Supreme Husband System! & Supreme Wife System!

Chapter 791: Who will succeed in the end?

When the small party came to an end, Idan, promising Arabel that he would return soon, went back to Limbo, but not to the Lava Lake, but to the Temple, where Sierra and the others were already waiting for him.

”So, what did you want to discuss with us?” asked Sierra.

Idan carefully examined the people present, as he had requested. Sierra gathered only those whom he mentioned in his request. Lucinda, Geminia, Milica, and Eulalia were in the room.

”And most importantly, why did you ask not to tell Arabel about this?” Sierra continued.

”Because itʼs going to be about her,” — Idan replied.

”You know that Belle got into trouble, so we had to hurry up and reschedule our wedding, right?”

”Yes, we are aware,” everyone nodded.

”And you probably noticed the strangeness in Belleʼs appearance on the wedding day?”

Indeed, everyone paid attention to this feature, and everyone had questions about it. However, after the ceremony, when Arabel returned to her usual appearance, everyone forgot about it.

”The fact is that on the day Belle was ambushed by creatures from the Elemental Worlds, someone was behind the whole attack, and that someone specifically targeted Belle.”

It was difficult for Idan to explain Darkia to everyone, let alone the Systems, but he tried his best.

”Are you saying that there is a force that, as you put it, infects people like you and subdues them?” asked Milica after Idan finished his story.

”Yes, thatʼs right, and the power of this, how should I say, entity acts only on us, the Awakened Ones,” Idan confirmed.

”You, the inhabitants of another world, and ordinary mortals are not affected by this force. It also doesnʼt work on mortals who have started cultivating the ”Path of the Beast Tamer,” Idan added.

”The fact is that all Awakened Ones have something in common that makes us special. And that is precisely the main purpose of the entity who subjugates the Awakened.”

Everyone listened attentively, without interrupting Idan, and tried to understand what he was leading to.

”During the ambush, this entity tried to infect Belle and subdue her. But, fortunately, it didnʼt succeed, because Belle and I have a special power that turned out to be too strong for it.”

Idan paused to finally get to the heart of the issue he wanted to raise by telling everyone.

”However, in the process of it attempts to subdue Belle, this being gained access to her memories,” Idan confessed.

Hearing this, everyone frowned, and then looked at Idan in shock.

”Youʼre not saying that...”

”Yes, this being possesses all of Belleʼs memories, including knowledge about Limbo, Forbidden Zones, Temples, and how to conquer them,” Idan confirmed, confirming their fears.

”I mean, we used to control this information, and only a few people knew how to conquer the Forbidden Zones and Temples. But now this information has been leaked.”

”We donʼt know exactly how many subordinates this being has, but we do know that they are all awakened, capable of entering Junonia, and therefore Limbo,” — Idan added.

”Not only that, if it can get into Junonia, we can assume that the information about Limbo has already reached Junonia. We should expect a lot of new outsiders in Limbo who will be knowledgeable about how to conquer Forbidden Zones,” Sierra concluded, and everyone nodded gravely.

”Thatʼs why I wanted to share this news and ask you to use your Doppelgangers to keep an eye on all of Limboʼs third cities in search of new outsiders,” Idan said.

”Of course, this is only if we want to conquer the remaining two Temples and all the Forbidden Zones ourselves,” Idan added.

”Of course, we have to get them for ourselves. Why should we give them away?” Sierra said, and everyone except Geminia nodded in agreement.

Geminia didnʼt really care who took over the remaining two Temples, but she would have been pleased if people she already knew had done it.

”Now I understand why you didnʼt want Milena and Hailey to be here. Theyʼre Awakened too. Why are you hiding this from Belle?” asked Milica.

”The fact is that even though this being failed to subdue Belle, she herself has suspicions that it is still watching her. There are even fears that it may be watching her actions and be aware of everything she does,” Idan shared the suspicions expressed by Arabel herself.

”Therefore, for security reasons, we will not tell Belle anything yet so that this being does not find out about our actions,” Idan concluded.

”If thatʼs the case, then itʼs best not to discuss it in front of little sister for now,” — Sierra agreed.

The meeting smoothly moved on to discussing plans to conquer the remaining two Temples.

”I agree, considering that Lina, like Nemo, has become the so—called champion of the little sister, she is an excellent candidate for conquering the second Temple. She has every chance of success. There remains only the question of the third Temple,” Sierra looked at Milica and Lucinda.

They looked back at her.

”Why donʼt we compete and see who can make the impossible possible?” asked Sierra.

Milica and Lucindaʼs eyes lit up in anticipation of the competition.

Previously, all three were convinced that they could not conquer the Forbidden Zones. But now, after they started practicing the ”Path of the Beast Tamer”, their Soul Force has increased significantly, opening up new horizons for cultivation. Two of them had already acquired Spirit Forms, and the third was on the way to it. This gave each of them confidence that they were now capable of more.

The High Elf, listening to the negotiations in silence, also felt the spirit of rivalry. She wanted to test herself and see if she could achieve anything after her bloodline had strengthened, and she also began to cultivate the ”Path of the Beast Tamer”.

Geminia, who was silently watching everyone, noticed the fire in Eulaliaʼs eyes and smiled.

”I wonder who will succeed in the end?” she thought.

During this meeting, Idan also discussed with those present the issue of maintaining the Kingdomʼs barrier after the Third Disaster.

He revealed his plans to Lucinda, explaining why he and Arabel wanted her to regain her Spirit Form before the Third Disaster and become the Guardian of the Light.

”I had some suspicions about this, but now that youʼve openly admitted it, I see no reason to object. I am ready to become a Guardian of the Light,” Lucinda expressed her opinion.

”What about the two remaining Guardians?” asked Milica.

”We have not resolved this issue yet, especially since there are no suitable candidates for these roles. After all, only beings with Spirit Forms can be Guardians,” Idan replied and asked curiously: ”If the Kingdom had a lightning source, Master, would you agree to become a Lightning Guardian?”

”Me? Of course Iʼm ready. Iʼm a little disappointed myself that you donʼt have a lightning source,” Milica replied without hesitation.

”Well, I donʼt rule out the possibility that the Kingdom may have something similar in the future,” Idan added.
