New Age Of Summoners

Chapter 1128: Planning to groom the devourer eagle generals

In the Shard giant world,

ʼMountain splitting techniqueʼ

Ajax waved his inheritance sword as he killed a dozen peak rank 6 shard giants with his sword technique.

He didnʼt have any idea that a high-level demon king and behind him, another two high-level demon kings were flying towards the shard giant world right now.

Nevertheless, he only worried about killing the shard giants and getting his hands on this worldʼs world core.

”Rurbeak, collect only the shards from high-level shard giants.”

Ajax pointed at the shining shards around him and asked Rurbeak to collect them.

”Yes, Master.”

Rurbeak was not alone in picking up the shards as Ajaxʼs shadow clone and the puppet that had the strength of peak elite general realm also helped Rurbeak.

”Itʼs been a couple of hours already but why no King realm shard giants were coming out of their holes?”

Ajax was wondering about the King realm shard giants because he was not feeling satisfied with these low-level shard giants and wanted to kill some big fishes.

ʼI hope Alder didnʼt kill them all.ʼ

Looking into the direction in which the devourer eagle king had flown, Ajax muttered to himself as he killed the endless waves of Shard giants.

”Damn it...now, I am bored to kill these low-level shard giants.”

Finally, after another hour or so, Ajax lost interest in killing them and decided to summon his elemental spirits and the contracted spirit beasts.

”Everyone, just finish them all and if there is a King realm shard giant, inform me.”

Ajax was not worried that his elemental spirits or the contracted spirit beasts might get killed by a King realm Shard giant in a single attack. So, he stretched his body as he decided to get the world core soon before leaving this world.

ʼYes, master.ʼ

ʼYes, summoning master.ʼ

All the elemental spirits and the contracted spirit beasts nodded their heads as they rushed towards the incoming shard giants to kill them.

ʼScreechʼ

Soon, a loud screech came from the distance and of course, it belonged to the devourer eagle king.

”Looks like you have a few King realm shard giants, right?”

The moment the devourer eagle king landed in front of Ajax, he asked Alder about the King realm shard giants.

”Yes, master. How do you know?”

Alder looked a little surprised as he nodded his head and asked Ajax how he knew about it.

”Because you lost interest in this world.”

Ajax scoffed at the devourer eagle king because it was obvious that with no King realm shard giants to fight, Alder, as the king realm spirit beast, would definitely lose interest in the world.

”So, how many were there?”

Even though Ajax was a little angry at the devourer eagle king, he felt a little childish to fight regarding it. So, he decided to leave that matter before asking about the number of the King realm Shard giants.

”There were a total of five King realm shard giants and except for one who had a level 3 bestial soul, all other King realm shard giants were noobs in the King realm.”

The devourer eagle king didnʼt mind Ajaxʼs scoff as he proudly said his achievement to Ajax.

”Well then. Did you bring the bodies?”

”Yes, master.”

Alder opened his mouth and threw five 10-meter King realm shard giants, who were obviously dead for a while now.

”Good. At least you remembered my promise to Twilight.”

Previously, when he was in the five elemental world, the devourer eagle king devoured a mid-level king realm and the divine dragon threw tantrums at him. So, he promised the divine dragon that he would be giving the next king realm bodies for it.

”Twilight, come and eat these to your heartʼs content.”

Ajax recalled the divine dragon to consume the carcasses of the King realm shard giants.

ʼRoarʼ

However, the divine dragon angrily roared at him as though it was saying, ʼDo I look like I will eat something that came out of the birdʼs mouth?ʼ

After roaring at Ajax, the divine dragon looked at the devourer eagle king before going back to its destruction.

”Sigh...I forgot how proud these dragons are, not to mention the divine dragons.”

Ajax shook his head and looked at the five carcasses of the king realm shard giants and muttered to himself before thinking of something.

”Volcanis, cut their limbs.”

Since the limbs of the shard giants are just as valuable as the demon kingʼs bones for the weapon refining, he wanted to keep them aside before asking the devourer eagle generals to consume those bodies.

Compared to his contracted spirit beasts and the summons, the 10 devourer eagle generals could use all the energy in the carcasses. So, he asked them to consume the bodies.

The more high-level bodies they devour, the higher their bestial law will increase and they could break through to the King realm.

ʼI think, focusing on these ten devourer eagle generals to become the devourer eagle kings was not a bad choice for me.ʼ

Suddenly, Ajax had a thought while looking at the ten devourer eagle generals that were consuming the limbless shard giants in front of them and thought to groom them properly just like his summons.

ʼIf I can have more devourer eagle kings, they can open portals to more neighbouring worlds which speed up their cultivation.ʼ

ʼAlso, just imagining 11 devourer eagle kings entering a normal world would shake the entire world and with my summons, who might even enter the king realm by that time, conquering the normal worlds is not a big deal for me.ʼ

Ajax got lost in his thoughts as he was always planning his future and modifying it as he went.

Within no time, the ten devourer eagle generals finished their meal; however, from the looks of they were clearly not satisfied with their meal.

”You are not satisfied, right?”

Ajax asked them with a slight smile and without waiting for their reply, he looked at the devourer eagle king and said, ”Alder, I have one major task for you.”

”Just say it, master. I will try my best to finish it.”

The devourer eagle king respectfully nodded his head as he attentively listened to Ajaxʼs next words.

”I want them to become the devoured eagle kings. How long do you think it will take for them to reach that level?”

Ajax asked the devourer eagle king with a serious look on his face.

”It will take decades to reach the kingʼs realm for them; however, if we continue to destroy the worlds, they would take less than five years.”

Alder informed Ajax as he continued, ”If they were able to peacefully consume the king realm bodies continuously, their bestial law might increase and become the bestial soul in less than a year.”

”Other than that, there is a way; however, I donʼt think it will be a good thing for some of the devourer eagle generals.”

After some hesitation, the devourer eagle king looked at the ten devourer eagle generals and replied to Ajax.

”What is it?”

Ajax raised his brows as he asked about it.

”Let them devour one another.”
