Lingering Doting Marriage: Big Boss, Little Sweet Heart

Chapter 3061: Chapter 3070: Finally Finished Treating His Wounds

But seeing him sitting there honestly, not making a sound or fuss even after she spilled alcohol on his hands, her heart softened.

She unexpectedly took the initiative to explain, ”There’s too much blood on your hand, I have to use alcohol to clean it first. Then I’ll use a cotton swab to treat the wound area.”

”It’s okay, go ahead,” he looked like he was totally handing himself over to her, making Olivia Lewis purse her lips, not sure what to say. She dropped her head and carefully started cleaning his wound.

Adam Sinclair was quiet and well-behaved the whole time, a stark contrast to just moments before when he was pressing her down in the darkness.

After Olivia Lewis used a cotton swab to carefully clean the wound on his palm, her breathing became heavier, because after washing away the blood, she could see clearly how deep the wound was, almost running through his entire palm.

Olivia Lewis slowly stopped her hand holding the cotton swab, frowning deeply, ”Why don’t you go to the hospital to get it treated? This wound looks quite serious. I’m afraid if I don’t handle it well, it’ll get infected and become troublesome.”

Adam Sinclair didn’t think the wound on his palm was that serious, he raised his hand for a glance, touched his thin lips, and looked at her with his Peach Blossom Eyes, ”No need. It just looks serious, but it hasn’t hit the bone. Just help me rub some anti-inflammatory drug on it and wrap it with gauze.”

Olivia Lewis let out a sigh of relief but still didn’t move, their eyes met with slight severity, ”Adam, I’m serious. I’m worried I won’t handle it well. You better go to the hospital. Even if it’s not serious, this wound goes through your palm, you should at least get a Tetanus shot.”

Such a deep wound can really easily get infected, which can lead to fever and even if it’s not life-threatening, it can be annoying.

Adam Sinclair met her gaze and unexpectedly smiled, his eyes filled with gentle focus, ”Are you worried about me?”

Olivia Lewis, ”...”

”I did it on purpose just now. Seeing you care about me, I know I’ve won. Even if you’re angry, you won’t divorce me. That’s great.” Those last two words were said in a completely wistful tone, his voice hoarse and charming.

Olivia Lewis tightened her lips, turned her gaze away, conceding defeat first.

MMP, this man is such a flirt! He calculated it all and still dared to say it openly!

Even like this, he knows how to render her helpless!

The more Olivia Lewis thought about it, the more irritated she got, pursing her red lips, she looked back at him and suddenly said, ”You want me to treat your wound, right? Think it through and don’t regret it.”

”I’m only afraid you’ll regret it.”

Olivia Lewis almost couldn’t stand it again, but luckily at the last second, she calmed her wildly beating heart, avoided his seductive gaze, and heavily pinched his injured hand, scolding fiercely, ”You’ve been injured and you’re still not behaving!”

Adam Sinclair gasped sharply, much of the color drained from his handsome face.

Seeing his expression change, Olivia Lewis regretted being too heavy-handed just now. Deciding not to talk further, she bit her lip and gently applied medication to his wound, then wrapped it with gauze. After tying a bow on the gauze she released his hand and breathed a sigh of relief, ”All done~”

”For the next few days, try not to get it wet. Also, call your personal doctor after you get back, have him bring a Tetanus shot. You still need to get a Tetanus shot. You can also ask him to bring better medication to rewrap it. Mine is just regular anti-inflammatory, the effect might be average.”
