New Age Of Summoners

Chapter 604 - Azure Wind Dragon

Previously, when his three-eyed ghost had cleared this hall with the help of his summons, he had got the same item as the reward.

However, unlike his reward, the ghost foxʼs reward could increase the battle powers of his summons by 5 percent. So, Ajax felt it was cheating.

ʼDing,

The rewards from clearing the hall are always not the same.

ʼSighʼ

Looking at the system notification, Ajax shook his head as he thought, ʼMaybe clearing the halls will have a higher chance of getting good rewards.ʼ

The reason he thought like that was that he already knew the difficulties of the hall which decreased his reward.

”Anyway, let it be,” Ajax nodded his head as he looked at his new army of the nether hogs and said to the system, ”System, send me to the next hall.ʼ

He knew he could not argue with the system with the lower percent of the increase in the battle prowess of his summons. So, he decided to go to the next hall.

ʼSwooshʼ

Soon, his body started disappearing along with his nether hogs army.

ʼDing,

The hostʼs nether hogs are going back into the longhorn. They need at least 24 hours before they could be summoned out of it.

Just before he completely disappeared from horned nether hogʼs hall, Ajax received a system notification informing him about his newly formed nether hog army.

”Th...this is…,”

In the next second, Ajax appeared in front of a familiar door.

Looking at the azure colour door in front of him, Ajax started stammering and could not even finish his sentence.

ʼMaybe, itʼs time for me to be kicked out of the battle tower,ʼ

At the same time, Ajax lost all his hopes in clearing the hall in front of him and fell into a dilemma whether he should give it a try or just leave from there on his own accord.

Because the hall in front of him was where his lightning elemental spirit, Cerauno was killed even before he entered the hall.

ʼIf I left on my own accord, then I can attempt to clear this hall once I recover….wait a second,ʼ

Just as he was to decide to leave the battle tower, Ajax sudden;y remembered something and looked at his right hand.

”The guardian in this hall is very powerful. I canʼt kill him without my right hand. Moreover, I canʼt even summon my own summons except for the nether hogs which are currently resting,” Ajax started to think about his current situation and finally decided to die in the battle tower.

”Since I am dying anyway, at least I should try to see who is the guardian in this hall,” Ajax clenched his left hand as he pushed the huge door in front of him.

ʼZapʼ

ʼPuchi Puchiʼ

As soon as he opened the door, a heavy gust of wind came from inside the hall and slashed his body into pieces.

ʼDing,

The host got killed in the battle tower.

ʼDing,

The host canʼt enter the battle tower for another month.

As he conscious was dispersing out of the battle tower, Ajax heard a couple of system notifications but he didnʼt bother with them as he remained silent as he was pondering about something.

”Is it a dragon? The door of the hall is azure colour and it was killed by the gusts of the winds,”

Thatʼs right! Ajax was pondering about what he had seen in the hall just before he was killed by the gusts of wind.

The inside of the hall was filled with azure smoke and in that smoke, Ajax noticed a silhouette that almost resembles a dragon; however, he was not sure it was a dragon.

Nevertheless, with his deductions, Ajax guessed that the guardian of the hall was legendary guardian dragon Azure wind dragon.

Azure wind dragon was considered one of the ancient dragons that guarded the Zrochester province in the past; however, later it was rumoured that it was killed by someone that came from who knows where.

It was said that with the death of the azure wind dragon, the attacks from the demon world increased in the Zrochester province.

”I should definitely clear the hall at any cost,”

Thinking that a legendary spirit beast was in the first layer of his battle tower, Ajax was excited and eager to enter the battle tower once again.

ʼAarghʼ

Within no time, Ajaxʼs real body opened his eyes and at the same time, he felt pain all over his body as though someone was hitting his body with some kind of hammer.

ʼNo wonder, every one of my summons that died in the battle tower, didnʼt wake up as soon as they came out of the battle tower,ʼ

Enduring the pain, Ajax silently thought in his head about his summons.

”System, how much do I need to pay in order to enter the battle tower now?”

Since he was eager to try the battle tower, he wanted to know the price for the re-entry into the battle tower within a month.

ʼDing,

The host needs to pay 15000 units of the essence of nature to re-enter the battle tower.

Soon, the system answered his question as though it was very much eager to collect that 15000 units of the essence of nature.

”Itʼs a daylight robbery, system. It was only 5000 units of the essence of nature last time,” Ajax angrily shouted at the system notification; however, soon he shook his head as he knew that the system would not give a reply.

”I donʼt even have 10000 units of capacity in my spirit consciousness. How can I pay 15000 units?” Ajax calmed down a little as he logically spoke with the system.

ʼDing,

The host can pay in three instalments of 5000 units each. When the host finishes the third instalment, then the cool down time for the host in the battle tower will be removed.

”Good...good...good,”

Ajax said ʼGoodʼ three times before relaxing on the bed as he stopped thinking about the battle tower.
