The current state of the Auster Empire is not very good on each planet, but the headquarters of the Bias Force is quite impressive.

The commercial atmosphere on the headquarters star is extremely strong.

However, today is different. Upon learning that the recently renowned ’Lord Jia Yan’ from the internet and media had actually arrived on this celestial body, the entire star fell into panic and turmoil.

It should be noted that Lord Jia Yan was originally the ’Earth messenger’ sent to the Auster Empire and the Orchid Empire. Back then, he harbored displeasure due to an Orchid Empire fleet attacking Earth civilization. Later, he also stated that his arrival in the Auster Empire was for compensation.

Now that he has come again, there is a risk of him doing something to the Auster Empire, causing the headquarters star to appear extremely chaotic.

Such is his formidable strength that even if everyone on the entire star gathered together, they simply could not resist!

”Lord Jia Yan, please this way.”

The creature leading Jia Yan was trembling, fearing to say a single word wrong.

”Alright.”

Jia Yan nodded as he observed the scenes of the city below the celestial body.

Currently, he harbors no great enmity towards the Auster Empire. After all, the Metal Monster that attacked Earth was merely the act of Auro, an individual of the Auster Empire. The Auster Empire itself wasn’t even aware of the existence of the Earth civilization, and the fleet that later attacked Earth gained no benefits.

So, he was in a good frame of mind.

Moreover, most creatures in the entire Auster Empire are very similar to Earth people, which to Jia Yan felt somewhat close, and would actually restrain any bloodshed.

Following the man leading him as they flew, they reached a building two to three thousand meters tall, under countless frightened gazes below.

”Lord Jia Yan, please.”

The other party respectfully gestured to Jia Yan.

Jia Yan entered the building with him and was led to a massive room.

”Welcome to the presence of Mister Jia Yan. I am the temporarily appointed Regent Emperor of this Bias Force.”

A man with a golden knife sat majestically on a side chair, appearing very pleased with Jia Yan’s arrival.

Around them were ordinary Auster creatures, but among them were several who were clearly not of the Auster species, of ’Respect Level’ strength.

These few Strong Ones are the external support for this Bias Force, representing support from outside empires or forces for this Bias Force.

Of course, before Jia Yan, all empires and forces must lower their proud heads, even the Great Empires.

”Lord Jia Yan, please take the principal seat.”

The man spoke respectfully to Jia Yan.

His smile was genuine.

While others perceived Jia Yan’s arrival with a great sense of crisis, he differed. Jia Yan’s presence, even just to sip tea, allowed him to borrow this terrifying Strong One’s influence a bit. Upon hearing rumors, wouldn’t other forces immediately submit to this Bias Force?

So he treated Jia Yan with extreme respect, hoping to receive even a few supportive words from him, which would be a huge boon.

”Hmm.”

Jia Yan accepted without any prevarication. It is normal for a terrifying Strong One to receive respect from others.

As he sat at the primary seat, others dared to sit down.

”Thank you for your welcome. I will not say much. To be brief, I want the artificial black hole in your force. Tell me, what conditions do you require?”

Jia Yan glanced at the Strong Ones and high-level figures around him, then spoke calmly.

”What? Lord, you want our artificial black hole? That’s the weapon we use to threaten the government forces. We can’t give it to you.”

A Heaven-level existence immediately shouted out.

Jia Yan frowned slightly. Before he could say anything, a Respect Level Auster man on the other side gritted his teeth and then blasted out a brainwave power.

Bang!

The man was blown into the mid-air by this Respect Level and then fell to the ground, almost breathless and nearly dead.

”Bastard, Mister Jia Yan must have important use for the black hole, possibly for the Kawai Defense Line. In such major matters, can we afford to say no? Dare to question Mister Jia Yan again, and next time I might take your life.”

The man coldly rebuked the Heaven-level existence on the ground, then respectfully clasped his fists to Jia Yan.

”Mister Jia Yan, he has collided with you, and on behalf of our Bias Force, I apologize.”

The man’s quick response was indeed impressive.

Jia Yan’s expression improved slightly, seeing there are smart individuals among the other party’s Strong Ones, making the upcoming negotiations likely smoother.

Fortunately, they were indeed sensible. In the discussions with Jia Yan, they didn’t make any demands, only subtly hinted at needing Jia Yan’s support.

”Alright, seeing how you have contributed to the Kawai Defense Line, I’ll give you some affirmation.”

Finally, Jia Yan signed several minor contracts regarding the transfer of that Artificial Black Hole, then nodded in satisfaction.

This Bias Force was too understanding, to the point where Jia Yan felt he was being excessive if he didn’t give them something.

Moreover, their conversation constantly hinted at a certain message, which Jia Yan understood, prompting him to offer some benefits now.

”I understand very well what this Bias Force wants. Since I need to give them benefits, I’ll have to sell out Her Majesty the Empress once.” Jia Yan shook his head.

”What you want, is nothing more than my promise to support your forces. You have this so-called Regent Prince here; but if you know the Orthodox Government, you should understand that I implicitly support it. It’s not good for me to go back on my word. Now I make this decision: from today, you formally exit the Auster Empire and establish a new nation in the eastern territory here. For fifty years, the Auster Empire cannot attack you. This is the best treaty I could think of. How about it?”

Jia Yan’s words left the crowd of high-level officials stunned and then pleasantly surprised.

”Alright, Lord, we will formally break away from the Auster Empire, but we have an impolite request: our territory is small, and our population is not large. Without the protection of a major nation, the future will be very hard. Therefore, we want to join the Earth Alliance, or even as a subordinate nation is fine, obtaining the protection of Earth Alliance while we also offer technology and knowledge to the Earth Civilization. What do you think, Lord?”

”This...”

Jia Yan did not expect the other party would want to join Earth.

What he didn’t understand is that the Earth Civilization, currently in the Orion Arm, is practically a hot commodity. A civilization acknowledged by a Great Empire, more importantly, it’s just an Elementary Civilization, yet it has a top-tier Strongest who can threaten the Great Empire. Such a civilization has everyone calculating how to collaborate with Earth. After all, as long as Jia Yan does not fall, Earth’s future rise is certain. Being friends with Earth in this process is sure to yield abundant profits.

And the middle-aged man speaking was even more thorough, opting to completely lean towards Earth as Jia Yan was allowing them to establish a nation.

Jia Yan then pondered for a while and said.

”Our Earth Civilization is a single-species civilization. Although your Auster species is very similar to us Earth people, even recently there are reports of being able to interbreed and have children. But after all, you are still a different species, so joining my Earth is not feasible. If you wish, you can become a subordinate nation of my Empire, but I won’t say much more about the terms and obligations of a subordinate nation. Next, please negotiate with the relevant Earth personnel.”

”Alright! A subordinate nation is even better.”

Upon hearing Jia Yan’s words, the man didn’t hesitate at all, nodding like a pecking chick with a smile blossoming on his face.

To know, becoming a subordinate state of the Earth Civilization, equates to having Earth’s protection, and this implies that, even if the Auster Empire recovers, wishing to attack them, they will be cautious.

”Lord Jia Yan, I’ve just decided. Our newly established nation shall be called ’Earth Eternal Nation,’ how do you feel about this name?”

Jia Yan was slightly stunned; Earth Eternal Nation, this flattery was laid on a bit too thick!

However, such flattery was very comforting, Jia Yan did not think much, nodded directly.

”Alright, whatever name you come up with is fine, these matters are concluded. Now take me to see the Artificial Black Hole.”

”Okay, Lord, right this way.”

As a group of high-level officials led Jia Yan to the site of the Artificial Black Hole, simultaneously a high-ranking official who had quietly left the meeting room, announced an earth-shattering big message across the entire Bias Force!

”Our Bias Force is fortunate to receive the favor of the top Strongest of the Orion Arm, Lord Jia Yan, who approved us to become a subordinate nation of the civilization which Lord Jia Yan belongs to—the Earth Civilization, and he also specially approved the name of our newly established nation. Earth Eternal Nation!”

”On this day of celebration for the founding of our Earth Eternal Nation, Lord Jia Yan works tirelessly, busying himself at the distant Kawai Defense Line at the edge of Orion. Here we express our gratitude to Lord Jia Yan, followed by our moment of nationwide celebration! Citizens, celebrate, our Earth Eternal Nation is established!”

Earth Eternal Nation established?

Bias Force, unexpectedly recognized by the Supreme Strongest that can be counted on one hand in the entire Orion, allowed to establish an independent country? And also a subordinate nation of the Earth Civilization!

Although Earth Civilization now seems to be merely a small Elementary Civilization, with Lord Jia Yan being such a terrifying existence, it is destined to become a prosperous civilization.

Becoming a subordinate nation of this civilization also equates to establishing a nation with the support of this civilization, what empire or force dares to attack in the future!

Becoming a subordinate nation of Earth Civilization is simply hitting the jackpot!

”Haha, from now on we are no longer Auster Empire people, we are Earth Eternal Nation people.”

”Indeed, Auster Empire is like yesterday’s flowers, long fallen. Establishing a new nation, joining the Earth Civilization family, is what we need.”

”Their internal wars are no longer related to our Earth Civilization Eternal Nation. Now we no longer fear dying in war.”

The Auster people of the Earth Civilization Eternal Nation were almost deliriously happy.
