The Fierce Farm Girl Has A Secret Space

Chapter 634: Chapter 634: Profound Reflection (2)_1

Yang Ruxin had no choice but to stop in her tracks, the corners of her mouth twitching involuntarily, ”Yang Rusong, if you don’t let go, do you believe I’ll cripple both your arms?”

”I believe it!” Yang Rusong grimaced as he looked up, ”But even if you cripple me, I won’t let go.”

”You...” Yang Ruxin couldn’t help but laugh and cry at the same time, finally nodding her head, ”Fine, but why should I help you?”

The moment Yang Rusong heard there was a chance, he quickly scrambled up while still grimacing, but he was afraid Yang Ruxin would leave, so one hand was always clutching the hem of her clothes, ”The reason is that I was a bastard in the past, clueless, but now I’ve realized, I will change.”

Yang Ruxin’s eyes narrowed slightly, but she remained silent.

”Cousin, I know you don’t like me, and I don’t like my past self either, but I really will change. I’ve been educated; I’m not an idiot.” Yang Rusong’s gaze was filled with sincere determination, ”The family used to be like that, so I thought that was how it should be. Everyone called me the hope, they all pampered me, so I thought that was the kind of life I deserved. But now I know that’s wrong. Family members should care for each other... ”

Yang Ruxin’s eyes flickered slightly—this kid’s reflection was quite profound.

”Cousin, although you’ve severed ties with the Yang Family, after all, blood is thicker than water. I was foolish before, but I hope you’ll teach me in the future, and I will definitely improve, really... In the future, I will also be a support for Xiaofeng...”

”Haha.” Yang Ruxin laughed, ”Yang Rusong, whether you improve or not has nothing to do with me, right? So-called habits die hard. You talk a good game, but... you support Xiaofeng? Forget it, you already have two younger brothers, Xiaofeng doesn’t need you to worry about him...” Having said that, with one swift motion, she forcefully pried his hand off and then stepped back several paces.

”Cousin...”

”Yang Rusong, if you want my help, that’s fine. But what I want to see are actions, not fancy words.” Yang Ruxin glanced at Yang Rusong, ”If you really want to prove yourself, then do so with your actions. If you do well, perhaps I’ll soften up and really help you out of trouble...” With that, she turned and left.

Yang Rusong watched Yang Ruxin’s retreating figure and bit his lip, his eyes showing an unprecedented determination.

In fact, everyone has a selfish side, and Yang Rusong knew he was selfish; he just never admitted it before. However, after nearly losing his reputation, he was genuinely shaken. His family couldn’t help him; they could only hold him back, but this cousin could help him advance much further. He wasn’t stupid; thus, he had to make a choice. Only when he made up his mind did he realize the choice was not that difficult.

Wasn’t it about showing actions? Then he would show her.

Yang Rusong, having made up his mind, stood up full of fighting spirit and then turned to head home. He needed to think about what he should do next.

Turning back to Yang Ruxin, after arriving home, she found that everyone had returned as they had all learned about Yang Baixiang being poisoned. However, since Yang Baixiang was still asleep, the house was surprisingly quiet despite the many people present.

”Xinxin, how did it go?” Xun Hui was the first to rush over when she saw Yang Ruxin enter.

”I went to the old house to get Uncle Xiaowu a few changes of clothes, but instead...” Yang Ruxin sighed, ”Mother, please hurry and have some clothes made for Uncle Xiaowu. It’s getting cold; he can’t keep wearing summer clothes.”
