“A deal!?” Countless Humans looked confused upon hearing Yu Zi Yu’s proposition.

However, just at that moment…

A thunderous roar echoed, and the colossal tree in the center of the city shook violently.

Immediately after, much to the horror of the many Humans, innumerable glowing specks, like fireflies, fluttered down, showering upon them.

Everything happened so fast that no one had any chance to evade. Or perhaps, most of the Superhumans chose not to react.

The very moment the green specks approached them, their bodies instinctively inhaled them. Inhaled them as naturally as breathing.

Following that, a warmth akin to a spring breeze surged into their bodies. Many Humans even revealed a comfortable smile on their faces.

However, a cold voice in their minds broke their refreshing state, “You’ve one month, just one month. If you cannot provide what I want within a month, your bodies will be shattered into pieces. And this is the so-called deal.”

Saying this, Yu Zi Yu looked at the Humans whose faces had drastically changed and added with a smile, “Oh, I forgot to remind you. This is a forced transaction. It’s not open to refusal.”

Having finished speaking, Yu Zi Yu glanced at a figure not far away, shrouded in lightning, swiftly avoiding the rain of green specks.

However, just at that moment, the figure, sensing Yu Zi Yu’s gaze, suddenly halted.

*Haaa…* A sigh escaped his lips as he helplessly watched countless green specks merge into his body without any resistance.

The entire process felt comfortable, extremely so. Even their Spiritual Energy had become denser. Be that as it may, everyone’s eyes flickered with fear, looking at these green glowing specks.

[If the Tree Monster is right, these green specks must be lethal poison.]

However, Yu Zi Yu did not give the Humans a chance to ask any questions, and shot several Willow Leaves towards them with the most vigorous auras present.

“Lightning-Attribute Spirit Stones, Wind-Attribute Spirit Treasures, Darkness-Attribute Spirit Treasures… Everything I want is engraved on these leaves.”

As he said this, leaves inscribed with countless small characters fell into the hands of Iron Fist Tyrant, the Elder of Snake Charmer Lineage, and many other Superhumans.

Even China’s Strongest Knight had a Willow Leaf in his hands.

…

And this was Yu Zi Yu’s plan.

He was planning on collecting the Spirit Treasures and even Spirit Ores using Humans.

As for whether these people would do it or not, Yu Zi Yu did not care. In any case, he was not losing anything. After all, it was just a spur of the moment kind of thing.

[As Ling Er said, if I leave like this, Humans might come to underestimate me. It’s better to do this. Use the Humans to collect resources for myself. In exchange, I will provide them with appropriate rewards. For example, detoxification. As for the poison…]

Yu Zi Yu’s corner of lips curled upwards, feeling a bit proud of himself.

Indeed, he could produce toxins, but these toxins were more of a paralyzing nature. If he intended to poison humans and release the toxins at will, his poisons were incapable of achieving that.

However, it was not a major issue. Yu Zi Yu could easily control these Humans taking advantage of their suspicions.

No one wanted to die. Especially these individuals who had reached the pinnacle; they would never want to die. As such, even if there was only a 0.1% chance, they would not dare to take the risk.

Consequently, most of these individuals would naturally cooperate with the trade.

Yu Zi Yu even believed that high-level figures from China, Alliance of Southeast Asian Nations, and other countries would strenuously cooperate.

After all, losing even a single Second Order, Third Order, or even Fourth Grade Tier-2 Superhuman was tantamount to losing a ‘Human-shaped nuclear weapon.’ Even if they lost just one, these nations would be greatly distressed.

Furthermore, Yu Zi Yu already had a contingency plan if no one willingly traded after a month had passed.

The Rain of Vitality and the Willow Leaves he had given, all carried his powerful aura. In other words, when necessary, he could lock onto these individuals thanks to these auras.

Although it might require some effort on his part, with his strength and using one of his Natal Flying Blade, he could easily traverse space and take their lives. At that time, the effect of killing one to warn a hundred would undoubtedly be immediate.

In other words, when Yu Zi Yu proposed the trade, it was already a play destined to succeed.

However, the Humans clearly did not find this play very enjoyable.

Yu Zi Yu slowly swept his gaze around, and upon noticing everyone’s face pale without exception, Yu Zi Yu was completely satisfied.

However, after a moment, as if he had thought of something, Yu Zi Yu added in a tone carrying temptation, “Oh, by the way, if you provide enough treasures, I might even be willing to grant you some favors in exchange. For instance…”

Saying this, one of Yu Zi Yu’s branches slightly shook, before its tip broke with a snap. Then, much to the astonishment of the Superhumans, a drop of green sap seeped out from the broken end of the branch.

Immediately, this drop of green sap attracted everyone’s attention. It was exuding intense vitality, unimaginably so.

Just as this drop of green sap emerged, a hint of green sprouted in the center of the city.

Upon closer inspection, tiny drops of green sap could be seen falling to the ground, causing buds to sprout everywhere.

“What’s this!?”

Iron Fist Tyrant’s voice trembled slightly in excitement.

“This is Life Essence, a very precious treasure,” Yu Zi Yu gave a rare explanation, deeply looking at the tall and muscular Russian man. Then, he added with a smile, “Just this drop should be enough to heal your old injuries and most of your hidden injuries. By then, you should not be far away from becoming an Apex Superhuman.”

“Uh…” The Iron Fist Tyrant was taken aback, but he did doubt the validity of this statement. Simply because, the overwhelming vitality emanating from the drop had already proven everything.

However, the very next moment, much to the astonishment of Iron Fist Tyrant, this drop of green sap shot towards a Mutant Sea Snake not far away.

This Mutant Sea Snake was on his last breaths, with its body nearly cleaved in two, and its vitality fading. However, this severely injured and dying Mutant Sea Snake, upon coming in contact with this drop of green sap, suddenly shook violently.

Then, much to the horror of numerous Superhumans, the wounds on this Mutant Sea Snake slowly began to heal, and its breath became more steady.

“Is this for real!?”

“This, this…”

Countless Humans cried in disbelief, finding it difficult to accept. However, the very next moment, as if realizing something, each Superhuman looked at Yu Zi Yu’s tree body with a touch of fervor.

No, it was already more than just fervor.

A few, like Iron Fist Tyrant and others, had eyes turning red, with a hint of greed and madness flickering within.

“Do you want it? If you want it, exchange it with enough resources…”

A faint voice echoed in the city before Yu Zi Yu’s massive figure gradually disappeared into the dense fog.

However, at this moment, everyone failed to notice the disappearance of several Superhumans.

Among them was Elder Qing, who was initially sent flying by Yu Zi Yu’s strike.
