Supreme Husband System! & Supreme Wife System!

Chapter 761: Morning conversation in bed

”Of course, the kitchen!”— Arabelʼs opinion completely coincided with Idanʼs choice. ”Letʼs chip in at 10 BLP and buy a kitchen,” she suggested, checking that she had accumulated 22 BLP, which is one more than Idan. She got that difference by completing one more daily task than Idan.

”Okay, then letʼs choose the kitchen,” Idan said, seeing Arabelʼs impatience and finding her so cute. Unable to resist, he kissed her gently.

”System, take 10 BLP from each of us and buy a kitchen,” he addressed System.

[Good], the System replied.

Less than ten seconds later, it reported:

[Done].

After that, Idan and Arabel saw an interior door appear on an empty wall with little effect. Now their bedroom was no longer a locked cozy corner.

”Where are you going?” asked Idan, bringing Arabel, who had noticed the door and was about to get up, back into his arms.

”I want to see the kitchen,” she replied, blushing when Idan started caressing her again.

”Weʼve already bought it, and itʼs not going anywhere,” Idan said. ”Tell me how your day went.”

Still blushing, Arabel, enjoying his skillful hands, began to share with him everything that had happened during the day. She talked about her plan to check the remaining restaurants in search of Awakened Ones who can cook, and stopped at the meeting with Darkia and her suggestion.

”What do you think of that?” asked Arabel, looking up. ”I didnʼt give her my answer, saying that I would discuss it with you before making a decision.”

”System, what do you think about this?” — instead of answering, Idan turned to the System. After all, it was the presence of the System that made them a target for the Dark System, and the power of their own System was currently holding back the Dark System, preventing it from seizing control over them.

[Hosts, you can safely let the ”zero” Host of the Dark System into the Kingdom.]

[Unlike other Hosts influenced by the Dark System, the ”zero” Host is the most harmless of all. He or she does not have his or her own System, and until the Dark System takes over him or her, he or she remains an ordinary mortal without any supernatural abilities.]

[Even if the Dark System takes over the ”zero” Host, its forces will be suppressed due to the latterʼs low level of cultivation].

Thatʼs how confidently System responded.

”Hmm...” thought Idan.

”Did you hear that?” he asked Arabel.

”Yeah,” she nodded. ”So we accept Darkiaʼs offer?”

”What do you think?”

”To be honest, Iʼm still afraid of her, and it seems to me that there is some kind of plan behind her every action,” Arabel shared her impressions.

”But will she accept our refusal?” asked Idan doubtfully. ”Moreover, we should not forget that she claims that she can enter here at any time, whenever she wants. And if sheʼs not lying, then whether we let this ”zero” Host of hers in or not doesnʼt really matter.”

”We can say that this Host will always be in our sight, and we will know what he or she will be doing,” concluded Idan.

”Despite all my concerns, I think itʼs better to keep this host close to us and carefully monitor him or her.”

”But if youʼre against it, Iʼll understand and I wonʼt insist,” Idan added, leaving the decision to Arabel and making his position clear.

”Okay, Iʼll think about it,” Arabel nodded and, after a short pause, continued to share information about the events of the past day.

After listening to her concerns that Darky might be watching her in some way, even now, Idan frowned for a moment. Then, sensing her anxiety, he gently kissed Arabel on the forehead, trying to calm her down a little.

”Donʼt worry, honey,” Idan said, hugging her tightly and warming her with his warmth. ”If thatʼs the case, weʼll figure something out,” he assured her.

And it really helped — Arabelʼs anxiety began to recede, replaced by a slight excitement.

Last night had been stormy and passionate, and in the process, Idan had learned that Arabel had reviewed the dual cultivation manual. He also felt his incredible influence, so Arabel didnʼt dwell on it.

Idan, in turn, decided that he should take the time to read this guide.

In the end, she told him about her actions towards Christopher, that she had learned about his power and the capabilities of her wedding ring, which, according to her, she really likes.

Thanking him for the ring, Arabel showered him with kisses, which Idan gladly accepted. He could barely restrain himself from moving on to the next round, but he still managed to find the strength to retreat.

”Iʼm very glad to hear that you liked it,” said Idan, who was pleasantly surprised by the result himself. He looked at his ring, which he had not yet tested in action, but judging from the descriptions he had read earlier, it was different from Arabelʼs ring.

”As for Christopher, do as you see fit,” Idan said, keeping his promise to let Arabel handle the matter on her own.

Then Idan himself began to share how his day went. He told about his intention to learn how to make sweets, about the second contract of their Master, which surprised Arabel very much and made her want to see the phoenix with her own eyes. After that, he smoothly moved on to his travels with Milica in the Lava Lake.

Arabelʼs face became serious when Idan told her about Milicaʼs warning about their Spirit Form. And then she burst out laughing when she heard about his interaction with the baby dragon. She was very happy to learn about his successful signing of a contract with this unusual creature and could not wait to see this fidget and cuddle him.

”Speaking of which, I should return to Limbo. Because of your actions, I left Master and Elira to mine the crystals, and I left and spent the whole night enjoying your company,” Idan said, feeling a little guilty towards Milica and Elira.

”Iʼm sorry for doing that without warning,” Arabel apologized, blushing as she realized what she had done. ”I will also apologize to Master and Elira later.”

”Belle, I know you have a lot of things to do in the next few days, but I want you to contact Iona and through her, Irina,” Idan suddenly said, attracting Arabelʼs attention.

”With Irina? Why?” — Arabel wondered, remembering that Irina was a Diamond—ranked Creature of Light from the Awakened Association.

”I want you to meet with her and find out her personal position on what happened and the position of her faction regarding us,” Idan continued.

”And if she and her faction are still willing to cooperate, I want you to arrange for them to mine the crystals of Light. Lots of crystals of Light,” he added.

By this point, Arabel had already guessed what Idan was leading up to, and couldnʼt help but ask to clarify.

”Is this for Lucinda?” she asked.

”Yes, Belle,” Idan nodded and kissed her again, this time on the lips.

”Youʼre so smart,” he whispered lovingly.

Arabel couldnʼt help but smile.

”So I want to help Lucinda regain her Spirit Form before the start of the Third Disaster and become the second Guardian of our Kingdom.”
