Zhang Fei - The Abandoned Son

Chapter 90: Boitata Enrage

The Boitataʼs large mouth spits fire. ”Hiss~ I will definitely kill all of you!”

*Crackles*

”Shit!” Zhang Lingxue and the Hai twins immediately released their qi at the same time.

Seeing that, the four Yin-Yang Pavilion disciples who had just fallen from above also took out several artifacts, and four black and white Qi shields appeared in front of them.

*Cracks*

However, the four shields began to crack, and they became panicked by their situation. But unexpectedly, the next moment, the male disciples took out a small jade from their storage ring and broke it, and they disappeared from the crater directly, leaving the two women.

”Bastard!” Ning Xiang cursed angrily upon seeing them disappear, and then Ning Xiang and Du Yuan also took their jade.

But at the same time, the Boitata swung its big tail at all of them. Zhang Lingxue immediately took out her red sword and swung it towards its tail, and a red qi shaped like a phoenix shot out from her sword.

The Hai twins also took out their weapons. Hai Dongyin used a large blue bow and shot three arrows of blue qi towards Boitataʼs tail.

As for Hai Dongxin, she used two small spears and thrust them towards Boitataʼs tail, and two blue Qis shot towards its tail.

*Bang... Bang... Bang...*

But the female disciples of the Yin-Yang Pavilion were unlucky; before they could break the jade in their hands, their black and white shields shattered, sending them flying backwards far away and their jade slipping from their hands.

Seeing that, the Hai twins jumped in front of them to protect them, and Hai Dongyin asked. ”Are you two okay?”

”Cough... Iʼm fine, seniors.” Ning Xiang replied as she wiped the blood that was dripping from her mouth.

Du Yuan also wiped the blood from her mouth, then replied as she endured the pain in her hand from being burned by the fire of Boitata. ”Seniors, iʼm fine, thank you.”

*Crackles*

Being hit by the attacks from Zhang Lingxue and the Hai twins, the Boitata became more and more enraged, and its flames grew stronger.

”You two quickly get out of this crater; I wonʼt be able to hold this divine beast any longer.” Zhang Lingxue yelled at her two disciples. Even though she has Fire Phoenix Bloodline, her bloodline is meaningless in front of a complete divine beast like Boitata, and its cultivation is far beyond her reach. Plus, she also had to continue to protect her two disciples, and it drained her Qi quickly.

”But, Master-”

”Go!” Zhang Lingxue interrupted Chang Wenjie.

Chang Wenjie gritted her teeth and grabbed the still-frightened Chang Wenhao by the collar, then she carried him away from the crater.

The Hai twins also told Ning Xiang and Du Yuan to come out of the crater, they nodded in agreement and moved towards the surface.

Seeing that, the Boitata increased its firepower again, and it continued swinging its tail at them.

Zhang Lingxue and the Hai twins continued to dodge and attack Boitataʼs tail while they waited for their four juniors to leave the crater.

*Crackles*

”Dodge!” Hai Dongyin called out to her twin sisters as she also jumped far away to dodge Boitataʼs head strike at them.

Hai Dongxin also jumped far away, but she was a little late, and Boitataʼs big tail slammed into her body. She was slammed into the crater wall with a loud bang and spat out a mouthful of blood before she fell to the ground. ”Damn it! My bones feel crushed by its attack.”

”Dongxin!” Hai Dongyun shouted in shock as Boitataʼs huge tail swung towards Hai Dongxin again, then she shot three Qi arrows towards its head.

*Swish*

However, her attacks have no effect on Boitata because her cultivation is far below its and it has a thick skin.

*Bam*

Luckily for Hai Dongxin, before Boitataʼs tail slammed into her, Zhang Lingxue had already flown to her rescue, and they landed beside Hai Dongyin.

Hai Dongxin expressed gratitude to Zhang Lingxue. ”Cough... Thank you, Lingxue.”

”Donʼt mind it.” Zhang Linxue replied, as she panted heavily, then she asked the Hai twins. ”Do you two still want to pick that Fire Yang Flower?”

”We canʼt do it, Lingxue. This damn snake is too big and fast.” Hai Dongyin replied with a shake of her head and looked up towards the outside of the crater. ”Looks like theyʼre out; itʼs time for us to leave this place.”

”True, we better leave this crater now. Otherwise, weʼll run out of qi soon.” Zhang Lingxue nodded in agreement, and the three of them immediately flew out of the crater.

But unexpectedly, the Boitata followed them, even though its body was huge, but it could move really fast.

”Shit!” Zhang Lingxue and the Hai twins cursed, and they flew towards the exit even faster.

While it was chasing Zhang Lingxue and the Hai twins, Zhang Fei suddenly appeared beside the Fire Yang Flower along with Shen Yu, and he smiled with satisfaction at the sight of the Boitata, who continued to creep up after the three women.

”You really are cunning, Zhang Fei.” Shen Yu said with a chuckle; she really didnʼt expect that he had such an extraordinary movement technique, and he could even carry her into the crater instantly.

”Hey, since Iʼm much weaker than them, I have to use my brain to outwit them.” Zhang Fei replied as he crouched down; he then plucked the Fire Yang Flower and stored it in his inventory because Mei told him that the effect of the flower would not decrease if he kept it in his inventory, and then he asked Shen Yu. ”So whatʼs your decision? Are you willing to be my woman?”

”Iʼm sorry, but Iʼm not ready to be anyoneʼs partner right now.” Shen Yu replied with a shake of her head, and Zhang Fei looked disappointed to hear her answer, so she said it again. ”Sorry that I have to disappoint you, but if we are indeed destined to be a couple, then we will definitely become a couple in the future.”

Zhang Fei inwardly sighed heavily. Although he could force her to be his woman, he really didnʼt want to do that to Shen Yu. ”En, I understand, and I will definitely see you again in the future.”

”En, you can visit me whenever you want in the Southern Region; I live in Southern River City, close to the Yin-Yang Pavilion.” Shen Yu said with a sweet smile, relieved that Zhang Fei did not try to force her to be his woman, even though he could.

Zhang Fei and Shen Yu looked up as they heard an extremely loud explosion from the surface, and he said with a grin. ”Iʼve already obtained the Fire Yang Flower, but thereʼs still one more thing I have to do.”

”What do you want to do, Zhang Fei?” Shenyu asked curiously.

Zhang Fei only replied with a chuckle, then he grabbed Shen Yuʼs hand and carried her out of the crater with his teleportation.

After they disappeared, a man appeared from a gap; he was lucky enough to survive Boitataʼs previous attack because he found a gap in the crater wall before its tail almost slammed into him.

The man was none other than Gu Zhan, and he said it while gritting his teeth in anger. ”Damn it! The Fire Yang Flower fell into that damn bratʼs hands.”
