“What’s wrong?” Noticing the strange expression on Lan Xi’s face, Yu Zi Yu smirked, asking playfully.

With his keen insight, he could easily discern her shock at the sight of the Blood Demon Treant.

[But what is she so surprised about?] Although this question lingered in Yu Zi Yu’s mind, a shadow of a smile played on his lips, for he had his suspicions.

“Divine Tree…” Responding softly, Lan Xi cast ook a complex look at the Blood Demon Treant and, no daring to hide her thoughts, admitted, “I’m just amazed that this Blood Demon’s aura is even purer than mine.”

Lan Xi continued, explaining, “As a Princess of the Blood Demon Clan, my Bloodline is among the highest, yet this individual, whom I have never seen before, has…”

She trailed off, but the astonishment on her face said it all.

Incredulous. It was hard to believe.

Seeing this, Yu Zi Yu’s smile deepened, his eyes glinting with satisfaction. [As expected, the Blood Demon Clan Princess has not noticed any irregularity in the Blood Demon Treant.]

Yu Zi Yu understood why the Treant’s Bloodline seemed purer than that of the Blood Demon Clan Princess.

This was due to the Tree of Miracles, an ancient Demonic Tree. The Blood Demon Fruit it bore was created by tracing the very depths of the Blood Demon Clan’s ancestral Bloodline, tapping into its primordial mystery.

In simple terms, the Blood Demon Treant’s Bloodline likely originated from the Blood Demon Clan’s very founder.

Naturally, it was purer than the Blood Demon Clan’s Princess, whose Bloodline had diluted after countless generations.

This was also with the Treant being only moderately strong, and had not unearthed the full potential of the Blood Demon Fruit.

If it grew even more powerful and unlocked its full potential, he could perhaps become a new progenitor of the Blood Demon Clan.

This was the true terror of the Tree of Miracles. It traced the very source, the source of life itself, reaching the root of the Bloodline.

After confirming that the Blood Demon Treant’s identity was undetectable to Lan Xi, Yu Zi Yu’s concerns were eased.

“Now, we can start hunting the myriad Clans…” With a grin, a cold glint flickered in Yu Zi Yu’s eyes.

Then, as if reminded of something, he gave an order to a blood-red Crow perched on a branch nearby, “Go summon Bull Demon.”

“Yes, Divine Tree…” responding, the fist-sized Crow blew up, leaving only a single blood-red feather slowly drifting down onto the branch.

…

Shortly after, on the blood-colored planet, in one of the seven main cities—Holy Demon City…

A monstrous, fiendish figure with the head of a bull and the body of a man sat imposingly upon a throne. On either side of him, equally fearsome figures stood silently.

At the center of the grand hall…

Several blood-red figures knelt on one knee, heads bowed.

“We pay our respects to the Lord of Demons and Fiends…” Shouting in unison, the Blood Demons lowered their heads respectfully.

The Lord of Demons and Fiends was the leader of the current invasion of Blood Demon Planet, the mastermind behind this bloody war.

However, even more terrifying than him was the Ancient Overlord behind him, a being who inspired pure dread.

So…

Without hesitation, and not daring to hesitate, one Blood Demon Clan faction after another had surrendered.

Among these factions, Bull Demon had established several mid-to-upper-level groups.

These factions, with their considerable power, were likely candidates to replace the former Seven Cities of the Blood Demon Clan.

As for the original Seven Cities, except for Demon Hunter City that got destroyed with a single claw by Lord Purple Dragon, the other six were annihilated, their leaders banished to the Realm of Void.

Although one or two of the seven great cities surrendered, Bull Demon had refrained from incorporating them, wary of their former status as Blood Demon Clan Rulers.

Only people personally nurtured by him could be trusted.

Just like now, the Blood Demon Clan factions personally supported by him were all deeply grateful to him.

At this moment, as if sensing something, Bull Demon turned his gaze to Undying Blood Raven in the distance.

“What is it, Undying Blood Raven?”

With a light chuckle, Undying Blood Raven replied straight away, “Second Brother… Master just summoned you back.”

“I see…” Murmuring softly, Bull Demon looked over at the nearby White Tiger and instructed, “Third Brother, I’ll head back for now. I’ll leave things here to you.”

With that, Bull Demon took a step, transforming into a streak of dark purple that shot into the sky in an instant.

Since it was an order from Master, he dared not delay. And… recalling something, a smile appeared on Bull Demon’s face.

“Perfect. I can offer these treasures to Master…”

…

Three days later, deep within the Realm of Life.

“Your subordinate, Bull Demon, greets Master.” With a respectful voice, the travel-worn Bull Demon arrived promptly to greet Yu Zi Yu.

“En, you’ve worked hard.” With that, Yu Zi Yu immediately inquired, “So, how is things on Blood Demon Planet?”

“Reporting to the Master, currently, the entire Blood Demon Planet is under our control.”

After a pause, Bull Demon continued, “I’ve established a new Force within the Blood Demon Clan, named the Hall of Seven Reapers…governed by seven Blood Demon Clan powerhouses. These seven Blood Demon Clan powerhouses are now core members of our Demons and Fiends Society and can be trusted…”

Hearing this, Yu Zi Yu nodded, a hint of satisfaction appearing on his face.

As expected of Bull Demon, his style of doing things resembled Yu Zi Yu’s a bit.

Just the act of subjugating the Blood Demon Clan and establishing a new Force was in line with Yu Zi Yu’s usual approach.

As for how Bull Demon ensured that those Blood Demon Clan powerhouses were trustworthy, Yu Zi Yu was not concerned.

By now, Bull Demon, White Tiger, and others had all matured. Each had their own unique methods and safeguards.

Although Yu Zi Yu was their Master, he had no need to probe into these details.

However, he could easily surmise that they must have employed some form of restriction or oath-binding techniques.
