Reborn As An Interstellar Giant Mosquito

The power of Lord Xingrong, a Dragon Strong of the Tianlong Clan, occupied about one-seventh of the Tianlong Star.

Among them, there were thirty-three Lords at the Heavenly Peak, meaning that the territory was divided into thirty-three parts.

The area occupied by Jia Yan was not the most prosperous, nor could it be considered barren. Compared to those who only serve as lords in the desert lands, he was at least ten times better off.

Originally, when he took office with such trust, the other lords did consider swapping territories with Jia Yan, using their connections and military power to force his compliance. However, after the outcome of his battle with Ti Ting became known to these lords, it instilled fear in each of them.

They began to investigate Jia Yan’s origins. After all, the sudden emergence of such a powerful character within the domain of a Dragon Strong was utterly impossible; this so-called ’Lord Jia Yan’ definitely had some background!

But the information they obtained only made them more confused.

This ’Lord Jia Yan’, was actually a ’Starry Sky Level’ who had lost his energy, and his origins were mysterious and unpredictable, believed to have arrived here from another starfield due to an accident with space transfer technology.

Such a suspicious character, it was really daring of Lord Xingrong to employ him!

At this moment, each lord became slightly more cautious about Jia Yan’s presence.

These lords, even if not born on the Tianlong Star, were the strong ones from nearby stellar systems with clear backgrounds. Whereas Lord Jia Yan seemed unable to clearly state where he was from; such a strong one was indeed an unusual outlier to the lords of this domain!

”Mr. Ti Ting, do you think Jia Yan could be a spy from another starfield’s powers, sent here?”

”Don’t talk nonsense. If that were true, with such obvious traits, Lord Xingrong would have seen through him long ago, we wouldn’t be left to suspect!”

”That’s true...”

In a vast desert land, there met over ten immensely powerful monsters of various appearances and species, conducting a meeting.

Among the attendees was a familiar figure, the powerful variegated bird who had previously clashed with Jia Yan and who professed herself as ’Ti Ting’.

She was a bit disheveled now, some injuries from Jia Yan’s earlier hit still unhealed, causing a slight disarray in the variegated colors on her body.

No creature present mocked her; after all, her strength was supremely respected among them. If it came to a battle, none of the monsters there could defeat her.

”In any case, we need to observe this fellow’s actions. If there’s anything amiss, we must report to Lord Xingrong — such a strong one is definitely suspect!”

”Yes, of course, what’s more important is, we cannot let him take away the interests of us, the strong ones...”

The group of monsters reached a consensus regarding the existence of Jia Yan.

However, just as they discussed, Jia Yan, who had just become a so-called lord, had already given up on handling the mess left by Kaz’s death personally and handed all such transitional tasks to the greatly appreciative Harrola, while he headed towards a well-investigated area!

The weather was fine, with white clouds drifting across the sky.

A gigantic monster flew across the sky!

”Apparently, the Dragon Strong are not entirely united; even the areas they control are separate. However, this is not good news for me, as the domain I wish to visit, Volcano land, belongs to another Dragon Strong...”

Jia Yan digested the information he had learned while soaring through the air.

The Dragon Strong were omnipotent on this planet, but contrary to Jia Yan’s belief, they were not a cohesive group. Among these strong ones, there were also hostilities.

The Energy Volcano that Jia Yan aimed to visit was possessed by a Dragon Strong who was at odds with Lord Xingrong.

The so-called Dragon Strong mentioned that they originated from a species - thus, other Dragon Strong likely shared a similar appearance with Lord Xingrong.

The Tianlong Clan was renowned in the nearby starry sky, akin to Earth’s ’Fighting race’, with many strong ones emerging, and those who settled on Tianlong Star were among the elite.

They formed alliances here, yet fissures existed between them, leading to occasional discord.

Jia Yan continued to soar upwards.

He couldn’t quite understand why, when investigating him, Lord Xingrong didn’t inquire about his past or harbor any doubts about his identity, rendering all the meticulously fabricated ’experiences’ he had prepared unspoken.

If one was to say that the other party truly looked as lazy as they appeared, Jia Yan could never believe it, for such a display was unlikely from a powerful strong one, much less from one who controlled a domain!

The only logical explanation was that the other might have confirmed in some way that Jia Yan was indeed not a so-called spy!

But now that he had successfully become a lord, Jia Yan naturally continued towards his next target!
