Chapter 971: Chapter 979: Entering the Mountain

”You tell those mother and daughter, if they ever do such disgusting things again, I will personally make a call to my dad or directly to my grandparents,” said Jane Sampson as she waved her hand. ”Take the lunchbox back; let Julie Sampton eat more of the vegetables she likes.”

After speaking, Jane Sampson left the dressing room with a cold expression and called Coco Edwards to leave the film set right away.

They finished shooting early today, and James Chip intentionally let everyone head back to the hotel early to rest, saying that the next morning, they needed to shoot some outdoor scenes on a mountain near the film and TV town. James Chip checked the weather forecast, which indicated that if they didn’t rush to shoot the outdoor scenes within these few days, the weather would turn gloomy.

”By the way, little Jane, the Twitter post from earlier saying you were being isolated has been deleted. The blogger even stepped forward to announce that the information received was incorrect and apologized for the inconvenience caused to you,” said Coco Edwards. ”Sister Bell mentioned that Noah Edwards spent several million to make the blogger delete the tweet and even post this apology.”

”Hmm,” Jane Sampson said, her mood not too great, so she didn’t dwell much on the matter that had happened several days ago.

That day, after her tweet was sent out, Amber Edwards was severely criticized. Initially, when Jane Sampson was said to be unfriendly and even after Amber apologized, Jane did not forgive her and said she was strange; many netizens then finally understood why Jane didn’t forgive her.

Because she never genuinely sought forgiveness, after joining the film crew, she continued to trouble Jane Sampson.

However, meanwhile, it also became widely known on the internet that Amber Edwards, the investor, had used money to snatch the role of the third female lead that was originally confirmed.

Many netizens were saying that Amber Edwards truly was the most shameless person they’ve ever seen in history.

After bullying Jane Sampson and apologizing, she shamelessly forced her way into the film crew and snatched the role of the third female, constantly causing trouble for Jane Sampson on the set.

In this situation, the activity of Jane Sampson’s fans was extremely high.

Yet there was one thing that Jane Sampson did not expect.

In that tweet about her being isolated, besides Jane Sampson and Coco Edwards, there was also Mona Calm.

Since Mona Calm’s relationship with Jane Sampson could be seen as quite good in the photos, Jane Sampson’s fans also began supporting Mona Calm, thinking this small actor was quite nice. When everyone else was distancing themselves from Jane Sampson, only she wasn’t afraid of Amber Edwards and continued to hang out with Jane.

Amber Edwards said that her Twitter account gained followers very quickly these past few days.

She even joked with Jane Sampson about how this time she thrived on Jane’s misfortune to gain Jane’s luck.

Back at the hotel, after taking a shower, Jane Sampson climbed into bed, and from under the quilt, she sent James Black a message on WhatsApp, but he did not immediately reply. As she waited, she fell asleep without even realizing it.

She was awoken around four o’clock the next morning by Coco Edwards banging on her door.

Since there was no place for makeup in the mountain village, today the makeup artists came directly to the actors’ rooms to do makeup for the leading actors.

Because Jane Sampson’s makeup was the most intricate, she was the first to wake up, but the last to go downstairs. By the time she went downstairs, James Chip and others were already waiting there.

It took about an hour by car from the film and TV town to the mountain spied out by the film crew, so the crew had booked several coaches for transportation.
