After signing with AC Milan, I will be the king of football!

Chapter 2011: Chapter 525: Huang Hai Makes His Debut, Tactical Revolution

After speaking, Huang Kaiwen stood up directly.

Hazard followed him toward the training ground of the first team.

As they passed Gattuso, Hazard intentionally took a glance.

Gattuso’s hair had quite a bit of white, but his stretching was still meticulous, more serious than the players newly promoted to the first team.

This made Hazard feel somewhat ashamed.

He quickly trained well on the field.

Huang Kaiwen had heard that Hazard was arriving early daily at the youth team training ground, which reminded him to call him back.

These words certainly had an effect.

But whether it would be sustainable, Huang Kaiwen couldn’t guarantee.

People’s mentalities change with time and circumstances.

Hazard and Bale seem unfortunate to fans, but from a personal choice perspective, it isn’t really a big deal.

As time goes by.

Milanello gradually became bustling.

Rossoneri arrived earlier than the players, gathered in small groups or large crowds outside the training ground.

They’re also curious about any changes in the team.

At 10 AM, the whole team finally gathered on the training ground.

Huang Kaiwen stood directly by Maldini’s side.

Cesare Maldini glanced over each face and said: ”I’m sure you know everything that’s happened to the team, I know that British isn’t popular. But he’s not entirely without merit, otherwise he wouldn’t be an assistant to a successful coach. Whether you know me or not, I’ll introduce myself, I’m Cesare Maldini, Paul Maldini’s father, dammit I lifted the Champions League Trophy at Wembley 48 years before you, so put away your arrogance, everyone is a member of the team, nothing special, am I right, Gigi?”

Buffon, who was named, nodded with a wry smile: ”Yes, coach!”

After many years, he still felt a bit intimidated by Old Maldini.

Back when Old Maldini coached Italy’s U21, Buffon, Totti, Cannavaro were key players of that team, Vieri was also one of his favorites.

”Good, it seems our communication is smooth.”

Old Maldini nodded and said: ”Kevin was part of the coaching staff at the start of the season; now he is my assistant coach. You are familiar with him, but don’t think of slacking off, if Kevin shelters you, he will also be punished.”

Huang Kaiwen nodded.

Old Maldini patted Huang Kaiwen on the arm.

Huang Kaiwen said: ”In the afternoon, the coaching staff will discuss specific tactical details in the tactical room, today’s meeting with the coach is mainly about one thing, we need to unify our thoughts. In the last three matches, we only won one, which for Milan is unacceptable, tomorrow’s match is against Juventus, we must win, any problems?”

”No!”

”Louder!”

”No!!!”

”Dismiss, follow the coaching staff to train.”

During the first team training.

Huang Kaiwen stood next to Cesare Maldini by the sidelines.

Old Maldini said: ”You’re more authoritative than I imagined; I thought these stars wouldn’t obey you.”

”If you can lead them to several championships, they’ll see you as a father.”

Huang Kaiwen scoffed and said.

Old Maldini laughed aloud.

Huang Kaiwen looked young and always smiled.

He always habitually forgets how intimidating Huang Kaiwen can be against big teams.

Watching Buffon on the field bending his knees, continuously tossing the ball with the goalkeeping coach, Old Maldini remembered.

His former beloved student from Italy U21, was bullied quite a lot by Huang Kaiwen.

He was surprised back then that Buffon could even become a columnist.

Now Buffon playing for AC Milan is regarded as a dream come true.

The training atmosphere was quite good in the morning.

Old Maldini could command the situation well.

Huang Kaiwen, needless to say, even if he were to run for Secretary-General of the United Nations, the first team might support him.

During lunch, Inzaghi joked: ”Didn’t expect you to actually become a coach, you stopped me from coaching before, afraid I’d outshine you?”

”Look in the mirror!”

Huang Kaiwen replied crossly.

”Very handsome!”

Inzaghi indeed took out a small mirror and checked his reflection, then said.

Huang Kaiwen, speechless, picked up his tray, cleaned up, and then called Ambrosini and Gattuso to join him.

”What’s up, coach?”

Ambrosini asked with a smile.

”Your playing time will reduce, but the team still needs you, you’ll get more opportunities in less critical matches, and the locker room needs your leadership.”

Huang Kaiwen said.

”Is this Paul’s father’s decision?”

Ambrosini asked.

”No, my decision!”

Huang Kaiwen replied directly.

Cesare Maldini was there for the media.

Within the first team, Huang Kaiwen wouldn’t shift responsibility to Old Maldini.

Gattuso, who hadn’t spoken, suddenly said: ”If it helps the team, I’m willing to accept.”

Huang Kaiwen looked at Ambrosini.

Two minutes later, Ambrosini reluctantly nodded.
