Chapter 834 - Target: Azure Comet

When the Crushers returned, a wave of shock washed over the Secondary Sector.

Azure Comet had won!

How?! How could he have possibly won?!

When Voidwave received the Communicators, their world broke down.

Their leaders were dead!

Voidwave was associated with Inner World, and almost all of their Formation Arrays came from their five leaders. Without their five leaders, they couldnʼt properly operate their Formation Arrays!

Even more, they didnʼt have a Unique Crusher anymore! Without a Unique Crusher and without powerful Formation Arrays, they would only have an average level of power!

It was over!

The Elders of Voidwave entered a heated debate as the people in the Secondary Sector looked towards Azure Cometʼs territory with horror.

He would never leave.

The bane of the Secondary Sector would never leave.

They would always have to live under his shadow.

It was over.

Golden Ember and Goldfire also looked in Azure Cometʼs direction with horror and shock.

What now?

What could they possibly do now?!

Azure Comet had even dealt with Voidwave!

Nobody knew what would happen next. Would Azure Comet expand? Would he consume the Planets inside Voidwaveʼs territory?

Technically, Voidwave had never been at war with Azure Comet, which meant that they still held the rights over their territories. Even more, Azure Comet had so little Karmic Luck that attacking their territories without a declaration of battle would make him condense a True Sin Aura.

This left Voidwave with a huge territory but with little power to defend it. It would only be a matter of time until the other Organizations sent them declarations of battle.

In the end, the Elders of Voidwave decided to do something. While there were no true members of Inner World left in the Secondary Sector, three of their most talented Disciples had been accepted as Honorary Disciples.

Being an Honorary Disciple meant that the Disciple and the Organization had already come to an agreement about their recruitment, but it hadnʼt really started yet.

The Honorary Disciples of Inner World, who were currently in Voidwave, had to learn as much about Formation Arrays as they could within their remaining longevity. When their longevity was about to end, they would go to Inner World to undergo an evaluation of their skills. If they passed, they would become Outer Disciples. If they didnʼt, they would remain Honorary Disciples and would have to fulfill a new requirement to join.

While the Honorary Disciples had ways to contact their Organizations, they didnʼt really have access to any of the Organizationʼs resources.

In the end, the Honorary Disciples of Inner World contacted Inner World to give them the news.

First, all of their Inner Disciples in the Secondary Sector had died. However, the second part of the message was more important.

”The five Inner Disciples left on their own. Most likely, they wanted to use Inner Worldʼs Formation Arrays to deal with Azure Comet. We can confirm that a battle took place and that the Inner Disciples have died. There is a high chance that they have set up Inner Worldʼs Formation Arrays while Azure Comet was watching. Azure Comet may know how your Formation Arrays work now.”

This was their Hail Mary. Inner World was fiercely protective of its designs, and they did everything in their power to keep them secret.

Inner World took this matter seriously. If Azure Comet knew about their designs, there were only two ways this could go.

He had to become one of their Disciples or die.

However, the Secondary Sector still offered tremendous protection to its inhabitants.

Could Inner World break the Secondary Sectorʼs rules and send someone to forcefully recruit Azure Comet or kill him?

Of course. They had the power to do so.

Yet, would it be worth the cost? If they did that, the Contrast Empire would be forced to take a stand. If they just allowed anyone to interfere, not only this Secondary Sector but all of their Secondary Sectors would suffer. The Secondary Sector had to be kept as pure as possible. Otherwise, no other Organization would send their talented Disciples there.

What if their Disciples were too outstanding, and another big Organization ignored all the rules to get rid of them? They couldnʼt take that risk.

For example, if something like this had happened before, the Chief Overseer responsible for the local branch of the Array of Stars would not have told Kyle to go to the Secondary Sector. To the Chief Overseer, Kyle appeared talented enough that another major Organization might try to kill him, ignoring the rules.

If Inner World broke the rules, the Contrast Empire would be forced to blow the matter up. Most likely, the Contrast Empire would ban all members of Inner World from joining any of its Secondary Sectors for millennia. That represented a loss of several Legendary Crushers to Inner World.

Killing Azure Comet was not worth the cost. Even more, while Inner Worldʼs designs were kept secret, many of their designs were not really secret. Many of them were just classified as secret.

How many Disciples of Inner World fought and died across the entire Supreme World? Could all of them keep all of their designs secret? Were there no cases of Ascendants secretly watching when a Crusher Disciple of Inner World set up a Formation Array?

The other powerful Organizations knew a lot about Inner Worldʼs designs. They actually knew how many of their designs worked.

They just didnʼt dare to show them or make use of them.

If anyone used a design of Inner World, and Inner World found out, they would make a huge stink. You stole our designs! You are not trustworthy! We will never provide Formation Arrays to you again! Our contracts state that we are allowed to take back any Formation Array if you copy it!

So, while a bunch of Organizations knew some things about Inner World, they couldnʼt possibly use them.

While not getting any services from Inner World would barely make a difference in the Main Dimension, it would be devastating in the Immortal Dimension. The Organizations knew a lot about how the weaker Formation Arrays of Inner World worked, but they were completely blind when it came to Formation Arrays that were used in the Immortal Dimension.

This was why nobody used Inner Worldʼs designs and why it was not worth it to break the rules just to deal with Azure Comet.

However, Inner World still needed to do something. Azure Comet was, as far as they knew, not a member of a powerful Organization, which meant he didnʼt know about these dynamics. If he spread Inner Worldʼs designs out of ignorance, both sides would suffer.

They needed to get in contact with him, but they were not the only ones.

Inner World wanted to get in contact with Azure Comet to recruit him, kill him, or intimidate him.

The Contrast Empire wanted to get into contact with Azure Comet to recruit him, kill him, or make him leave the Secondary Sector.

The Grand Exchange wanted to get in contact with Azure Comet to recruit him. They werenʼt planning on killing or intimidating him. They just saw his value and wanted to ask him to join them.

The Array of Stars wanted to get in contact with Azure Comet to recruit him as well. This guy was insanely talented, and he already had some good connections with the Array of Stars since the Four Dragons had been one of the only Organizations that had treated him nicely.

Since all four big Organizations involved in the Secondary Sector wanted the same thing, it wasnʼt difficult to come to an agreement.

A one-time exception to one of the rules was made.
