Regression - Second Chance At Life

Chapter 201 201: I Want This Too

Now itʼs Claraʼs turn to feel bad about how she treated her daughter, and Adamʼs caught up right in the middle once again.

But of course, since he has a soft spot for Clara, he canʼt just let her cry.

”Clara, you are not a bad mother,” he says, pulling her in and rubbing her shoulder to calm her down.

Clara rests her head on his shoulder, crying as he comforts her.

”Look, you stayed and looked after your daughter when your husband decided to leave and not contribute even a penny towards her growth. You worked your ass off so that Lana would have a better life.

Sure, you werenʼt perfect. Since you worked so much, you were absent most of the time as well, but you did what you could. If you hadnʼt done what you did for Lana, she would be in a much worse state than she is now,” Adam says, trying to calm her down.

Clara sniffs, and she tries her best to stop crying. She is not the type of person who cries often, but with everything that happened tonight, she couldnʼt help herself.

She doesnʼt get the chance to be vulnerable with someone. Before it was Adamʼs mother, her best friend, who was her rock, someone she could lean against when things got tough, but after her death, she had no one.

On top of that, she had to be that same rock for her own daughter, and that made her even colder towards others. She shut everyone out, keeping them at a distance, because she needed to be tough for her daughter.

Luckily, Adam finally walked into her life. Someone she knows very well. Someone she can trust because he is her best friendʼs son.

Adam turned out to be the rock she could lean into and be vulnerable, just like how she was with his mother, but unlike his mother, Adam was more than just an emotional rock.

He was there for her daughter, physically. He took matters into his own hands to make sure that her daughter was safe by putting his own life at risk.

Clara now feels more in debt to Adam than ever. She also begins to see him as a reliable masculine figure who has always been absent from her life.

There is a shift in her gaze when looking at Adam.

”Do you really think so?” She asks, taking her head off his shoulder and meeting his eyes with her gaze.

”I do. Clara, you are a good mother. You just need to sit down with your daughter and talk it out. Express how you feel about her. Be honest with her, and I am sure Lana will forgive you,” Adam says as he brings his hand forward and gently caresses her face while wiping the tear rolling down her cheek with his thumb.

Clara feels an overwhelming amount of emotions as she hears Adamʼs comforting words. His soft gaze, his gentle smile, and his caring touch. Add that to his very handsome face. Clara gets completely swept away by the moment.

The frigid heart that she had developed so that no one could exploit her immediately shattered under Adamʼs influence. After all, Adam is not a stranger. He is someone very close to the person she cared for most in the world.

And in this moment, she couldnʼt stop herself. With overflowing emotions, she leans in and meets Adamʼs lips with hers, kissing him.

Her action took Adam by surprise. He didnʼt expect Clara would be the one to kiss him first. If this was ever going to happen, he thought he would be the one to initiate it, but he is not one to complain.

He kisses her back. Their lips part, and they get into a deeper kiss, and their tongues get involved.

Clara breathes in and out heavily as she feels Adamʼs tongue on hers. Itʼs been a very long time since she had a physical relationship with a man, let alone a kiss, and it feels so much better than it has ever felt before.

A few seconds into the kiss, Clara finally pulls away, but not all the way. Their foreheads still touch. Claraʼs eyes are closed as she takes in another deep breath. She licks and then rolls her lips, pressing them together as she takes in the feeling.

The kiss was.... She canʼt describe it. It shook her. Never had anything felt so intense but so right at the same time; she is feeling chills run all over her body because of it. She liked the kiss so much that her body is screaming for more.

Her cheeks are flushed, her lips are redder, her nipples are hard, she feels a tingling sensation all over her body, her clit has also expanded in size, and her pussy is dripping wet.

Never has her body gotten this horny this instant.

Her heart is beating faster than ever, and her desire is screaming at her to kiss him again, but her rationality starts taking over, a last line of moral resistance that is very fragile but also keeping her from going further.

She backs off more and opens her eyes, and meets Adamʼs gaze. There is intensity in his eyes, something she has not seen before.

Her eyes widen with surprise and shock as she realizes what she just did.

”Oh my god! What did I do? I am so sorry! I need to leave!” She says and immediately gets up from the bed and tries to leave.

But Adamʼs not having it.

He also stands up and stops her from leaving by grabbing her hand.

”Adam...” Clara is surprised. She turns to meet his gaze again as Adam steps in closer. Clara gets nervous.

”Adam... no... we shouldnʼt.... You are like my-”. ”Stop right there!” Adam stops her before she can finish her sentence.

”I want this too...” He whispers and leans in for a kiss.

Their lips touch again, and their tongues get involved instantly. Clara doesnʼt put up any fight, even though just a second ago, she didnʼt want this to happen.

Well, those were just her words. Her mind, body, and feelings were all saying different things. It was only that thin line of moral barrier that held her back.

But the moment Adamʼs lips touched hers, that barrier started to fade, and her feelings and desires started to take over again.

This time, the kiss was even more intense than last time, lighting a blazing fire of desire inside Clara, something she had never felt before in her entire life.

Not with her first crush, not with her previous exes, or her ex-husband, this feeling is unique only towards Adam, making her resistance even weaker.

They pull away from the kiss again. Clara stands in Adamʼs embrace, breathing heavily as Adam took her breath away from that intense kiss.

She slowly raises her head and meets Adamʼs gaze again. She can see the desire and need he holds for her in his eyes.

Clara gulps.

”Is this okay? I am your motherʼs friend...” she says. Her own words feel heavy to her because what if Adam listened to her and didnʼt continue with this? She would feel that she lost something very important.

”You are my motherʼs friend, but my mother is no longer with us. Itʼs just you and me now. I care about you, I desire you, I want you, just like you want me. There is no need to hold back,” Adam says as his hand slides down her back and rests on her ass, gently grabbing it.

Clara licks her lips again before pressing them tightly together. She can feel Adamʼs hand on her ass, which only intensifies her desire.

”I am also your... lawyer...” Clara says, looking away from him. Once again, finding her own words stupid. ʼWhy am I doing this to myself?ʼ she even questions herself in her head.

She knows she wants this. No matter how hard she tries to bury her feelings for Adam, she knows she canʼt always hold them back.

She has been thinking about Adam from the moment she laid eyes on him and saw him as a man in all his glory. But she chose to suppress those feelings, knowing who Adam is. He is her dead best friendʼs son. She shouldnʼt be having these feelings.

But after tonight, she no longer could. She is emotionally vulnerable, and Adam proved to be someone she can rely on, both physically and mentally. Her moral values couldnʼt suppress her feelings.

”You can also be my lover~ That way, you will fight for me, even harder,” Adam says as he grabs her chin with his fingers and makes her look at him.

His words strike a chord in Clara that completely destroys that last bit of resistance.

He leans in and kisses her again. Their lips lock, and their tongues get into a sloppy, entangled, wet, saliva-filled mess.

Adam then takes it up a notch. His hand, which is already on her big, juicy ass, sinks into her flesh as if itʼs just freshly kneaded dough and starts playing with it, making Clara moan through the kissing.

With both hands on her ass, digging deep into her juicy ass and giving him the best grip. He lifts her off her legs, walks her to the bed, and throws her on top of it.

Clara hits the bed and bounces once. She sits up, breathing heavily, and watches Adam crawl up on the bed and approach her like a predator on a prowl.

She breathes out, opening her mouth as Adam gets right to her face, and the kissing begins once again as Adam pins her down with it.
