New Age Of Summoners

Chapter 1131 - Internal Fight Among The Demon Kings

”I forgot to mention, I am yet to use my divine dragonʼs blessing since I awakened it.”

The divine dragon, who usually seemed like he would think about nothing but destruction, thought of something and said to the three high-level demon kings with a proud look in its eyes.

”What?”

”Your divine dragonʼs blessing is not used yet?”

”Give it to me and I will safely send them out of this world.”

The three high-level demon kings were shocked with the divine dragonʼs words and hurriedly they would leave Volcanis and others live.

”Wait a second. How can we believe what you are saying is true?”

All of a sudden, Jostruth thought about something and asked the divine dragon with a doubtful face.

ʼRight!ʼ

ʼHow can we forget that?ʼ

The other two high-level demon kings realized that Jostruth had a point and looked at the divine dragon.

”As long as you prove that you still havenʼt used the divine dragonʼs blessing. We can talk terms.”

Soon, Jostruth asked the divine dragon to show the proof as he ordered his demon soul to stop attacking Ajaxʼs elemental spirits and the contracted spirit beasts.

”You want the proof?”

The divine dragon stopped worrying when he saw that he baited the three high-level demon kings and said, ”I can swear on heavens.”

”Swear on heavens?”

Jostruth scoffed at the divine dragonʼs words as he asked, ”Instead of that, why donʼt you swear on the dragon god?”

”Dragon god? Sure. However, are you sure about it? If I swear on the dragon god, he will know about my presence and if you harm me, you will be in trouble.”

Dragon god. He is a character from myths that looks after all the dragons. No one knew whether he was real or not; however, if a dragon swore on the dragon god and if it didnʼt keep its promise, the dragon would mysteriously die.

Swearing on the dragon god is similar to swearing on the summonerʼs heart.

However, no one knows whether they were 100 percent true.

Nevertheless, no summoner wants to swear on the summonerʼs heart and no dragon wants to swear on the dragon god.

”Forget it. Just swear on the heavens.”

Even though the dragon god is just a myth, Jostruth didnʼt want a powerful entity to keep tracking him. So, he decided to let the divine dragon not swear on the dragon god and asked him to swear on the heavens.

The reason why Jostruth didnʼt want the divine dragon to swear on the heavens is that the divine dragons are always liked by the heavens and they might not kill the divine dragons even if they were telling lies.

Nevertheless, he could only try it now.

As for why Twilight didnʼt want to swear on the dragon god despite him telling the truth, only he knows.

”I, Twilight, the divine twilight destruction dragon swears in the presence of the heavens that I still havenʼt used my divine dragonʼs blessing on anyone.”

Without any hesitation, the divine dragon looked at the sky and swore to the heavens.

”So, do you believe me now?”

After swearing to the heavens, the divine dragon looked at the three high-level demon kings and asked them with a serious look in his eyes.

”Of course, we will believe you now.”

Bralrath and Gostron nodded their heads at the divine dragon and looked at Jostruth before asking, ”So, who will get the divine dragonʼs blessing?”

”Of course, it is me who will be getting the divine dragonʼs blessing.”

Jostruth emitted his high-level kingʼs aura as he replied to the two demon kings in a calm tone; however, he was not calm at all.

Currently, he was planning something in his head to take the divine dragon for himself.

ʼWhat a fool he is?ʼ

ʼEven though he has many rare elemental spirits and powerful looking contracted spirit beasts, his brain must be on his knees for not using the divine dragonʼs blessing until now.ʼ

As for the two high-level demon kings, they looked at Ajax and mocked him.

According to them, only a fool would not use the divine dragonʼs blessing and wait. So, when they looked at Ajax, they thought he was an idiot.

However, what they didnʼt know was, Ajax was waiting for him to become a King realm summoner because asking the divine dragon to use that skill.

With that method, his overall battle prowess will receive quite a boost and currently, Ajax felt it didnʼt have much need for that 10 percent permanent increase in his battle prowess because he could not kill a mid-level demon king with that boost, not to mention a high-level demon king.

”Looks like the fight among us is not something that canʼt be stopped anymore.”

Gostron took out mid-level legend grade short swords while saying those words to Jostruth.

”Brother Gostron, letʼs kill this bastard before deciding our shares. What do you say?”

Bralrath and Gostron were close from a very young age and they considered each other as brothers. So, without any problem, they became a team to fight against Jostruth.

Also, they knew that if they fought alone against Jostruth, they could not win and the only way to win was to fight together.

”Haha...good. Even though it would be a little troublesome, I will kill you both today and take the divine dragon all for myself.”

While saying that, Jostruth took out a high-level legend grade whip as he whipped at the two high-level demon kings.

”Do you really think you can win against us just because you have a high-level legend grade weapon?”

Bralrath mocked Jostruth as he summoned a huge shield which was surprisingly a high-level legend grade item.

ʼSlashʼ

The whip was blocked by the shield in Bralrathʼs hands and at the same time, it got stuck in the shield.

In the meantime, Gostron rushed towards Jostruth with his short swords.

”You think you can kill me just with these weapons?”

Even though Jostruthʼs whip got stuck in the shield, Jostruth was not worried much as he summoned a mid-level legend grade dagger from his space ring as he stopped Gostronʼs short sword.

”Actually, it is not me, who is going to kill you.”

Jostruth was keeping an eye on Gostronʼs other short sword as he failed to notice that the shield in Bralrathʼs hands released three sharp spikes at Jostuth.

”What?”

Jostruth was not expecting that attack from the shield and got hit by the three spikes.

….

In the core realm of the shard giant world,

”I hope they were doing fine.”

Inside the core realm, Ajax was assimilating the world core into his body while thinking about his summons.

So far, he hasnʼt got any backlash meaning that no one got any severe injuries.

However, he was unable to take the world core into his body peacefully because he was fearing something might happen to his summons.

ʼJust a few moments, I can leave from here.ʼ

Ajax already got used to taking the world cores from the core realm and he could say it would not take much time for him to leave the core realm.

ʼDing,

Mission ʼKill three high-level demon kingsʼ is generated.
