New Age Of Summoners

As all the captains of the mercenary captains were converting their squad’s contribution points at the counter, all of a sudden, they felt a powerful aura coming from the distance.

”What is that?”

One of the mercenaries pointed his finger at the powerful aura and asked his squad members.

”Someone is coming in this direction and he is very powerful,”

Soon the captain of that mercenary squad squinted his eyes and carefully observed in that direction. He saw an old man was flying in their direction while releasing his powerful aura to his surroundings.

”Is he our guild master?”

Except for the captains, no one could clearly see who was coming towards them. Since he was coming from the direction of the cursed wilderness, they thought he was their guild master.

Because only the guild master was the powerful person that dared to come to the mercenary guild while releasing their aura making all the low-level mercenaries think it was the guild master.

”No, he is not our guild master. He is someone else,” However, all the captains slowly explained to their squad members.

”What?”

”Does he have a death wish or what?”

”If the guild master finds out about his rudeness, then our guild master will definitely punish him,”

As soon as they heard their respective captain’s words, all the mercenaries were shocked at first and later they felt pity at the man that was flying in their direction.

It was strictly forbidden to fly around the mercenary guild and what’s more the old man flying towards them even emitting his powerful aura.

”Hey look, there is another idiot flying in this direction while emitting his powerful aura,”

”There is another one,”

”I see someone in that direction too,”

”Oh my god. There is another one,”

Soon, the mercenaries felt four more powerful auras similar to the first one they saw from various directions and asked one another.

’Huh? Why are they coming, now?’

Unlike the mercenaries, Sarah, who was at the counter silently thought in her head when she saw the figures flying from different directions.

’Did the guild master call them? But he has still not returned from the Cursed wilderness?’

She continued to think in her head about the reason for the appearance of those five figures.

All the five figures that were flying towards the mercenary guild were old and only one of them was female while the rest of them were male.

’Anyway, the guild master ordered me that whenever I see them I should not bother them or speak them unless they speak to me first,’

With that thought in her mind, she focused on her job and converting the contribution points as though she didn’t see anyone flying towards the mercenary guild.

”Give you bracelets,”

She continued to take the bracelets and allocated the rewards for the captains of the mercenary squads which made all the mercenaries puzzle.

’Looks like there is no need to worry about them,’

Soon, this was the only thought in all the mercenaries’ heads because Sarah was still calm and they felt there was no trouble coming from the five figures coming at them.

When they saw a single figure, they thought he was courting death by simply flying towards the mercenary guild; however, when they saw the four more powerful auras they felt a little bit worried because they didn’t know what their motive was in flying towards the mercenary guild.

However, their worry disappeared after seeing the calmness on Sarah’s face and continued with their own works.

’Swoosh’

As for the five flying figures in the sky, they abruptly stopped above the mercenary guild building and looked at each other before looking in the direction of the cursed wilderness and disappeared without a trace.

”What? Where did they go?”

”Are my eyes playing tricks on me?”

”I am also feeling the same thing. But I am sure that I saw them stopping above the mercenary guild building for a moment before they disappeared into thin air,”

Even though they wanted to stop paying attention to the powerful figures in the air they could not help but take a look from time to time. So, when they noticed that the five powerful figures had disappeared, they hurriedly checked their surroundings fearing that they had descended among them.

”Everyone, calm down. If anyone makes any noise, I will revoke their identity as the mercenary and then you will not get rewards for your contribution points,”

Sarah became anxious when she heard their conversations fearing that the five powerful figures might become angry at their conversations and asked them to stay silent with a serious voice.

”...”

Until now, they had never seen Sarah become serious and she always used to have a smile on her face.

However, when they saw the serious face of Sarah, all the mercenaries became silent and they felt something was not right.

Nevertheless, they all become silent not because Sarah warned that she would revoke their identity but they understood it was better for them to remain silent for a while.

.....

Inside the guild master’s room in the mercenary guild,

”She is not bad. She was able to make others silent with only simple words,”

One of the old men who disappeared from before said to the other four powerful cultivators, who sat in front of him.

That’s right!

The five powerful figures, who disappeared from the top of the mercenary building mysteriously appeared in the guild master’s room and adjusted themselves in that room.

Among the five powerful figures, one man praised Sarah in controlling the mercenaries with only a few simple words.

”Not bad? I will say, she is good,” However, the only female among the five powerful cultivators, scoffed at that old man as though she felt it that Sarah was better than that.

”Haha...I agree with Sandra on this one,”

”Me too”

”Sorry Esmund, I agree with the rest of others,”

As soon as the old lady scoffed at the first old man, the rest of the old men agreed with her words.

”Huh? Wait for a second,”

When he listened to others, he felt something was different with Sarah and immediately observed her once again before raising his brows.

”No wonder, you said those words. My bad, I am always a bad judge in evaluating people,” the first old man nodded his head and changed his news on Sarah and agreed with the rest of the old cultivators.

”Among all of us, Rae is good at evaluating people that is the reason he was managing the mercenary guild,”

To his words, the old lady named Sandra replied with a bitter look on her face.

All of them nodded their heads because what she said was true.

”Speaking of Rae, where is he? He called us for an emergency meeting and still didn’t come here,” Esmund, the first old man, who failed to evaluate Sarah on his first glance, asked others about Rae with an irritated tone.

”Esmund, I still wonder, how did you survive till now with the anxiousness of yours,”

One of the old men asked with a puzzled expression on his face while looking at Esmund.
