New Age Of Summoners

Chapter 1137 - Demonic Devourer Eagle King

ʼSwooshʼ

The devourer eagle generalʼs body started shining with golden colour.

ʼTh..this is..ʼ

Seeing that, the devourer eagle king was shocked as though he was seeing a ghost and turned his head to look at Ajax who was having a surprised look on his face.

”Master, he is evolving.”

The devourer eagle king informed Ajax regarding the process which the devourer eagle general was undergoing.

”I know.”

Ajax nodded his head with a slight smile on his face because he already got the system notification in his head.

ʼDing,

The first devourer eagle general is currently undergoing an evolution. Please make sure to not disturb him during the process.

So, Ajax nodded his head and remained silent while observing the evolving devourer eagle general.

ʼI hope he gains the skill to open the portals to the other worlds.ʼ

This was the only thought in Ajaxʼs head because that was the reason why he was grooming them in the first place.

Nevertheless, he was also hoping his bestial law to increase from level 7 to level 10, if possible because, at the time, he was only one step away from being a King realm beast.

The process continued as the golden light that was surrounding the devourer eagle general disappeared after a couple of hours.

ʼDing,

The evolution of the first devourer eagle general is finished. Please check the details by scanning him.

Soon, the system sent him a notification regarding the evolution.

The thing is, the 10 devourer eagle generals were not his contracted spirit beasts and he was not planning to make a contract with them unless he had to.

Since they were successfully tamed by the force and even their previous king was Ajaxʼs tamed beast. So, Ajax felt they would not betray him.

So, he could not check the devourer eagle generalʼs details in the contracted spirit beasts section of his user interface.

He could only know by looking at the spirit beast from a close distance.

ʼDing,

Spirit beast name:- Demonic devourer eagle king.

Strength:- Peak rank 6.

Skills:- Portal creation,.....

Bestial laws:- Devour (level 8), Advanced acceleration (level 10), Demon aura (level 1)

….

Soon, the complete information about the devourer eagle general appeared in front of him.

ʼHe finally got the skill.ʼ

The first thing he looked at in the rows of information was the skill ʼPortal creationʼ.

As for the other skills, Ajax didnʼt bother about them because they were more or less the same as the devourer eagle king before he broke into the King realm.

ʼAlso, he learned a new bestial law.ʼ

Ajax was surprised at the new bestial law; however, he didnʼt think much about it, because if the new devourer eagle king focuses on the new bestial law, it would take a long time for him to break into the king realm.

Nevertheless, he didnʼt say anything because he knew that the new devourer eagle king would make the right decision.

ʼPortal creation.ʼ

In the next second, Ajax focused on the ability because he wanted to know the cool-down period of the skill.

Before the devourer eagle king could break into the Kingʼs realm, his skill had a cooldown of one year.

ʼDing,

Skill name:- Portal creation.

Effect:- The spirit beast can open the portals to the other nearby smaller worlds.

Note:- The spirit beast can only use this skill once every six months.

”Not bad.”

Ajax nodded his head at the new devourer eagle king.

Even though it evolved into the devourer eagle king, he had yet to break into the Kingʼs realm.

”Alder, he is much more powerful than you when you were at the same cultivation as him.”

Ajax joked with the devourer eagle king as he compared him to the new devourer eagle king.

”Young will always replace the old, master.”

Alder didnʼt mind Ajaxʼs joke as he nodded his head while looking at the recently evolved devourer eagle king with a proud look in his eyes.

The thing is, he groomed them from the time they were born and they were like sons to him. So, he was not jealous or envious of the new evolution of the devourer eagle general.

”Well said.”

Ajax nodded his head as he asked the devourer eagle king, ”So, how rare is it for a devourer eagle to evolve into a demonic devourer eagle king?”

Evolution, for every spirit beast, is something they could only dream of and the chances of evolving are very rare. So, Ajax wanted to know about the rarity of such an event.

”I have never seen it, master. So, I think this is the first time a devourer eagle evolved into this.”

Alder shook his head before asking Ajax, ”So, master, what are you planning to do? Are you going to let him consume the second high-level demon kingʼs body or...”

”No.”

Before Alder could finish his words, Ajax interrupted his words before looking at the newly evolved devourer eagle king and asked, ”First general, why donʼt check out your new skills and speed; however, donʼt cause any troubles to the natives of this world.”

”Yes, master.”

The first devourer eagle general was so excited with his recent evolution; however, he controlled his excitement and when he heard Ajaxʼs words, he nodded his head and flew into the sky before screeching loudly.

”He sure is excited.”

Ajax revealed a slight smile on his face when he saw how excited the first general was.

”Coming back to the main topic, I will focus on the second devourer eagle general.”

Without wasting any time, Ajax summoned the second devourer eagle general who looked at Ajax with a puzzled look in his eyes.

”Go and devour the high-level demon kingʼs corpse.”

Ajax ordered the second devourer eagle general and asked the devourer eagle king to look after his devouring process.

”You must be wondering about why I didnʼt focus on the first devourer eagle to break into the King realm, right?”

After a few minutes, when he saw Alder look at him, Ajax asked the devourer eagle king with a slight smile on his face.

”Yes, master.”

Alder nodded his head as though he was waiting for the answer.

”The main reason why I am grooming these devourer eagle generals is for their skill ʼPortal creationʼ. Since the first devourer eagle general surprisingly evolved into a demonic devourer eagle king and learned that skill even before entering the King realm, I felt it was pointless to focus on him when I can groom the second devourer eagle general to break into the King realm.”

Ajax started explaining the devourer eagle king for the reason why he focused on the second devourer eagle general; instead, of the first devourer eagle general.

Even though the demonic devourer eagle king could only open the portal every six months, Ajax felt it is better to make the second devourer eagle general into a proper King realm beast who could create a portal for every single month.

By doing so, he could have a total of three devourer eagle kings (two real King realm spirit beasts) who can create portals to the other worlds.
