Supreme Husband System! & Supreme Wife System!

Chapter 437: Three more loyal subordinates

This conversation on the way to the airport didn’t change Idan’s attitude towards their System much. Idan had already suspected something similar. Since their System was called ”Supreme,” it had to be special. After all, the ”Supreme” Systems, unlike others, had a connection with each other and even shared their abilities in the form of System functions.

”By the way, nowhere in the System window is it indicated that Hailey has become our follower,” Idan noted, and immediately remembered the other three Hosts of the Systems.

The three girls whom Idan had saved during the defense of Rumbus City from the wave of Beasts were also supposed to become their followers, because their Systems had sworn the same oath of loyalty.

”I’ve been looking too, but I haven’t found it,” Arabel nodded in agreement.

”Belle, listen, — Idan called and, closing the window, looked at Arabel. ”We have three more loyal subordinates.”

”What?” asked Hailey and Arabel in unison.

”Well, anyway...” Idan told me what happened after the defense of the city. About the task of the System and the reward, which included the ”Oath of loyalty” of the three Systems.

”One rare and two ordinary?” — Arabel was surprised and looked at Hailey, who was not in the mood.

”Yes,” Idan replied. ”I was in a hurry and didn’t delve into it, and then everything turned around so much that I forgot about them altogether. Until we met Hailey and you said that she had become one of our followers.”

”Are they subordinates, not followers?” Hailey suddenly asked.

”Well, the Hosts themselves were unconscious and struck by a strange energy. If I hadn’t helped them, they would have died,” Idan replied to her. ”Most likely, it was their Systems that unilaterally asked the nearest Systems for help, and our System, in exchange for an oath of loyalty, accepted this request.”

”Based on this, the Hosts of these three Systems, unlike Hailey, did not voluntarily become debtors and dependent on our System. This makes them just subordinates, not followers.” Arabel quickly caught Idan’s thought.

Hearing this response, Hailey felt joy again.

”Unlike those three, I’m the first follower,” she told herself proudly.

Idan and Arabel, noticing how quickly Hailey’s mood had changed, looked at each other and smiled. They understood what Hailey was thinking and couldn’t help but find her behavior funny.

”So, System, how are our relationships with these followers and subordinates built?” asked Idan, addressing the System through a mental link, and deliberately made it so that Arabel could also hear his question.

[Hosts, at this moment, at this stage of your world’s development, a full-fledged system of subordinates and followers is not functioning.]

[Because of this, the Status Window lacks the necessary section for viewing information and monitoring subordinates and followers.]

[However, despite this, the ”oaths of loyalty” continue to operate in full force.]

[Hosts can transfer tasks to subordinates and followers through another Host’s System, which will treat them as tasks and assign appropriate rewards for successful completion.]

[Rewards awarded to subordinates and followers must belong to the Host.]

[If successful, the reward will be automatically taken by the System and given through the other Host’s System to the subordinate and follower.]

”So, the system of Hailey and the other three is connected to our System, and we can give them tasks through our System and theirs?” Idan mused, rubbing his chin thoughtfully.

”And you called Hailey and gave her tasks through the System?” he asked Arabel.

Arabel nodded, confirming his words.

”Before jumping off the plane that day, I quickly asked the System how subordinates and followers work. That’s when I found out that I could call Hailey through the System,” Arabel explained.

”What’s the reward? What did you charge her for helping us?” asked Idan.

”System points,” Arabel replied bluntly. ”System advised me to assign her a certain number of System Points for each order, and then, after accumulating a certain number of System Points, give her a choice from the list of products in the Trade function. For example, a bloodline change potion.”

After hearing Arabel’s explanation, Idan nodded inwardly, agreeing with the System’s suggestion of rewards.

The couple decided not to share their thoughts with Hailey yet, keeping information about the functions a secret.

”Hailey,” Idan called, then asked cautiously: ”You know who we really are, right?”

”Of course I do,” Hailey replied readily. ”Thanks to the System, I not only know your names, but also what Systems you have.”

Idan still couldn’t fully comprehend how much she had changed, especially in her attitude towards them.

”The Miss’s name is Arabel Morgan, she is a descendant of the Morgan family and the older sister of Hero number ten Arslan Morgan, the leader of the Defenders Guild.”

”And the Master’s name is Idan Fein, he’s the younger brother of Hero number seven Irene Fein, the leader of the Queens Guild.”

Idan nodded in the affirmative, as did Arabel, who, having made herself comfortable, snuggled against his shoulder.

”That’s great, — Idan said. ”Hailey, please introduce yourself. Belle and I don’t know anything about you except your name, the system, and the fact that you belong to the Red Fox Guild.”

”Ahaha, I thought you already knew everything about me,” Hailey laughed a little awkwardly.

”Of course not,” Idan replied to her.

”Ahem, — Hailey cleared her throat. ”My name is Hailey Bell, I come from a not-so-famous family. I am one of the first hundred awakened ones. I’m 19 years old. My favorite color is red. I really like chocolate brownies. My three sizes...”

”Enough, enough, that’s enough,” Idan interrupted her.

Hailey drove the SUV at a moderate speed, trying not to violate the rules of the road. By this point, they had already covered more than half of the way.

”By the way, Hailey, please don’t call us Master and Miss when we’re in front of other people,” Idan warned.

”Then how should I address you?” asked Hailey, glancing in the rearview mirror at Idan and Arabel. Seeing Arabel nestling comfortably on Idan’s shoulder, Hailey felt a little envious, but she quickly pushed those thoughts away.

Now that she knew who Idan and Arabel were, her behavior changed. She no longer tried to get Idan’s attention, realizing that he was already busy.

”Hmm. While I’m in this form, call me Ignis,” Idan suggested, then looked at Arabel. She raised her head, thought for a moment, and looked into Hailey’s eyes through the mirror.:

”You can call me Elsa while I’m in this form,” Arabel said.

”Okay,” Hailey nodded, accepting their decision.

”Hailey, do you know where Arslan is now?” asked Idan.

”I heard that Arslan returned to the capital a few days ago,” Hailey replied.

”As far as we know, more than ten days ago, some major event took place in the capital. However, we don’t know what exactly. Information is being received intermittently. We wanted to return to the capital, but we were asked to temporarily stay closer to the border and patrol the nearest cities.”

Upon hearing the confirmation that Arslan had returned to the capital, Arabel breathed a sigh of relief. She looked at Idan, and he looked at her.

”Isn’t that an important event related to us?” Arabel asked, drawing Hailey’s attention.

”That’s probably true, given that the dates match,” Idan nodded.

”I’m a little curious, what happened after the Queen pulled me into the portal and you followed me?” he said.

”I’m wondering that too. I hope Irene and the others aren’t too worried about our disappearance,” Arabel replied.

”I’m a little worried about them too, so we need to get back to the capital as soon as possible,” Idan said, also nodding.

Hailey, having heard their conversation, almost rolled her eyes. She was not stupid and immediately realized that this couple was directly related to the event that took place in the capital.
