My Martial Arts Level Never Drops

Chapter 531: Chapter 233: Big Fish

Having confirmed this, Qin Fang continued to rocket upward, all while keeping an eye on the changes below.

And just then, a terrifying change finally occurred below...

A terrifying, fish-like creature suddenly burst forth from the Abyss.

The monster was enormous. Its gaping maw was likely over a kilometer wide... far beyond anything Qin Fang could comprehend!

It charged out with a deafening roar, instantly triggering a violent tsunami!

...Fortunately, Qin Fang was quick to react and immediately flew higher into the sky. It only took a few seconds, but that was enough time to reach an altitude of two or three thousand meters.

...The higher the quality of one’s True Essence, the faster one could execute the Body Technique Leaf Skill—a point that had been made before.

As a result, the tsunami below didn’t affect Qin Fang in the slightest.

But that didn’t stop a chill from running down his spine...

This great fish was so immense it resembled a blue whale, but its open mouth was filled with jagged, saw-like teeth...

And to Qin Fang, each one of those teeth was like a mountain peak over a hundred meters tall!

Mountains like razor blades!

And the target of its gaping mouth wasn’t Qin Fang... but...

...that shimmering speck of Golden Light!

But its movements were so violent that the speck of Golden Light was tossed high into the air. It shone like a miniature sun, bathing the surrounding kilometers in brilliant light.

This made the great fish miss its target on the first try.

But the next moment...

A deep, resonant, and impossibly vast ROAR erupted from the great fish’s mouth.

Immediately, Qin Fang felt a gale of unimaginable force slam into him!

The sudden, violent squall instantly shattered his two layers of Abyss Water Armor!

But that wasn’t the most horrifying part... The most horrifying part was that his entire body began to fly uncontrollably toward the great fish’s mouth!

...No, he was being *sucked* in!

The great fish was trying to suck the golden, glowing object into its stomach.

’And I’m caught in the crossfire from several kilometers away?!’

Qin Fang could barely stop himself from cursing out loud.

But he had no time to talk. He frantically circulated his True Essence, trying to stabilize himself and fly toward the edge of the suction’s pull!

But the suction was too terrifying.

So terrifying, it felt like he was trapped in a vortex.

The air around him had become as thick and viscous as a river current!

It swept him up, pulling him completely against his will toward the great fish’s mouth!

’Fucking hell, I should have gotten way further away!!!’

’This is a complete disaster!’

’Talk about a fucking undeserved catastrophe!’

’This is the definition of an undeserved catastrophe!!!’

He had sensed the golden orb might be dangerous, so he’d stayed two or three kilometers away from it. He hadn’t been near it once in the past year.

’But I never imagined... that in this Secret Realm, a place I’d never heard of having any living creatures, something so terrifying would be hiding beneath the Abyss?!’

’And on top of that, it was drawn here by the Golden Light!’

’Being drawn here is one thing, but if you want the golden orb, then just take it!’

’But who would have thought this damn thing would be as dumb as a rock? The golden orb wasn’t even moving, and it still couldn’t catch it?!’

’And now, with this one inhale, it’s trying to swallow all the surrounding air and the gushing Abyssal Water along with it...’

...Qin Fang was on the verge of cursing up a storm.

But obviously... cursing was useless.

He was like an insect caught in a whirlpool, able only to frantically execute Mirror Flower Water Moon in an attempt to break free...

...or at least slow the rate at which he was being pulled in.

’...Maybe once it swallows the golden orb, the great fish will stop?’

He summoned every last ounce of his strength. The True Essence in his body surged wildly, and his terrifying Profound Nether True Qi could no longer be contained, causing snowflakes to materialize and drift in the air around him.

Veins bulged all over his body, and he could even hear the roar of True Essence churning within him!

All he wanted was to hold on a little longer.

It seemed to have some effect... The speed at which he was being pulled toward the great fish did seem to slow a little.

The golden light source, on the other hand, was an inanimate and tiny object, so it fell directly into the great fish’s mouth.

Qin Fang prayed frantically in his head. ’You’ve got your target, now close your fucking mouth!’

He pushed his True Essence to its absolute limit; his skin flushed red and even began to bleed!

Even so, he still couldn’t break free from the suction’s pull. In fact, he was still getting closer...

Fortunately...

...The great fish’s reactions were a bit sluggish, but a few seconds after swallowing the golden light source, it finally closed its mouth.

WHOOSH!!!

The instant its mouth closed, Qin Fang’s body shot away like an arrow released from a bow!

...But this wasn’t his doing at all. His face was flushed crimson, and the terrifying inertia made him feel as if his blood vessels were about to burst! ℴℴ𝘮

After flying one or two kilometers in an instant, he managed to grind to a halt.

His face an unnatural shade of red, he quickly worked to calm the True Essence raging within him.

He gasped for breath.

After a few breaths, the crimson flush on his face rapidly faded, replaced by an extreme pallor.

But he had no time to worry about that. He immediately looked toward the great fish.

As he looked, he heard a tremendous BOOM. The great fish had already plunged back into the Abyss.

The Abyss once again erupted into a ’tsunami’...

This one was even larger than the one caused by the meteor!

Fortunately, from his position several kilometers up, Qin Fang was completely unaffected.

He panted, cold sweat pouring down his forehead...

’...I’m... I’m alive?’

He thought, his heart still pounding with fear.

He stared down at the violently churning waves of the Abyss and swallowed hard...

’...What in the world is this damn place?’

’And that great fish...’

’...Could it be the legendary... Kun?’

’For a fish that massive, the only thing I can think of... is the Kun from the legends of my past life!’

’This World... actually has a Kun?’

’This Heavenly Gang Secret Realm... what kind of place is it?!’

Qin Fang was utterly stunned!
