from getting angry, but now this guy still dared to be so arrogant with him.

This was Xiazhou, the Wei Family’s territory, yet someone not afraid of death dared to speak to him in such a manner.

Du Feiyu whispered a few words into Wei Ya’s ear, after which a sneer curled the corners of Wei Ya’s mouth, ”Just an outsider of the Du Family, a bumpkin from a small place like Hong City, no wonder he doesn’t know about the Wei Family’s influence in Xiazhou.”

Du Jie, be, and a group of juniors from the Du Family watched Lin Mo and Lin Shanshan with schadenfreude, knowing offending Wei Ya would not end well.

Du Xueqi hid behind Du Ruoxi, visibly scared.

Du Ruoxi frowned, biting her silver teeth. Wei Ya would not consider Lin Shanshan’s identity, it seemed today Lin Mo would face some humiliation.

”Young Master Ya, he is also my friend. Could you please give me some face?” Du Ruoxi came forward, her pretty face carrying a slight smile.

Wei Ya glanced at Du Ruoxi. Her helping Lin Mo was bad enough, but her speaking for him now completely infuriated Wei Ya. Why should beauty be on this youngster’s side?

”Ruoxi, it’s not that I won’t give you face, but this kid is too reckless. If I don’t teach him a lesson today, he won’t know who owns Fu Province.”

Du Ruoxi’s frown deepened as she spoke to Lin Mo, ”Lin Mo, why don’t you apologize to Young Master Ya? He is broad-minded and won’t stoop to your level.”

Du Ruoxi had first flattered Wei Ya, indicating that if Lin Mo apologized, Wei Ya would not take further action.

”I said, he doesn’t deserve it,” Lin Mo remained indifferent.

Wei Ya was furious. He had just returned from abroad and did not want trouble; as long as Lin Mo had yielded, he would have given face to Du Ruoxi. Unexpectedly, Lin Mo was as stubborn and foul as a rock in a dung pit.

Du Feiyu, be, and Du Jie all shook their heads continuously.

Those who cannot judge the situation will suffer much in society.

The Wei Family was not so easily bullied.

Du Ruoxi sighed. She hadn’t realized that Lin Shanshan’s cousin was indeed tough-headed. Couldn’t he see the situation at all?

This was not a small place like Hong City; the Wei Family was a huge power in Fu Province, with their patriarch being the wealthiest man in the region. Although Wei Ya was not the ”Heaven’s Chosen Son” of the Wei Family, he was still a central figure—definitely not someone you’d want to offend.

”Fine, let’s see how tough you are. Let him loosen up a bit,” Wei Ya coldly retorted as he stared at Lin Mo.

The two bodyguards who followed Wei Ya had been indifferent thus far, but now they clenched their fists and walked towards Lin Mo.

”Wei Ya, what do you think you’re doing?”

Suddenly, a sharp reprimand arose. Everyone turned around and saw a white figure approaching from a distance on the beach. With hair cascading like clouds over her shoulders, she wore a long white dress that fluttered with the sea breeze, ethereal and dream-like.

Even Du Feiyu, Du Jie, and a group of men were stunned, and upon seeing this woman, even Du Ruoxi and Beal showed glimpses of envy and jealousy.

”Wuxue, how come you are here?” Wei Ya’s eyes widened like light bulbs as he saw the approaching woman.

The woman was none other than He Wuxue, whom they had met on the plane.

Lin Mo also furrowed his brow. Wei Ya appearing might be coincidental since Du Feiyu had invited him, but He Wuxue’s presence was too much of a coincidence. Had she been watching him ever since he got off the plane?

Lin Mo immediately shook his head. Now that his Divine Sense had reached Small Success, he would surely have noticed if someone was following him.

”Mr. Lin.” He Wuxue didn’t even give Wei Ya a glance. Today on the plane, her grandfather was almost killed by this guy. He Wuxue had no intention of giving him any good face.

Du Feiyu, Du Ruoxi, beal, Du Xueqi, Du Jie, and others were stunned when they saw He Wuxue walking up to Lin Mo.

The He Family was also a great clan in Fu Province, no weaker than the Du Family.

More importantly, He Wuxue was the beloved granddaughter of Mr. Du of the Du Family, a Heavenly Beauty of the He Family, far above mere relatives of the Du Family.

Even though Lin Shanshan was Du Li’s daughter, she wasn’t born from his main wife and carried a relatively low status within the family, not to mention compared to He Wuxue.

Lin Mo just nodded when he saw him.

He Wuxue, looking at Wei Ya, furrowed her brows and said sharply, ”What are you trying to do, Mr. Lin is my friend, if you want to touch him, you’ll have to go through me first.”

”Wuxue, I was just joking with him, how could I dare to touch him?” Wei Ya grimaced, but his eyes fiercely glared at Lin Mo.

Although Wei Ya was a core member of the Wei Family, he was not the prime heir. Compared to He Wuxue, his status was much lower.

”So someone is backing him up, no wonder his tone is so stiff,” be muttered under his breath with displeasure.

Du Feiyu and Du Jie, seeing He Wuxue’s attitude towards Lin Mo, felt both jealous and resentful. What merits did this guy have, to curry favor with the precious daughter of the He Family? He wasn’t particularly handsome, nor did he come from a great force. How could He Wuxue possibly take an interest in him?

He Wuxue then turned to Lin Mo and said, ”Mr. Lin, thank you for saving my grandfather on the plane today. He has awakened now and would like to thank you in person.”

Du Ruoxi thought Lin Mo would immediately agree, considering that without He Wuxue’s protection, Wei Ya might continue to cause trouble for him.

However, Lin Mo shook his head and suddenly said to Wei Ya, ”I still have some matters to handle.”

Seeing Lin Mo approaching him, Wei Ya frowned deeply, ”What do you want to do? Don’t think that just because Wuxue stands up for you, you can do whatever you want.”

He Wuxue also frowned—although Wei Ya’s status was lower than hers, he was still a grandson of the Wei Family. It would be problematic if he got seriously hurt, and it would be difficult to explain to the Wei Family.

Before the two bodyguards could react, Lin Mo had already made his move. Both were flung backwards by his force. Lin Mo grabbed Wei Ya’s hands and twisted fiercely. Instantly, Wei Ya’s arms were twisted like twisted dough, and the bones broke inch by inch, limply hanging down.

”Ahh!”

Wei Ya fell onto the sofa, howling like a ghost.

Lin Mo then struck True Qi into Wei Ya’s body; within two hours, the True Qi would surge and shatter his Internal Organs.

Had it not been for not wanting to kill someone in front of Lin Shanshan, Lin Mo would not have bothered with such trouble and would have crushed Wei Ya with a slap.

Du Feiyu, beal, Du Jie, Du Ruoxi, Du Xueqi, and other juniors from the Du Family and other youths were stunned as they watched Lin Mo’s valiant actions, their expressions shifting rapidly.

The two bodyguards were sent flying before even touching Lin Mo’s clothes, and Wei Ya’s hands were twisted off.

”This guy knows Martial Arts, no wonder he’s so bold?” Du Jie gasped.

Du Ruoxi stood there, covering her mouth, her eyes full of shock. Not only was she shocked that Lin Mo knew Martial Arts, but she was even more shocked by Lin Mo’s determination—he had just crippled someone from the Wei Family. Wasn’t that a slap in the face to the Wei Family?
