Tang Song looked at the department structure and candidate information in his hands, gave Gao Mengting across from him an OK gesture, “I have no objections, let’s arrange it like this.”

“We are recruiting quite a few employees this time, and there will definitely be various issues that arise afterward,” Gao Mengting said seriously, “Once the HR manager joins, I will draft an assessment system with her.”

“Yes, I understand,” Tang Song adjusted his black-framed glasses on the bridge of his nose.

The company’s first round of large-scale interviews had already come to an end.

They planned to recruit 43 employees, and he had personally participated in at least one round of interviews for the main departmental positions.

The use of the special effect “Leader” ensured that these people had no major issues.

Still, it would depend on their subsequent performance, and if unsuitable, they would be directly replaced.

Relatively speaking, the most demanding task coming up was HR management.

When they had recruited He Liting and her team, it had been a well-coordinated team that was directly poached, totaling just over a dozen people, which was relatively easy.

This was also a test for them this time.

The two then chatted about recent live streaming data.

Gao Mengting glanced at her wristwatch and smiled, “There’s another thing, I would like to request some time off from President Tang.”

“Oh? Time off?” Tang Song lifted his head, looking surprised at his partner across from him.

Speaking of which, Gao Mengting really was a super diligent girl.

Since starting the business, she barely took any breaks, often working overtime on Saturdays and Sundays, even more so than the workaholic He Liting.

Hearing the words “time off” from her was quite extraordinary.

Gao Mengting’s face carried a gentle smile, her voice pleasant, “Today is June 19th, the graduation ceremony for the 2023 undergraduate class at Yan City University. The junior I share an apartment with is officially graduating today. This afternoon I’ll drive my Wuling to help her clear out her dormitory stuff. Since the company’s interview round has just ended, I thought I’d visit my alma mater.”

“Oh, I see, do you need my help?”

“No need, no need, she has been moving stuff gradually over the past two months. Now, what’s left is just odds and ends, nothing troublesome.”

“OK, speaking of which, it’s been a long time since I’ve had a meal at your place. After this busy period is over, I’ll come over and try your cooking again.”

“Pfft—” Gao Mengting covered her mouth and chuckled, her eyes twinkling with a tender smile, “Sure, things have indeed been too hectic recently, it’s been almost a month since I last cooked for myself.”

“Knock knock knock—” Suddenly, a knocking sound arose.

He Liting’s voice came from outside, “President Tang, I’m here.”

“Come in!”

Shortly after, the office door was gently opened, and He Liting, dressed in a T-shirt and jeans, came in.

Seeing the beautiful figure sitting on the sofa, she quickly said, “President Gao!”

Gao Mengting smiled and nodded, then turned to Tang Song, “I’ll let you chat with Lili, then. I’m heading off, bye.”

“Bye.”

Watching Gao Mengting’s figure leave, He Liting finally breathed a sigh of relief, feeling somewhat guilty.

“President Tang, this is the IP account operation plan that Brother Liu and I came up with based on the direction you mentioned earlier,” He Liting handed over the freshly printed document.

Tang Song reached out to take it, pointed to the sofa across from him, “Sit, Lili, I’ll read it first.”

“Sure, President Tang,” He Liting hurried over to the visitor’s area and carefully sat down, her back ramrod straight.

Looking at President Tang across from her, she couldn’t help but feel her heart racing again.

His handsome face with thin lips and a prominent nose, coupled with a tall and well-proportioned body in the setting of the CEO’s office, was the epitome of the ideal, domineering CEO.

Especially since he was wearing glasses today, which made him look scholarly and handsome.

Thinking back to how he was aggressive and passionate while playing basketball with Qianqian.

She felt a bit improper looking at him.

After moving to the new office, everything was fine except that the chances to see President Tang had reduced.

This was a unanimous view among the female colleagues at the company.

…

In the quiet office, the sound of flipping papers occasionally broke the silence.

Wearing “Tang Song’s glasses” and boasting a comprehension of 81 and outstanding thought agility, Tang Song’s reading efficiency was extremely high.

He quickly extracted quite a lot of key information.

The character was a relaxed and intellectual woman.

She had a unique aesthetic and taste, filled with love and pursuit of life.

The target audience was economically capable women fans who pursued quality of life.

In the initial stages, the “content-commerce model” was to be used for account operation, attracting user attention by showcasing outfits in videos, while also using the video data to pinpoint the account followers’ preferences to better optimize product selection.

This plan was very detailed.

From topic planning to apparel selection, filming, filter style, promotion, and release, everything was well thought out.

More than ten minutes later.

Tang Song put down the documents and seriously started discussing with He Liting.

The video operation team and live streaming team, belonging to “He Liting,” would gradually join this week.

Next up was building the IP.

After all, it was related to his own growth plan task, so he was very dedicated.

The two sat in the office and chatted for nearly an hour.

He Liting’s cheeks were flushed, her emotions surging, feeling like President Tang was the man who understood her the most in the world.

The future he described was exactly what she had dreamed of.

“President Tang, I remember everything you just said! Do you have any more suggestions?”

Tang Song pursed his lips, his eyes bright, “I think the nickname of the account should be changed to a simple, memorable, and image-matching ID, which would be beneficial for promoting the IP.”

“So you mean to change the name? Hmm, I had thought about it before but haven’t decided yet. President Tang, why don’t you come up with a name for me?”
