Chapter 1152: Chapter 1151: One More Ally

Little Fatty’s condition is to agree on forming an alliance.

Luo Yirui saw how cautious Little Fatty was and couldn’t help but smile internally; at the same time, he found him a bit more reliable, at least not foolish or naive.

”At least tell me your thoughts. Just meeting once and forming an alliance seems a bit too childish,” Luo Yirui said.

Little Fatty clearly heard the interest in Luo Yirui’s words and immediately nodded, saying, ”Of course, I think firstly, we’re all kids, and those adults don’t take us seriously. Their surveillance on us is definitely not as tight as it is on adults, so we have relatively more freedom of movement.”

Luo Yirui nodded in his heart, thinking the same thing.

”Secondly, since we are kids, we have this innate advantage. We can leverage this in many situations. Whether it’s some oversight or subjective actions, we can use this as a cover, making us more flexible in our actions than the adults.”

Luo Yirui nodded in agreement; indeed, for instance, some spying could be done during a game of hide and seek in the castle. Even if caught, they have an excuse, whether believed or not, at least they wouldn’t be too harshly treated at the time.

”The most important point is the objectives of Hou Baiyu and Fu Xuan Ge. If they achieve their goals, it would be a blow to the Nie Family. Then they wouldn’t be able to occupy the present world with the quickest speed and least cost. You know that’s their slogan,” Little Fatty said.

Luo Yirui raised an eyebrow. He mentioned the objectives of the Hou Family and Fu Family’s two youngsters more than once, indicating that this could be crucial to the entire situation!

”Are you here to help them form factions?” Luo Yirui asked.

Little Fatty supported his chin with his chubby hand, drawing circles on the carpet with the other, ”If they were willing to ally with me, that’d be great. I just want to ride the wave. I’ve told you everything. Do you agree or not, give me a straightforward answer.”

Luo Yirui indeed didn’t doubt him, Hou Baiyu and Fu Xuan Ge clearly didn’t plan on forming alliances with others, and even if they did, Little Fatty likely wouldn’t be considered.

”Alright, but I’ll be the one to make the decisions,” Luo Yirui said.

Little Fatty immediately sat up straight, ”No way, you’re a few years younger than me. How can I listen to you? Besides, you’ve eaten less rice than I have for several years; you definitely won’t be as thorough in considering things as I am!”

Luo Yirui waved his hand, ”Then forget it, you go play by yourself.”

Little Fatty, hearing this, got anxious, ”You have to be reasonable~ Alright, alright, I’ll listen to you, but for the things that are obviously unreasonable, I have the right to refute and refuse!”

”Deal!”

Hearing those words, Little Fatty immediately beamed with joy. Though not entirely satisfactory, at least he found a reliable ally. This was someone even Hou Baiyu had spoken to actively, so there must be something different about him.

”I forgot to tell you, there’s another ally, it’s Jing Yuansi,” Little Fatty grinned.

Luo Yirui nodded; having Jing Yuansi wasn’t surprising, Little Fatty couldn’t possibly leave her out.

Jing Yuansi’s situation was slightly better, but her position in the Pengge Sect was still somewhat awkward, partly because the Pengge Sect favored males over females. They advocated for men to handle affairs, which meant that even if a woman’s ability was strong and talent high, she could not climb to the highest position.

Moreover, Jing Yuansi originally didn’t focus on being a Mystic Doctor; this girl preferred painting, which frustrated Gong Yunfei’s siblings.

”Gong Chengyan’s siblings are quite formidable too. They have real power yet refuse to take charge. Even amid the chaos in the Peng Pavilion, they’re still able to hold a place. Even my dad expresses his admiration,” Little Fatty said.
