Reborn As An Interstellar Giant Mosquito

Chapter 1709: Chapter 7: Killing a Fellow Student in the Dorm?

“You want to challenge me, huh.”

Jia Yan looked at the other party, the female Elf from the Elf race proudly raised her head, seemingly very arrogant.

“However, I refuse.”

Jia Yan shook his head and walked past the opponent.

Being challenged by a group of weaklings as a Stellar level entity was already an annoying thing for Jia Yan, and what’s more annoying was that this group of weaklings was relentless, as if they weren’t afraid of death, coming one after another.

“You… stop right there, I am a proud member of the Elf race, one of the three major races of the White Seed Star, and you dare to refuse my challenge?”

The Elf female frowned and pulled out an arrow from behind, then shot it at Jia Yan’s back!

But just as she shot the arrow, her eyes suddenly filled with incredulity.

Because right in front of her, Jia Yan seemed like a remnant image, swiftly sidestepping at a speed undetectable by others, avoiding the arrow she shot.

This is too fast, isn’t it?

“An Elf, huh? Hope you don’t bother me again, my temper isn’t as good as you think.”

Without turning his head, Jia Yan walked with the bird-like creature towards the so-called dormitory.

In fact, Jia Yan had already gotten a general understanding of the composition of this White Seed Star these days, but he hadn’t started moving yet.

There were several reasons.

First, in this Stellar battlefield, battleships and even larger starships are strategic resources and are extremely strictly controlled by ordinary forces.

White Seed Star is no exception; all major repair and shipbuilding factories are under strict control, making it very difficult for Jia Yan to utilize them.

Another reason is that although Jia Yan’s real body’s injuries are rapidly recovering, he’s not yet to the point where he can directly contend with another powerful Stellar level powerhouse, not to mention there are Pseudo Stellar Level powerhouses here as helpers of the White Seed Star Overlord.

As for another deeper reason, it’s actually somewhat ridiculous to say.

It’s that after experiencing this Fifth Star University’s atmosphere, Jia Yan started feeling a bit nostalgic for his university days. Since there’s nothing else to do, why not re-experience those unfulfilled wishes from the past.

Jia Yan died during his university years in his last life, which has become a kind of lamentation for him, so being able to relive a similar feeling on a distant star is a way of reminiscing.

Of course, this last point is just incidental; if there’s an opportunity, he can leave at any time.

“Jia Yan, you were so cool just now; you know that girl is from the Elf race, right? Her family’s power is huge, and there are hardly any students here at Fifth Star University who dare to defy her, yet you dared!”

The black bird chirped incessantly next to Jia Yan.

This guy has already dubbed himself Jia Yan’s best buddy, sticking to Jia Yan every day, making others think they have an incredibly close relationship.

“Alright, my dorm is here, yours is over there. How many times have I told you not to come looking for me every day, understand?”

In front of a row of buildings, Jia Yan made a move to send him away.

“Uh, alright.”

The bird helplessly shook its head, seeing that no matter how friendly he tried to be, Jia Yan barely acknowledged him.

After sending off the bird, Jia Yan entered his dormitory.

When he first entered, there were two other roommates, but after some harsh punches from Jia Yan, the two creatures were never seen again.

“Through my understanding, there are just three places on this White Seed Star capable of repairing battleship-grade facilities.”

Opening the Smart Brain, Jia Yan checked some materials inside and then locked onto three locations.

“The first is the Second Star, which is the only munitions factory in the White Seed Star System, capable of repairing any battleship and even constructing simple battleships independently.”

“The second is on White Seed Star itself; I heard there are a few good research institutions here, which presumably have docks capable of repairing large battleships.”

“The third place is the Garrison Star on the border, where there are at least two docks for emergency battleship maintenance.”

Jia Yan brought up data and images of the three sites, intending to study them carefully, only to hear a series of kicks and punches from outside the dorm door.

Jia Yan tilted his head to glance at the door but showed no reaction.

For him, the so-called university life is almost child’s play now, not to mention, every place in this university is under his constant control, so the appearance of these guys outside was something he already knew.

Bam!

Finally, the door was kicked open completely.

Five creatures rushed in, all appearing extremely tall and sturdy.

“Jia Yan, you actually offended the young lady of the Elf race on White Seed Star, you’re asking for death. Now get out, I’ll give you a chance, after a fair fight with us, maybe this young lady will spare you.”

A creature resembling a leopard monster eyed Jia Yan fiercely and growled.

Jia Yan slowly closed the Smart Brain screen in front of him, then turned his head to calmly look at the group of creatures entering his dorm room.

“Fifth Star University Clause, Article 312: The dormitory is simulated as the student’s personal domain. If the personal domain is threatened by an invasion, the resident has the right to kill or expel the invaders.”

Jia Yan’s avatar’s indifferent gaze caused all the invaders to suddenly feel a chill run through their bodies.

“You… Jia Yan, don’t get cocky. So what if we invade your dormitory? If you know what’s good for you, get to the battle platform, otherwise…”

The Leopard Monster only got halfway through its sentence.

A group of creatures suddenly sensed that Jia Yan, standing before them, had suddenly moved!

“Bastard, how dare he make a move inside the dormitory? This is too outrageous!”

“This Jia Yan is seeking death, daring to make a move inside the dormitory. The teachers definitely won’t let him off.”

“Never mind, let’s subdue him first and then talk.”

A group of extra-terrestrial beings saw that Jia Yan had no hesitation in attacking them and furiously counterattacked.

But their counterattack was laughable in front of Jia Yan’s combat awareness, which surpassed that of normal creatures. Even without exerting any power beyond that of ordinary Earth people, he effortlessly sent them flying out of the dormitory door.

“The prime culprit must be slashed!”

The few creatures that had been sent flying out of the dormitory hadn’t completely recovered from their shock and anger when they heard Jia Yan’s calm voice from inside the dormitory room.

Then they saw a nimble shadow fly out of the dormitory again!

Plop!

When the shadow fell, the group of creatures were all shocked!

For it was the body of the Leopard Monster. It was called a body because it had been completely torn into two, head and torso separated!

Jia Yan had actually killed someone directly!

“He… he actually dared to kill someone!”

The remaining creatures were both shocked and angry. They were shocked by how powerful Jia Yan was, and angry that he dared to kill someone!?

“Alright, clean this up and get out of here quickly.”

Jia Yan walked to the dormitory door, gave the group of creatures a cold glance, and then slammed the door shut.

He had killed a new student without the slightest feeling of guilt. This made the ordinary creatures shiver once again, realizing perhaps they had provoked an untouchable existence!

“Let’s go, let’s go! This Jia Yan is too overbearing, but he can’t possibly get away with this. Committing such a violent act on campus is a grave crime. He’s doomed!”

Several creatures hurriedly took away the Leopard Monster’s corpse.

Jia Yan was aware that things wouldn’t be that simple, but he felt no fear.

For someone of a stellar level, this kind of small scene was nothing. Even if things got out of hand, he surely wouldn’t be the one to die. If it came down to it, he wouldn’t mind destroying Fifth Star University…

As expected, when Jia Yan returned to the dormitory room, and after casually studying a map, a teacher arrived at his dormitory door.

“Jia Yan, right? Come with me.”

This teacher, upon seeing Jia Yan, showed a slightly moved expression, not one of fear, but rather of interest.

Jia Yan was indifferent, as he already knew where they were heading.

The two traveled together, and the teacher, resembling an elephant and standing more than twenty meters tall, continuously cast curious glances at Jia Yan, but said nothing.

His silence was intended to intimidate this seemingly overbearing student, but he didn’t expect that this student wouldn’t question him either, instead just calmly following by his side.

“Such demeanor, truly charismatic, but it’s a pity he’s just an ordinary student. Otherwise, he might have been cultivated well.”

They arrived at a large conference hall in Fifth Star University. As soon as Jia Yan and the teacher entered, over a dozen teachers placed their eyes on Jia Yan.

“Jia Yan, do you know you’ve committed a grave error by killing a fellow student on campus?!”

Upon stepping into the hall, a creature over a hundred meters in size, emanating powerful oscillations of secondary high order strength, shouted at him.

“This is the most egregious behavior we’ve encountered since the establishment of Fifth Star University. What do you have to say for yourself, Jia Yan?”

Facing the aggressive aura and words from the secondary level creature, Jia Yan remained unmoved.

He didn’t even care about the dignitaries and secondary level creatures present and casually walked over to a row of tables and chairs, slowly choosing a seat to sit down.

“You!”

The secondary level creature was astonished that Jia Yan dared to ignore his presence despite his aura, and his imposing manner faltered, revealing a look of disbelief.

A creature that hadn’t even reached the Earth Level dared to disregard his existence, when he was a secondary high order creature, a terrifying creature on the verge of becoming a semi-permanent star level powerhouse!

“Alright, let’s all drop the act. If you really wanted to catch me, you wouldn’t have gone through the trouble for me to meet you. Whatever you have to say, just say it.”
