Strongest Hammer God

Chapter 805 - Gravity Fire

Kyle swung his hammer repeatedly, and after just a couple of swings, he got into the swing of things again.

Even though he hadnʼt swung his hammer properly in a long time, it was like he had always swung it.

As he kept swinging, a grin appeared on his face.

The way the Gravity Fire parted as his hammer passed through it felt almost magical.

The Gravity and Fire Energies split and fused again in a wondrous display of natural beauty.

Yet, Kyle didnʼt try to understand the Energies. He just swung his hammer and looked at the fire.

After many strikes, he started to get a feeling for Gravity Fire.

Whenever he swung his hammer in a certain way, the Gravity Fire parted in a certain way. His attacks were so powerful that they broke the Gravity Fire into its base components, which quickly fused back together again.

One swing after the other.

Kyle stopped thinking as he focused on the feeling of swinging his hammer.

Power, destruction, improvement, freedom.

As he kept swinging, the Gravity Fire parted in more peculiar ways. It was almost like Kyleʼs hammer was starting to affect its Energies at a base level.

Instead of just splitting into specialized gravity and fire, the Gravity Fire slowly started to split into more components.

General gravity, split gravity, infused gravity, fire movement, fire heat, pure Gravity Energy, pure Fire Energy.

More and more splits. More and more components.

As time progressed, Kyle put more Energy into his Law of Hammer. He barely noticed it, but the fact that he could put more Energy into his swings meant that his Law of Hammer was slowly improving.

An Imposing Law could improve in many ways. Just like how Pure Laws had levels, an Imposing Law also had levels.

One time, Kyle noticed that he was starting to move his body strangely again to adapt to the new Energy Manipulations he was trying to realize.

ʼNo, weʼre not doing that this time,ʼ Kyle thought. ʼNo strange movements. Weʼre going to keep it pure. If I canʼt manipulate my Energy in this way, I simply need more practice.ʼ

ʼI just have to keep going. Every strike increases my mastery over my hammer. There will be no shortcuts.ʼ

Kyleʼs strikes became pure and clean again, but his strikes also became weaker as a result. His failure rate increased, but this was an expected setback.

ʼAs long as I keep swinging, everything will work out.ʼ

After four centuries of only swinging his hammer, the Gravity Fire in front of Kyle started to split into its most fundamental components.

All the concepts of Gravity Fire were laid bare in front of Kyle. He could see, step by step, how Gravity Fire was made.

Slowly, Kyle began integrating the concepts of Gravity Fire into his strikes.

Gravity Fire appeared around his hammer, and the Energies in the surroundings changed once more.

Strike after strike, more and more Gravity Fire surrounded Kyleʼs hammer.

The power and speed of his strikes had increased tremendously, but Kyle didnʼt even notice.

To him, these changes were expected and normal.

Strike after strike.

Fire parted and fused.

Gravity vanished and reappeared.

Energy scattered and gathered.

Space shook and manifested.

Time sped up and slowed.

Kyleʼs surroundings changed again and again. Every strike of the hammer changed the Energies in the surroundings.

The world adapted with every strike, returning Kyleʼs surroundings to normal before he changed it again.

As more centuries passed, Kyleʼs perception changed.

He could imagine enemies appearing in front of him.

He could see them attacking him with different attacks, and he adapted.

His strikes became more varied. Instead of only focusing on striking the enemy, he also focused on breaking the enemyʼs offensive.

His hammer swung forward, breaking the enemy attacks into their raw components.

He could see his enemies despairing, crying out in frustration, but he didnʼt care.

Kyle wasnʼt trying to make them despair. In truth, he didnʼt even care about them or their existence.

He just wanted to swing his hammer, and they just so happened to be in his path.

One Fulfilled Crusher after another appeared before vanishing again.

The images in the fire fused with reality, but Kyle just kept going.

His strikes became more beautiful and varied.

Their arcs were clean but destructive.

Pure but complex.

Back and forth.

Kyle slowly started to move from side to side. Instead of only standing in one spot and striking, he also included dodges and charges.

As time passed, the movement of Kyleʼs body started to resemble the swings of his hammer.

His charges slowly changed from straight lines to curved arcs.

It was almost like Kyleʼs body was a hammer, too.

Kyle charged forward in an arc, identical to his swing, and swung his hammer in an arc, identical to his bodyʼs movement.

The Energies in the Gravity Fire spread further, leaving Kyle in an Energy vacuum for just an instant.

Yet as the Energies in Kyleʼs surroundings grew more chaotic, Kyle also began to feel much hotter.

It almost felt like his surroundings were burning his very soul.

However, Kyle didnʼt see the pain as a problem.

Something around him was changing, and that was a good thing.

The more his attacks affected his surroundings, the more powerful he became.

Kyle just kept swinging, and time kept passing.

One swing after another.

There was no stress. There was no war. There was no job. There was no criminal status. There were no worries.

It was just Kyle and his hammer.

One man, slowly improving one of his skills.

Swinging a hammer.

So simple, and yet, so complex.

Left and right.

Right and left.

Swing after swing.

BEEEEEEP!

Kyle shook his head as his Communicatorʼs alarm went off.

ʼIs it already over?ʼ Kyle thought in surprise. ʼI feel like I just started!ʼ

He took out his Communicator and looked at it.

When he saw the date, he blinked a couple of times in surprise. ʼSure enough, 700 years have already passed. Crazy.ʼ

Kyle sighed, ʼWell, I told myself that I would only swing my hammer for 700 years and use the remaining 300 years to finish the Law of Gravity Fire.ʼ

ʼI guess funʼs over. Time to get back to work.ʼ

After 700 years, Kyle put his hammer away again and created a bunch of Formation Arrays to manipulate the Gravity Fire around him.

Yet, as he created them, he felt like this had happened before.

Whenever he activated one of his Formation Arrays, he felt like he had already seen how it would affect the Gravity Fire around him.

ʼI guess I learned a lot,ʼ Kyle thought. ʼI just have to confirm my guesses and create an overarching framework, and I will be done.ʼ

For the next few years, Kyle experimented with the Gravity Fire to create an overarching framework.

While Kyle hadnʼt consciously learned how Gravity Fire worked, he had developed an extremely accurate feeling. He didnʼt know how Gravity Fire did what it did, but he knew exactly what it would do as soon as something about it changed.

Within just 200 years, Kyle went through the entire Law of Gravity Fire and created an overarching framework.

BOOOOM!

Understanding filled Kyleʼs mind, confirming that he had comprehended the Level Four Pure Law of Gravity Fire.

ʼFinally done,ʼ Kyle thought as he released a sigh. ʼComprehending Gravity Fire took about two centuries longer than comprehending Gravity Metal, but Iʼve already expected that.ʼ

Kyle summoned his hammer and looked at it with a smile. ʼAfter all, Iʼve primarily focused on my hammer. I havenʼt checked how much my Law of Hammer has improved, but it should have improved by a lot.ʼ

At that moment, Kyle noticed more faces appearing in the Gravity Fire, making him frown. ʼDude, yes, Iʼve imagined you guys appearing to help with my training, but Iʼm not training right now. Can you fuck off?ʼ

Yet, the images of the Crushers stayed.

ʼI said, fuck off!ʼ

They stayed.

ʼAm I going crazy?ʼ Kyle thought. ʼMaybe the heat is getting to me.ʼ

Kyle grabbed his Formation Arrays and Gravity Core before flying out of the Gravity Fire.

However, everything seemed just as hot as before.

It was almost like his body and soul were on fire.

Even worse, the images kept reappearing.

ʼOkay, this is not normal,ʼ Kyle thought. ʼEither Iʼm going insane, or…ʼ

Kyle looked at his Karmic Luck, and his eyes widened.

ʼWhat the fuck?!ʼ

ʼWhy?!ʼ

ʼWhat the fuck did I do?!ʼ

ʼWhy do I have Sin Flames?!ʼ
