New Age Of Summoners

Chapter 1102: Zaglanathʼs determination

ʼWhat?ʼ

Ajax was shocked by Captain Edmondʼs sudden push as he started falling into an endless abyss.

”An old participant?”

While falling, Ajax heard a familiar voice but it took him a while to recognize the owner of the voice.

”You are the half-demon and half-human, trial master, right?”

Even though he was still falling, Ajax shouted as loud as he could.

”Correct.”

Zaglanathʼs voice resounded in the cave as he continued, ”So, you are here for training, right?”

”Yes.”

Ajax nodded his head as he searched for the exact location of Zaglanath; however, Ajax was unable to find the location and at the same time, he was still unable to do anything regarding his fall.

”Good. So, what do you want to increase? Skills? Cultivation techniques? Bloodline? Please pick one.”

Zaglanath didnʼt waste his time with unnecessary words as he directly asked what Ajax wanted to focus on.

”Bloodline.”

Ajax didnʼt think much as he directly chose bloodline.

”Are you sure about it? It is very hard to increase your bloodline and you need to work very hard.”

The handsome half-demon revealed a smile as he asked Ajax.

”I am sure. Just send me out of here already.”

Ajax didnʼt like the feeling of falling into an abyss forever. So, he asked Zaglanath to send him away.

”Fine then.”

Zaglanath nodded his head as he said, ”Since it is your first time, you donʼt have to fear your death and go all out while killing. Also, there is a time conversion of 1:10 from your world to the world I am sending you to.”

ʼSwooshʼ

As soon as he finished his words, Zaglanath waved his hands as Ajax disappeared from his place.

ʼSo, he is the one with the ʼdemonʼs preyʼ curse. That means he has a divine dragon with him.ʼ

Zaglanath silently thought to himself as he came out of the pitch-black mist around the walls of the cave.

As a half-demon, he could sense the curse from Ajaxʼs body; however, compared to the low-level demon kings who wanted to kill Ajax the moment they laid their eyes on him, Zaglanath was very calm.

Because the energy from a low-level bronze demon would not help him even a tiny bit.

Moreover, he was not a regular demon and he didnʼt want a human genius like Ajax to be hunted by all the demon emperors.

ʼI need to do something to help him.ʼ

Zaglanath continued to mutter to himself as he thought, ʼI think fate sent him to the right place. Right now, all he needed to do was train here and he could have the strength to kill a King realm cultivator even before he entered into the King realm.ʼ

ʼI need to give some good rewards to the referrer this time.ʼ

With a thought, he disappeared from his place and appeared in another section of the cave.

In the other section of the cave, there was a middle-aged man and it was another than Captain Edmond who brought Ajax to the training.

”Trial master, I brought one and in the coming few days, I will bring another one for training.”

Captain Edmond had a respectful look on his face as he informed Zaglanath.

”The one you brought now is very special. Can I entrust his safety to you when he is outside the training grounds?”

Zaglanth nodded his head at Captain Edmond as he asked him to protect Ajax.

”Of course, I will do it.”

Even if Zaglanath had not asked, Captain Edmond would obviously protect him at any cost because Ajax helped him a lot in the past. It was the least thing he could do.

”However, I donʼt think he needs any protection as he was protected by a powerful cultivator. It is like this...”

Soon, Captain Edmond explained when Ajax started cultivating and how he became so strong within such a short time.

Nevertheless, he skipped the part regarding Ajaxʼs rare elemental spirits, divine dragon and the destruction of the assassin section.

”Interesting.”

Hearing all these things, Zaglanath thought of something, ʼWill he become the humanʼs hope? No...waiting for the humanʼs hope is just a waste of time. I will just push his limits and turn him into a humanʼs hope.ʼ

Zaglanath revealed a slight smile when he thought of creating his own humanʼs hope.

ʼLooks like this referrer didnʼt say everything about that kid which means he really cares about him.ʼ

Next, Zaglanath thought about something in his head while looking at Captain Edmond.

”I still want you to protect him by staying close to him. As I said, the five demon emperors are planning something that will destroy all the smaller and normal human worlds like the Purple stone world.”

”The Greater human worlds are busy fighting among themselves and didnʼt have a clue regarding it.”

”I want you to be prepared to fight the invading demon army who knows when it comes. But, the moment it comes, even the protectors of this world will not be able to save everyone.”

Zaglanath once again explained the incoming danger from the demons and asked Edmond to protect Ajax at any cost.

”As payment for that, I will give you what you wanted for a while now. Take this.”

While saying that, Zaglanath threw a crystal at Captain Edmond.

”Thank you, trial master.”

Looking at the crystal in his hands, Captain Edmond hurriedly thanked the handsome demon.

”That is just an advanced payment. You will get more reward if you protect him.”

Zaglanath shook his head as he asked, ”So, do you want to train or just cultivate that thing?”

”I will cultivate for now in the cave and once I learn it, I will train.”

After saying that, Edmond sat where he was standing and started cultivating.

Soon, the red-coloured fire elements came out of the crystal as they entered Captain Edmondʼs head and the process continued.

ʼI hope he grows stronger before the demon army invades. If they enter this world and find out about it, then even the demon emperors will personally come for him. At that time, no one could save him.ʼ

Even though Captain Edmond said about a powerful cultivator being Ajaxʼs master, Zaglanath knew that how terrifying it will be when five demon emperors personally hunt for Ajax.

Even the human emperors from the greater worlds would give them some face and help them catch Ajax for them.

Zaglanath had seen how humans behave. If they feel threatened, they would sacrifice someone like Ajax without any hesitation.

Moreover, there was also infighting among the human emperors which greatly reduced human strength because of those infightings.

Whatʼs more, recently, the infightings have reached the next level making all five demon emperors plan something to erase all the smaller and normal human worlds.

ʼIf only they trusted me a little, then I would have been directly informed about the demon emperorsʼ plan; however, just because I am a half-demon, they never believed my words.ʼ

Even though those human emperors never trusted him and even tried to kill him, Zaglanath was still trying his best to prevent the demon invasion because he didnʼt want another woman to suffer the same fate as his mother.
