The Fierce Farm Girl Has A Secret Space

Chapter 242: Chapter 242: Tie Them All Up (Three More)_1

”You know how to read?” Yang Ruxin slightly raised her eyebrows.

”I’ve been reading with my dad since I was young, but, my dad doesn’t know much either...” Dabao nodded, but there was a flicker in his eyes, and he seemed somewhat sheepish. Although he could tell this sister wasn’t a bad person, he still didn’t dare to tell her the truth.

”Do you still remember that place?” Yang Ruxin didn’t seem to mind the little guy’s expression, but continued to inquire, ”The place where you were held before...” She had already ascertained that this was a child trafficking gang that abducted children and made them steal and swindle. What she hated most was people who took advantage of children to do evil deeds, so she didn’t want to stand idly by. Even if she couldn’t take down the entire gang, she wanted to rescue the child from the fire.

Dabao shook his head: ”I don’t know, it’s very far away.”

”Very far?” Yang Ruxin frowned.

”Me and three other kids were brought over by that woman who made me call her mom. We were blindfolded and rode in a car for two days. We only arrived yesterday, and then we were separated. I don’t know what they went to do, but because I have a younger sister, they felt assured letting me out alone to steal money, not afraid that I would run away. Today was just the beginning... and then...”

”Come back with me,” Yang Ruxin couldn’t bear it anymore.

However, Dabao shook his head: ”Thank you, sister, but I still have a younger sister in their hands. If I don’t go back, she probably won’t survive for a few more days...”

”Then can you find the place where you’re staying now?” A glint of light flashed in Yang Ruxin’s eyes.

”Mhm.” Dabao nodded, ”That place is right on the edge of the town, not far from the docks...”

Yang Ruxin glanced at Gu Yao: ”I don’t want to stand by and do nothing about this.”

Gu Yao, however, looked at the little boy: ”Aren’t they afraid you’ll lead someone to catch them?”

”I never mess up,” the little boy glared, ”Ordinary people, seeing how young I am, prefer to avoid the hassle, and even in the situation from earlier, it’s happened many times before. Not only do we not get punished, but we might even get money out of them in the end, and besides, they still have my sister.”

Yang Ruxin’s lips curled up slightly, guessing those people must be regretting their actions now.

Gu Yao nodded, evidently believing the kid’s story, then glanced at Yang Ruxin: ”Then let’s go.”

Since arriving in Lianhua Town, the gang had rented a house in a secluded area. They usually hit once and moved on to a new location, which is why they only rented places for a month. They hadn’t expected their plan to go awry this time.

”Could that little bastard go and snitch on us?” The woman who had pretended to be a mother was a bit uneasy, ”Should we leave here first?”

”His sister is still here,” the leader of the men dismissed the concern, ”Don’t worry...” Then he waved his hand, ”We’ve had incidents like this before, and that kid doesn’t dare to do anything rash. I just didn’t expect that a country bumpkin would actually know kung fu...”

Just as he was speaking, they heard the door bang open, and before several people could react, they were pummeled and then all tied up with a rope.

Yang Ruxin didn’t lift a finger, standing to the side and giving Gu Yao a thumbs up. This guy was definitely indispensable in a fight.

Xiaolun felt disappointed, wondering why even here, there was no chance to show off. Never mind, it might as well continue sleeping.
