New Age Of Summoners

Chapter 1834  End of Old Brothers

ʼSplashʼ

The water blast from Novis has made the old man wet and what followed next was hundreds of different weapons made up of lightning energy pierced through the body of the old man.

ʼBoomʼ

There were multiple explosions whenever a lightning weapon pierced through the old manʼs body.

The old man was unable to do anything as his mind was still unable to process and even if it was able to process what was happening, there was nothing he could do about it.

It was because the attacks from the elemental spirits were lined up perfectly that the old man wouldnʼt be able to stop them even if he wanted to.

….

ʼDing,

The Necros and his team have successfully killed the old man (Tenth Brother).

In the distance, Ajax was observing the fight between the Ninth Brother and Volcanisʼ team and was surprised to receive the system notification.

ʼWhat? Necros and his team were able to kill the old man on their own with just the boost from the Abyssal Beast Godʼs Bloodline?ʼ

Even though Ajax believed that Necrosʼs team was strong, he didnʼt think that they could kill a cultivator with a Divine Rule on their own.

ʼIt looks like Necros used his cunning method to take down the old man.ʼ

Thatʼs the only thing that Ajax could tell himself to believe that Necros and his team were able to kill the old man.

ʼIt looks like I donʼt have to use my new bloodline.ʼ

Actually, when Ajax saw that Volcanis and his team of elemental spirits were falling short of their strength in killing their opponent, Ajax wanted to help them with his new bloodline.

The newest bloodline that Ajax had never used since he awakened it from the [Blessed Refining Cultivation Technique], Ajax thought he could finally use it to help his two teams of elemental spirits kill their opponents.

The Abyssal Beast Godʼs Bloodline could increase the battle prowess of all his summons, the elemental spirits and the contracted spirit beasts by five times for an entire hour.

Whereas this new bloodline, the Ancient Summoning Godʼs Bloodline could increase the battle prowess of his Elemental Spirits by 10 times for five minutes.

Even though the duration was less and it could only be used for the elemental spirits, the bloodline had other effects along with the 10 times boost in the battle prowess of the elemental spirits to make up for the effects of the Abyssal Beast Godʼs Bloodline.

Anyway, since one of the elemental spirit teams was able to kill their opponent, Ajax felt it was too wasteful to use his new bloodline now.

Moreover, Ajax would be fighting more and more powerful opponents…especially the Ruler of the Fire Region, the Golden-Winged Middle-Aged Man.

Hence, he thought to have that new bloodline as a backup because when he activated that bloodline, Ajax could use any skill that his elemental spirit had without any restrictions.

According to Ajax, it was a useful effect that he could make good use of against the powerful opponents.

”Everyone, you can give a hand in taking care of that opponent.”

Without wasting any time, Ajax ordered his summons.

The four contracted spirit beast teams had long arrived at the location where Volcanis and his team were fighting the old man; however, Ajax asked them to hide for a while and let Volcanis and his team take care of the old man.

However, Volcanis and his team were still lacking the bit of strength to take care of the old man who was keen on killing them.

Hence, he permitted Twilight, Raweth and other team leaders who were hiding their presence from the old man.

…

”Without the barrier, you a bunch of elemental spirits are nothing in front of me.”

On the other hand, the old man has completely forgotten to check out his surroundings because he saw a perfect opportunity to kill the elemental spirits.

So, he didnʼt even notice that he was currently surrounded by some powerful contracted spirit beasts that had already received orders from their master to kill him.

Currently, he was too excited about the destruction of the barrier that was protecting the elemental spirits.

[Divine Metal Rule - Metallic Kick]

Without wasting any time, the old man rushed towards Volcanis and others with his legs that were covered in shining metal.

[Twilight Cannon]

[Mighty Fire Blast]

[Mega Wind Gust]

[Nether Ice Arrow]

Before the old man could reach Volcanis and his team of elemental spirits, the four contracted spirit beast team leaders used their long-range attacks at the old man who was too busy attacking Volcanis and his team.

ʼWhat the…ʼ

Even though the old man was too busy with his attack, he was still a powerful cultivator who awakened a Divine Rule. So, he was able to sense the incoming attacks on him.

However, he was unable to cancel his skill and change his momentum because of his speed.

ʼDamn it…letʼs destroy one of the attacks.ʼ

Nevertheless, the old man tried to slow down a little and destroy one of the attacks that was coming at him.

[Metallic Kick]

He changed the direction of his attack as he kicked that incoming fire black which he felt easy to deflect.

Whatʼs more, he was even successful in doing so.

ʼPuchiʼ

ʼPuchiʼ

ʼKachaʼ

However, he was not lucky with the other three attacks…especially, the [Mega Wind Gust] that was released by the Devourer Eagle Emperor.

Whatʼs more, all these contracted spirit beasts still have their Divine Rules activated. So, all these attacks were deadly to the Old Man.

In the end, after receiving the three attacks, the old man didnʼt even have a chance to stand up as he was instantly killed in mid-air.

ʼDing,

The hostʼs contracted spirit beasts have successfully killed the old man [Ninth Brother].

On the other hand, Ajax received the system notification, making him nod his head in satisfaction.

ʼSystem, you have collected the basic information from the contracted spirit beasts, right?ʼ

After taking care of all the old men, Ajax asked the system about it.

The main goal of this Mission: Wrecking Havoc was to collect information about the other regions in the Floating Island and their rulers along with the routes and directions to enter the other regions.

Earlier, Ajaxʼs contracted spirit beasts had interrogated the old men they fought with and got the basic information.

Whatever the information his contracted spirit beasts learn, the system could inform him and even if it doesnʼt work, he could just ask the contracted spirit beasts directly.

Nevertheless, Ajax wanted to save time and wanted to get information about the regions, and rulers of the Floating Island.

”The remaining corpses of the old men will be consumed by the Devourer Eagle Emperors who were yet to consume the corpse. Except for one Devourer Eagle Emperor, everyone will get one. As for that remaining Devourer Eagle Emperor, I will make up for you by giving another corpse in the future.”

Of course, Ajax didnʼt forget about the corpses of the old men as he ordered the Devourer Eagle Emperors to consume them.

There were a total of 10 corpses of the old men; however, there were a total of 11 Devourer Eagle Emperors. Hence, one Devourer Eagle Emperor has to be on an empty stomach.

Nevertheless, Ajax assured the Devourer Eagle Emperor with another high-level corpse until then, all he had to do was to increase his cultivation to the high-level Emperor Realm.

Even though it was the same for all the Devourer Eagle Emperors except for Alder who was already a Peak Emperor Realm Beast, Ajax stressed the fact that the Devourer Eagle Emperor with a high-level Emperor Realm cultivation could awaken the Divine Devour Rule.

Therefore, the last Devourer Eagle Emperor was looking forward to that and he knew that it wouldnʼt be too long and before that, he had to increase his cultivation to the high-level Emperor Realm.

”As for everyone, you can take some rest before he plans our future actions.”

At the same time, Ajax ordered his other contracted spirit beasts and the elemental spirits to take some rest.

It was because he needed some time to digest the information about the Floating Island and according to the information, Ajax decided to plan his future actions.

ʼSystem, show the information that was collected by the contracted spirit beasts.ʼ

Soon, Ajax asked the system to give out all the information it had collected about the Floating Island.

…..

At the same time in the different regions of the Floating Island.

[An outsider has successfully killed all the region of the Metal Region of the Floating Island]

There was some voice in the heads of the different rulers of the Floating Island, making them completely shocked as they woke up from their cultivation.

Since all these rulers were cultivators with the Divine Rules, they had to spend a lot of time in increasing the awakening percentage of the Divine Rule and the fastest way to do that was by cultivating.

Hence, most of the time, they would be in a deep seclusion and it was also for the same reason that the ten old men that Ajax killed earlier, came two days after he started his Mission: Wrecking Havoc.

”How is that possible?”

”What the hell just happened? Are outsiders trying to take control over the Floating Island?”

”How can the rulers of the Floating Island be killed by the outsiders?”

As the rulers of the different regions woke up from their cultivation, their heads were filled with many questions as they didnʼt know what to do.
