She Lives without Regret in This Life

Chapter 57: Chapter 057: That’s right

“Of course, our rescue comrades are also very strong, but they lack specificity, coordination, unity, and tacit understanding. It is precisely these often overlooked details that lead to the gap in capabilities. My application seeks to conduct targeted special training to enhance the tacit understanding among rescue team members.”

“So you want to form a reinforced company in your regiment, and then conduct this special training?”

“That’s right, leader,” Xu Qigang nodded.

“I have seen your training content, it is very brutal,” Shen Feihu said. When he mentioned brutality, his expression not only lacked reproach but his eyes lit up with interest.

“This training content is indeed brutal, but the effects are also very noticeable,” Xu Qigang’s eyes blinked lightly, as if he was recalling the battlefield filled with bullets and the comrades who could never return.

“How noticeable?” Shen Feihu asked.

“Many of the things written are what I usually do in my daily training. If the physical fitness is adequate, I can train a new ‘King of Rescue.ʼ”

“Good!” Shen Feihu slapped his thigh, “Just do it this way. Go back and start preparing! The approval document will be in your regiment within a month at the latest.” With one Xu Qigang, the entire region was already breathing arrogantly. If there were more of them, wouldn’t it infuriate those old friends to death!

Xu Qigang showed a faint smile, almost invisible. He carefully explained the detailed training plan and his summarized experience to Shen Feihu.

After finishing the formal discussion, Shen Feihu, as usual, pulled him and did not let him leave.

“Let’s have a drink at noon.”

Xu Qigang was about to refuse, but the secretary Xiao Tao hurriedly interjected, “President, no drinking at noon.”

Shen Feihu’s face darkened, scaring Xiao Tao into shrinking back a bit but still bravely said, “You really can’t drink. Last time, after drinking, you almost hit the leaders in a meeting at the Provincial Rescue Center.”

Shen Feihu awkwardly adjusted his hat, “Uh… there’s another thing.”

“Please say, President,” Xu Qigang sincerely respected his old leader.

“The clerks below are too weak, so the city is preparing to arrange a concentrated training session. They plan to send a batch to your regiment.”

“Which departments?”

“Communications, logistics, hospital, and arts. The total number is too many, other regiments are already assigned, and now only your regiment hasn’t got them,” Shen Feihu was reluctant to send his most elite team to train a bunch of girls, but faced with the large number of people, he couldn’t be too blatant in showing favoritism.

Xu Qigang’s deep eyes flickered momentarily upon hearing the word ‘arts.’

“I have no problem with it.”

“What? You actually agreed?” Shen Feihu didn’t expect him to agree so readily, “I’m telling you, don’t train them until they faint.”

Xu Qigang’s handsome face showed a hint of helplessness. He chose to remain silent in response to the leader’s suspicions.

“Old Shen, talking to Xu Qigang about this matter is useless. He is the Captain. Training female comrades doesn’t require him to personally lead. Let Zhou Hong arrange it,” Liang Ximing suggested.

“Makes sense.” Shen Feihu slapped his thigh again, “Zhou Hong, I’ll leave this matter to you.”

Zhou Hong muttered to himself, finally remembering my existence? “Alright, leader, rest assured, I will handle it well.”

Another group of female comrades, the boys in the team would be overjoyed. To fight for the instructor’s position, they might even break their heads.
