Flash Marriage: Pampered by Mr.Bigshot

Chapter 369: Chapter 368: Little Fairy, Don’t Look at Me Like That

The living room fell silent, leaving only Nia Mitchell and Maxwell Peary gazing intently at each other.

”You...” Nia Mitchell shifted her gaze, struggling to process what he had just said.

Seeing her coyness, Maxwell Peary cursed inwardly. Damn Rabina Mitchell, is she playing hard to get? I’ve already confessed! Even if you don’t confess back, you should at least offer a passionate kiss out of excitement, right? But what the hell is this—widening her eyes and then looking away?

”Nia Mitchell!”

The profound silence in the room felt like a sharp needle, pricking even a battle-hardened man like Maxwell Peary, making him exceptionally uncomfortable.

”MHM.” Nia Mitchell lifted her head, a smile spreading across her face.

”Let me tell you, just because I said those things, don’t think you can...”

Maxwell Peary had to admit he was somewhat resentful. He’d always been a golden boy, never having suffered such a setback. He had already taken the first step and shown vulnerability, yet she hadn’t given any indication of a response. Consequently, the CEO’s sense of imbalance intensified. His vexation morphed into indignant anger, masked by a show of haughtiness.

However, his menacing tone was cut short by Nia Mitchell’s soft, gentle voice. ”This Saturday, our class has organized a gathering. Will you come with me?”

WOW! The CEO froze. This was the prelude to making their relationship official!

”Alright.” Maxwell Peary abruptly stood up and scooped Nia Mitchell up from the couch.

”Are you sure you’ve thought this through?” This matter was no small thing; it would have a huge impact on both of them. Once word got out, her life might never be calm again. He hadn’t made their relationship public precisely for this reason. Nia Mitchell’s personality wasn’t suited to handling all those different types of people.

”Uncle...” Instead of answering his question, Nia Mitchell reached out and wrapped her arms around his neck.

She remembered when they first got married. She had invited him to dinner, but he had haughtily told her that countless people wanted to dine with him. If he accepted every invitation, he’d be busy with meals for the rest of his life. But now, he couldn’t wait.

”Uncle, does this count as me bringing a plus-one?”

What a curious feeling.

Maxwell Peary paused, then a smile spread across his face as he leaned in to give her a light peck on the lips. ”Our Nia Mitchell has grown up; she’s starting to bring plus-ones now.”

Nia Mitchell’s face flushed. How did his words twist her meaning like that?

”Uncle,” Nia Mitchell called out to him sweetly.

Maxwell Peary looked up in response, his handsome eyes sparkling brightly.

Nia Mitchell suddenly lowered her head and pressed her lips against his cool, soft ones.

HEH! That Rabina Mitchell actually dared to kiss him!?

After a mere two-second pause, he seized the initiative, storming her defenses. Honestly, she was the one who provoked him this time!

Sparks flew. The CEO, having his first taste of such forbidden pleasure, felt an irresistible urge. Without a second thought, he swept her into his arms and headed upstairs.

Nia Mitchell’s eyes were as alluring as silk, her red lips vibrant. She hooked her arms around his neck, the corners of her mouth curving into a slight smile.

”You little vixen, don’t look at me like that.”

Maxwell Peary glanced down at his young wife in his arms. His throat tightened, and a certain part of his lower abdomen had long since stiffened.

Nia Mitchell ignored his words, continuing to gaze at his handsome face.

”If you keep looking at me like that, I won’t be able to control myself and will take you right here, right now.”

Nia Mitchell: ...!!!!

Pervert! Hooligan!

Nia Mitchell quickly buried her face in his chest, her cheeks burning so red they looked as if they might bleed.
