[System, I want to consume Evolution Points to enter the state of Enlightenment.]

[Confirm.]

Once Yu Zi Yu gave the confirmation, he felt a tremor in his mind. Immediately afterward, an indescribable feeling wrapped around him. It was indescribable, beyond words.

In this state, Yu Zi Yu’s mind was a hundred times faster. Even the circulation of Spiritual Energy was several times faster.

The state of Enlightenment, in harmony with Heaven and Earth, was profoundly mysterious. In this moment, Yu Zi Yu’s thoughts extended boundlessly.

Meanwhile, if one observed Yu Zi Yu’s True Body, they would see it changing at a speed visible to the naked eye.

And this was the most terrifying aspect of Enlightenment—the ability to accelerate one’s cultivation by several times.

A thousand years of cultivation could not compare to a single moment of Enlightenment. And that was precisely the saying’s meaning.

…

Time flew by, and half a month passed in the blink of an eye.

During this time, Yu Zi Yu had consumed over a billion Evolution Points.

Each breath cost 10,000 Evolution Points. And each breath equated to 8.4 seconds in Earth’s time.

Half a month of Enlightenment had consumed nearly 80% of Yu Zi Yu’s Evolution Points.

However, the rewards were well worth the price.

Looking at Yu Zi Yu now, one would notice his bark mottled gray and greenish spots, patterned like Dragon Scales. It appeared extremely remarkable.

Yet, this was not the most important aspect.

What was most important was that his branches were now faintly glowing like stars, as though nurturing something.

This was the Tree of Miracles Yu Zi Yu had simulated by expending over a billion Evolution Points. It could bear fruits called Fruit of Miracles which had all kinds of miraculous abilities.

“It really lives up to the name of ‘Miracle.’” Feeling the surging power within his body, Yu Zi Yu’s eyes flickered with excitement.

It was impressive, truly impressive! It was even more wondrous than Yu Zi Yu had anticipated.

As for, how wondrous exactly? The unrestrainable smile on Yu Zi Yu’s face spoke volumes of it.

As he had guessed, the Tree of Miracles could indeed bear various types of fruits, possessing all kinds of extraordinary power.

For example, the Elemental Fruits Yu Zi Yu had previously bore were part of the Tree of Miracles’ powers.

Elemental Fruits, even among the Tree of Miracles’ fruits, were among the highest class.

They were also called ‘Fruits of Nature” representing the forces of nature.

Water, fire, magma, storm, and so forth—all the Elements of nature could be condensed into fruits.

However, these fruits were the hardest to produce. For the Tree of Miracles to bear a fruit, it required a corresponding treasure as a precondition.

For example, the Magma Fruit, which was considered one of the most powerful among the Fruits of Nature and could transform others into Magma Giants. To create such a fruit, one needed a rare treasure—the Heart of Magma, a Tier-5 Spirit Treasure born in magma that had been seething for 10,000 years. It was incredibly rare and could only be found through immense fortune. Even Hegemons needed a stroke of luck to encounter it.

Thus, Yu Zi Yu could only dream of producing various Fruits of Nature out of thin air.

At least for now, Yu Zi Yu did not have a single Elemental Treasure.

“Tsk, Heart of Magma, Heart of Storm, Profound Ice… These treasures are incredibly rare to come by…” Heaving a deep sigh of resignation, Yu Zi Yu decided not to put away the notion of bearing these powerful Fruits of Nature.

It would be best if he could discover them, but if not, he would not waste pointless time and effort on searching for them.

After all, these were simply meant to cultivate subordinates to help him with his cultivation; there was no need to be too fixated on perfection.

For now… Yu Zi Yu’s target was the ordinary fruits, such as the Monster Fruits.

As the name implies, Monster Fruits allow certain creatures to transform into another type of creature.

For example, the ‘Ox Ox Fruit’ could transform a Human into an Ox, thereby granting them the abilities of an Ox.

Similarly, the ‘Dragon Dragon Fruit’ could transform a Human into a Dragon, thus bestowing upon them the abilities of the Dragon Clan.

More importantly, those who consumed these fruits could freely switch between the two forms.

Currently, these Monster Fruits were anything but ordinary.

However, the cost of creating such fruits was equally high.

To create one ‘Ox Ox Fruit,’ it required the complete flesh and Spiritual Energy of a Tier-1 Mutant Ox, a Tier-2 Mutant Ox, a Tier-3 Mutant Ox, and a Tier-4 Mutant Ox.

This requirement existed because the first four tiers of cultivation focus on the body’s evolution, the physical progression of creatures.

After Tier-4, cultivation involved the Soul and even Principles.

Thus, by consuming the flesh and spirit of the same species across the first four tiers, the Tree of Miracles that Yu Zi Yu had transformed into could fully analyze the genetic structure of that species, creating a Monster Fruit unique to them.

The price was steep—very steep. Moreover, this process prevented Yu Zi Yu from targeting rare or unique creatures.

After all, rare creatures like Metal Devourer or Nine Tailed Fox were already seldom found, let alone across four different tiers.

As for the Divine Spirits, it needed no further explanation. They were truly unique, another one would not appear as long as the first remained alive.

Even so, Yu Zi Yu was quite satisfied. For he could steal the talents of entire species—was not that wondrous?

After all, there were myriad races in this world. If Yu Zi Yu used this method to create Monster Fruits for each species, his subordinates could possess the powers of countless races.

Though each fruit could only be created once, with a new fruit only forming after the previous bearer was dead, for Yu Zi Yu, this is more than enough.

He was never greedy. And the power of the Tree of Miracles had already far exceeded his expectations.

“I’ll secretly produce a Titan Fruit, then an Angel Fruit… right, maybe even a Blood Demon Fruit…Then, I’ll give these fruits to the Treants, who would never betray me, so they can acquire the talents of the myriad race, and through these Treants, I can claim the powers of all races.”

With each murmur, excitement grew on Yu Zi Yu’s face.

Stealing the powers of myriad races was far simpler than his previous plan of cultivating the 3,000 Daos himself, and much more feasible.

After all, the myriad races were born from these 3,000 Daos. Each species carried traces of one or more Daos.

For example, Titans embodied growth and strength, Angels represented speed and luminosity, and Blood Demons embodied blood and corruption.

Instead of chasing the elusive 3,000 Daos, it was far better to begin with the myriad races. This discovery marked the true enlightenment Yu Zi Yu had stumbled upon.
