Jia Yan followed the input, and then he only saw a flickering light erupting from the flight control panel!

The panel changed in an instant, becoming more complex, and various data appeared in front of him.

”It’s really magical.” Jia Yan had no intention of asking why the woman knew these things, because all he needed to know was how to operate it, and he had no interest in probing into the past of the woman or the spacecraft!

Even if it was said, would Jia Yan hand over the spacecraft to her? Impossible! So there was no need to say it.

”Lord, the direction control method is still the same, and now you can break through the altitude limit of two thousand meters,” Ma Ka said while standing by the pilot’s seat, giving Jia Yan directions.

Jia Yan tried it out and indeed felt that the spacecraft could now break through the two-thousand-meter limit!

”Hmm? The speed has also increased!” Jia Yan suddenly realized that even though he hadn’t accelerated much, the spacecraft’s speed had already surpassed the speed of its full throttle before.

”It can go even faster! But the conditions aren’t right now,” Ma Ka said, standing to the side and watching Jia Yan operate the spacecraft, her eyes gleaming with an unusual luster.

”All right,” Jia Yan stopped talking and then took control of the operation console, operating the spacecraft anew.

The spacecraft’s rate of ascent suddenly shot up!

However, the Kuditan People’s Camp Grade Spaceship ahead had already vanished, seemingly into the depths of space.

As Jia Yan gradually increased the speed of the spacecraft, the scenery below became more distant, and Tianlong Star, where he had spent some time, began revealing its spherical shape as it almost broke free from the atmosphere!

Dudu dudu dudu!!!————

A succession of alarm sounds suddenly rang out at that moment, causing Jia Yan’s expression to change!

”What’s this?” He saw on the rear monitor screen that a metallic object, moving at high speed, was quickly approaching him!

”Not good, that’s a Small Battleship under Master Xingrong’s command! Lord Jia Yan, weren’t you one of Master Xingrong’s subordinates? How could you...” Ma Ka had never investigated why Jia Yan wanted to escape from Tianlong Star, but now, seeing the object flying in from behind, her face suddenly turned pale with shock.

”I was indeed one of his subordinates before, but not anymore,” Jia Yan said with a sigh, realizing from Ma Ka’s words that it was a Small Battleship from the Dragon Strong under Master Xingrong’s command that was coming their way.

He didn’t have a major grudge with Master Xingrong. On the contrary, it was thanks to the cover provided by the Lordship bestowed by him that he was able to successfully steal the Volcano Mineral Liquid and plunder wealth. Thus, he didn’t have a strong intent to fight this Dragon Strong.

But since the other party wanted to pursue, he certainly couldn’t just sit and wait for capture!

”The speed of this spacecraft still isn’t good enough. Didn’t you say it could go faster? Tell me how, or else their attacks won’t care if you’re my subordinate or not, and you’ll definitely be affected too,” Jia Yan said as he turned his head to look at Ma Ka.

This Giant female, resembling a beautiful Earth woman, had a frustrated look on her face.

If she had known that Lord Jia Yan had offended a Dragon Strong, she might not have bothered getting involved in this mess. The Angleybelle pendant was important indeed, but not important enough to trade her life for!

But now it was too late for regrets!

”I’ve already told you, that method can’t be used right now. Get out of the way. If you want to live, let me take control!” she said, urgently addressing Jia Yan.

Jia Yan was taken aback, not expecting that the method she mentioned really couldn’t be used.

Or perhaps, even now, she still had some trick up her sleeve. As someone who had almost never trusted anyone since his rebirth, Jia Yan hesitated for a moment.

In the time he hesitated, the pursuing Battleship, moving more than twice as fast as the spacecraft, had already come close!

A dazzling red beam suddenly shot out!

Jia Yan was startled; he wanted to maneuver the spacecraft to dodge, but his hastily gathered piloting skills were no match for such an attack!

The beam was terrifying, seemingly crossing vast distances in an instant, and it would only take a brief moment to hit the spacecraft where Jia Yan and the other person were.

But at that moment, a burst of luster suddenly erupted from a series of pendants hanging on Ma Ka’s chest.

The spacecraft seemed to react to this pendant.

A ring of light, from a Light Shield that appeared swiftly, surrounded the spacecraft externally!

Then, the attack brutally slammed into the shield!

The entire spacecraft violently jerked in an instant!

Jia Yan felt the world spinning around him, and he could hardly tell where his bearings were.

He was still not accustomed to combat within a vehicle. If it weren’t for the fact that his speed was incomparable to those of Battleships, he would definitely have preferred to fight on his own.

”Move aside! If you don’t, we might not be able to block the next attack!” Ma Ka cried out urgently from the side.

And the pursuing Battleship had already come within less than a thousand meters.

Its appearance became clear, and it looked like a giant basketball—a spherical shape, which was the first time Jia Yan had seen such a star-like spacecraft.

But now was not the time to worry about that. All Jia Yan needed to know was that it was a Battleship!

”Alright, you take over!”

In this critical moment, Jia Yan could no longer worry about the risks. It seemed Ma Ka was not someone from the other side. They only had to let her try operating it.

Jia Yan was unskilled at piloting the spacecraft, but he could move very quickly. Now with one move, he vacated the pilot’s seat.

Ma Ka, very familiar with the setup, took a step towards where Jia Yan had been sitting, and as she moved, the pilot’s seat began to automatically transform. By the time she sat down, the seat had changed its shape to suit her piloting posture.
