Lingering Doting Marriage: Big Boss, Little Sweet Heart

Chapter 1635: Chapter 1635: At the Earliest, Tomorrow Morning

“Really?” Bobby raised his head in surprise, “Can Uncle Hayes take us? I want to leave tonight!”

He couldn’t wait to catch up with his woman at home and give her a good scolding.

For never taking him along!

Edward Jackson ruffled his hair with a helpless smile, his tea-colored eyes full of understanding. How could he not see that Bobby was just acting? He deliberately fell for it.

“Not tonight, flying at night isn’t good for your health. Especially since Gigi is still young and won’t be able to sleep on the plane.”

“But…” Bobby was so anxious that he wanted to take a rocket right away.

Edward Jackson interrupted him, “Tomorrow morning. The earliest at 9 a.m., I’ll have Hayes arrange a plane to take you there.”

“…Okay.” Although Bobby was reluctant, he reluctantly agreed.

Edward Jackson smiled warmly and placed a hand on his shoulder, saying earnestly, “Granduncle knows you’re a little man now, and you can take care of your sister, right? You know she’s different from other little girls and needs more attention. Can you help Granduncle take care of her?”

“I’ll take good care of Gigi!” Bobby’s eyes, just like a certain someone’s, showed seriousness.

No one knew better than him how different Gigi was from other little girls, so he would keep a close watch on her to prevent her from getting hurt.

Edward Jackson pressed heavily on his shoulder, like a conversation between men, “Alright. Granduncle believes in you, Gigi is counting on you.”

“Hmm, okay.”

Bobby, having gotten his wish, looked at the dozens of people still waiting eagerly on the other side of the video call and smartly said, “Granduncle, you go ahead, I’ll head out.”

“Remember to have the servant make you a cup of milk.”

Edward Jackson indeed had to get busy. He had to resolve all matters in Country W within half a month and then return to Country T.

However busy he was, he never forgot to remind Bobby.

Bobby felt a warmth in his heart. Though he still had a small grudge about Edward Jackson taking his woman away, he had to admit that their time spent together had almost entirely erased that grudge.

“Alright.”

He walked out in adults’ slippers, tap-tap-tap.

Edward Jackson watched him leave the study, closing the door, and then sank back into his chair, sitting down again.

Without rushing to resume the meeting, he first made a phone call to the airport to arrange Bobby and the others’ travel and hotel plans for the next day.

Only after that did he pick up the Bluetooth headset on the table, putting it on his left ear, and said to the video call, mature and steady, “Alright, let’s continue the meeting.”

“Where were we? Let’s continue.”

The meeting in the study resumed.

Bobby left the study, obediently drank a cup of milk, and then returned to his room.

He wasn’t in a hurry to sleep.

Instead, he took out his small backpack and started to pack his things.

iPad, check… bank card, check… cash, check… and… Gigi’s lollipops and medicine… check…

Clothes? Granduncle should have that arranged.

In no time, his backpack was stuffed full.

After putting his phone charger inside, he checked his phone for messages from Enna Clark.

Thinking it over, he decided not to reply.

Never mind, I’ll reply later.

He’d wait until he got to Pacifica with Gigi tomorrow!

He also had to think about how to give Enna a big surprise!

So she’d take them along next time she goes out!
