Reborn As An Interstellar Giant Mosquito

Chapter 2032: Chapter 47: Challenge!

Jia Yan smiled silently and asked the group of creatures.

”I wouldn’t dare, just because you, my lord, just taught an ordinary giant tribe man, and now want to deal with a giant tribe member who has reached the initial stage. We really can’t see how there would be any chance of success.”

A group of insect-like creatures, led by the beetle creatures, quickly knelt down.

It must be understood that Jia Yan was a creature that subdued a family of giants. Not to mention his combat power, just the combat power of that family alone could wipe out this entire group with a single slap. Therefore, in their minds, Jia Yan’s status was far from what it had been when he first came to them.

Even the Manipulators Alliance seemed to want to cause trouble a few days ago, but after catching a creature in this area and learning that Jia Yan had subdued a family of giants here, the few creatures intending to cause trouble quickly fled in fright.

What a joke, that was a family of giants.

Even though the Manipulators Alliance has some powerful beings that can easily kill ordinary giants, daring to kill a giant tribe member in this city would mean declaring war on the entire giant tribe. Would the Manipulators Alliance dare?

They dare not, and they wouldn’t even dare to have any friction with this family, because that would be seen as the Manipulators Alliance bullying them.

Even if the Manipulators Alliance contains beings that surpass the initial stage, when compared to the giant tribe, their species advantages are too significant. Those beyond the initial stage in the Manipulators Alliance are just comparable to a strong giant at the initial stage.

And in this city, there may not be many giant tribe members at the initial stage, but there are still quite a few. Sending just one might be enough to crush the entire Manipulators Alliance, so how could this alliance dare to have any friction with the giant tribe?

It could be said that with the support of this family of giants, Jia Yan has essentially acquired a death exemption token.

”Alright, you are worried that my disciple might get hurt or killed in the challenge? Haha, don’t worry, as long as Pierz doesn’t get overly nervous, I think even if he can’t win, maintaining an undefeated stance should be fairly straightforward.”

Seeing the group of subordinates eager to say more, Jia Yan waved his hand helplessly.

”No need to say more, let’s just wait and see tomorrow.”

Jia Yan knew that this group of creatures was not genuinely worried about Pierz’s safety, but more concerned that even his own temporary safe haven in this city depended on this family. If anything happened to the family head, their stable residence would be gone.

After all, whether they would be driven into exile or captured by the Manipulators Alliance is uncertain.

However, they were indeed overthinking. Jia Yan still held quite an expectation for the giant tribe disciple he personally trained.

”Let’s see how far your giant tribe can go after learning the basics of my Yin-Yang Dao.”

Jia Yan gazed faintly out the window.

Outside, it was already a dim evening.

That night, the lights remained on in Pierz’s house. How could the couple sleep?

They were both looking forward to and dreading the arrival of tomorrow. As ordinary members of the giant tribe, they knew that whether they win or lose tomorrow, their lives might undergo drastic changes.

Change is inevitable because Pierz’s demonstrated ability to fight against the Night Patrol Team Leader, even in a simple confrontation, would undoubtedly earn the family a better life. Even if they lose, a certain level of impressive performance would definitely enable the family to improve their circumstances.

So, they anticipate.

But there is also apprehension. Although Pierz feels stronger, he is still unsure of the extent of his own strength, even suspecting that he might be following a false path.

In this situation, he doesn’t know whether he will be embarrassed or manage to show his abilities.

Apprehension is to be expected.

But even if he’s nervous, the night passes quickly.

Morning arrives.

In this world’s morning, there aren’t as many birds, especially to the giant tribe where birds are almost non-existent because, in their eyes, all other creatures, even birds, are tiny insects.

But to Jia Yan and his group, they saw a few bird-like creatures, a few kilometers large, chirping away in the early morning.

”Alright, it’s morning.”

Under the watchful eyes of the creatures, Jia Yan stood up.

”We wish you, my lord, victory in your first battle.”

”Yes, we wish you, my lord, victory in your first battle.”

Each of the insect creatures respectfully wished Jia Yan.

”Ha, you all got it wrong again, this is a battle for my disciple. What does it have to do with me?”

Jia Yan said this lightly.

After greeting his subordinates, Jia Yan went outside.

In the yard, Pierz, who hadn’t slept all night, was already practicing boxing.

He was practicing the boxing techniques taught by Jia Yan.

Even though he only crammed for just a day, after practicing hundreds of times, he had surprisingly gotten the hang of it.

”Greetings, Master.”

Seeing something fly up to him, he looked closely and recognized it as the extremely small Jia Yan.

Pierz quickly saluted with respect.

Jia Yan did not hesitate and swiftly flew onto Pierz’s shoulder.

”Let’s go.”

”Yes.”

Although Pierz’s heart was tense, he still nodded respectfully.

Behind the house, Pierz’s wife and Shuang Hao were watching silently.

This tall man had always been their family’s center, although recently he’d struggled to find work and even incurred debts, his sense of duty was commendable.

More happily, now this man, along with their son, had studied under a good master, resulting in a dramatic increase in their combat power, reaching a level the wife couldn’t even comprehend.

And it’s only been a few days.

”Dad will definitely win today, mom, don’t worry.”

”Yes, I know.”

The wife gazed faintly at the back of her departing husband, reminiscing about the early days when she first met this tall man; back then, he was just as commanding.

Jia Yan sat on his gigantic disciple’s body.

Compared to Shuang Hao’s shoulders, the shoulders of this standard giant tribe adult male were even broader. Jia Yan felt that even the large house he currently lived in would fit comfortably on his shoulders.

”Over there.”

Knowing that Jia Yan was not very familiar with this giant tribe big city, Pierz pointed in a direction and said softly to Jia Yan on his shoulder.

”Mm.”

Jia Yan responded.

Pierz, carrying Jia Yan, continued walking.

Under Jia Yan’s guidance, Pierz’s aura gradually rose.

”This captain recently stepped into the initial stage, but his strength is undoubtedly the strongest in the Night Patrol Team. Last time I went, he asked if I was at the initial stage, and I couldn’t say for sure, so he laughed at me.”

”Since he ridiculed my disciple, today will be his day to be ridiculed.”

Jia Yan sneered coldly.

Pierz felt warmth in his heart.

Although this master’s strength may not be that great, he still supported his student.

The two continued walking, and the people around them, perhaps sensing the slight aura from Pierz, surprisingly didn’t dare to approach.

”We’ve arrived.”

After walking through three streets, Pierz pointed to a tall courtyard.

”Actually, this is just the Night Patrol Team for our street, so it’s quite close. I originally chose here because it was nearby and could look after the family.”
