Strongest Hammer God

Chapter Chapter 827 - The Right Choice

Golden Ember felt helpless. The people hoped that he could defeat the antagonist, but he knew that he couldnʼt.

After his battle against the Unique Crusher from Starsign, his Momentum had reached the peak of what a Crusher could have.

His Battle-Strength was already high enough to kill another Unique Crusher without the help of his improved Momentum.

He was the undisputed most powerful Crusher in the entire Secondary Sector.

Yet, he just couldnʼt win against Azure Comet while he was in his fortress.

Naturally, Goldfire immediately complained to the Contrast Empire, which began considering changing the rules.

Sadly, Inner World and the Array of Stars resisted.Their resistance came mostly from their affiliated Organizations, Voidwave and the Four Dragons. As long as they didnʼt complain, their superior Organizations also wouldnʼt.

The Contrast Empire stated that they would change the rules if one more member of the Big Four complained.

In response, Goldfire sent several diplomatic notices to the Four Dragons, offering them tremendous wealth in exchange for their support.

However, the Four Dragons refused all offers. They were led by four Fulfilled Crushers, who still had millennia of longevity left. With time, all four of them would become Unique Crushers, and with four Unique Crushers, they could take down Azure Comet easily.

Yet, if they decided to complain and Azure Comet vanished, Goldfire would eventually target them.Supporting Goldfire would ruin the Four Dragons.

Goldfire realized they couldnʼt convince the Four Dragons, so they turned to Voidwave.

Goldfire knew exactly what Voidwave was after.

They knew that Voidwave could easily kill Azure Comet.

The fact that they hadnʼt done so meant only one thing.

They wanted to be paid. They wanted everyone to give them Energy Stones and to beg them to get rid of Azure Comet.

If enough people begged and paid them, they would get rid of the antagonist, and in the process of doing so, they would gain a Legendary Crusher and a ton of resources. Goldfire gave up. They decided to give Voidwave whatever they wanted. Months after the negotiations had finished, Golden Ember made a public announcement to the entire Secondary Sector.

”I am the most powerful Crusher in the Secondary Sector. In a duel, nobody in the Secondary Sector can win against me. However, I cannot win against Azure Comet. The reason is that his power isnʼt his own.He is using the accumulated Energy of countless Grade Six Energy Stones to artificially increase his power.”

”He has an amount of Energy at his disposal that rivals the amount of Energy a Sage can accumulate in 10,000 years.I can win against any Crusher, but against a Sage, I am just as helpless as everyone else.”

”Personal power cannot defeat Azure Comet. A monster can only be killed by a monster.”

”Only Voidwave can stop Azure Comet.”

”Sadly, Voidwave will only take action if everyone wants them to take action.Inner World is peaceful and neutral, and Voidwave follows their lead. They will only take action if they believe that itʼs the right thing to do.” ”Everyone, I implore you, convince Voidwave to finally get rid of Azure Comet!”

Of course, giving this speech was part of the deal. Goldfire was supposed to increase Voidwaveʼs reputation, in addition to paying them a considerable fee in Energy Stones.

While several Organizations sent diplomatic notices to Voidwave to urge them to remove Azure Comet, these notices didnʼt make a difference.

The battle was already set. Voidwave had already agreed to get rid of Azure Comet. They just wanted to act like they hadnʼt decided to kill him yet.

Several years passed during which Voidwave received countless diplomatic notices. While all of this was going on, Kyle received a diplomatic notice of his own, sent by the Four Dragons.

ʼA warning, huh?ʼ Kyle thought as he looked at the diplomatic notice.

His friends were warning him of what was about to come. They knew that Kyle rarely paid attention to the outside world, and they didnʼt want him to be caught off guard.

They told him that Voidwave could destroy all of his Formation Arrays if they decided to attack. They knew that Kyle was powerful, but destroying Voidwave with only his personal power was impossible. Not even Golden Ember could do that, and he was the most powerful Unique Crusher in the Secondary Sector.

They also offered for Kyle to join them, and when he read that part, he couldnʼt help but smile.

ʼIf I joined them, my reputation would overshadow them. They would sacrifice their own way to become Legendary Crushers so that I can become one,ʼ he thought.

Kyle sighed as he looked at the sphere of Gravity Wind in his hand. About 600 years had passed since he had destroyed Dawnlight, and he had just recently managed to comprehend the Law of Gravity Wind.

Kyle had already started building his new Complex Law, but it would take a long time to finish. ʼWhy did we go to the Secondary Sector so early? I still need about 1,500 years to finish my Complex Law.

I probably already have enough fame to become a Legendary Crusher, but I canʼt become one unless Iʼm a Unique Crusher.ʼ

ʼThis is not how the Secondary Sector is supposed to work, and the Contrast Empire will eventually put an end to it.Unique Crushers are supposed to become the overlords, become Legendary Crushers, and then leave.ʼ

ʼHowever, Iʼm forced into becoming the overlord early, and I wonʼt leave until I am a Legendary Crusher, which will take a while.ʼ Kyle groaned in frustration.

ʼFucking Contrast Empire!

If you hadnʼt made me a fucking criminal, I wouldʼve left long ago.

I wouldʼve just gone to the Array of Stars to look at some Laws before returning and becoming a Legendary Crusher.ʼ ʼI am in this place because you donʼt allow me to leave!

If you just allowed me to leave, I would just fuck off!ʼ After some minutes of venting his frustrations, Kyle sighed. ʼLetʼs be real, the right decision would be to leave.

Itʼs not like I canʼt leave.

I just gotta reduce my Karmic Luck a bit, enter the Hell Dimension, fuck off, and ask the Cult to increase my Karmic Luck.

I can still return to the Secondary Sector after my real identity is no longer considered a criminal.ʼ

ʼI just have to destroy a Planet with a bunch of beasts on it, and I will condense a True Sin Aura. Easy. Will just take a couple of hours or days.ʼ Kyle looked at the date on his Communicator.

ʼIn about 400 years, I should no longer be a criminal.I can use that time to work on my Complex Law, and in about 1,500 years or so, I can return to the Secondary Sector and just go ham.ʼ

ʼThis is the smart thing to do.ʼ Kyle sighed.

ʼBut I donʼt wanna do the smart thing. I wanna do the right thing.ʼ

ʼAnd the right thing to do is to be a petty asshole and keep ruining the Secondary Sector because the Contrast Empire decided to act like unfair dicks.ʼ Kyle looked in the direction of Voidwaveʼs territory.

ʼWatch me turn the Big Four into the Big Three.ʼ
