I Can Gain One Skill Point Per Second

Chapter 734: Mythic Gear Select Debut!

The icon of a gold-edged equipment box lies in Lin Yi’s equipment grid, the excitement in his heart is simply uncontrollable.

With a nervous yet excited mood, Lin Yi clicked to use the random mythical equipment.

[Mythical Equipment Random Usage Successful]

[Obtained Myriad Phenomena Retribution Chest Armor＊1]

....

Lin Yi’s initial excitement was instantly dampened.

All three sets of mythical equipment boast quite against-the-odds attributes.

However, the Myriad Phenomena Retribution set clearly doesn’t match Lin Yi well.

To ordinary professionals, Lin Yi’s health bar is quite exaggerated, even in front of tanks with excellent attributes, calling him a ’health beast’ would be accurate.

Such an exaggerated life value fits this set of equipment nicely, but this set of equipment cannot fully amplify Lin Yi’s most proud attributes.

Yet, it’s still usable.

If he manages to gather a full set, it would be superior to the current All Heavens Destruction Set by almost a grade.

Lin Yi didn’t plan to check the attributes immediately.

Currently, a hundred professionals are still in the dungeon, exiting the dungeon is the most important task right now.

Returning his consciousness, Lin Yi met nearly a hundred reverent gazes.

Since the Blue Star Will has grown, the strength of Blue Star professionals has surged, even with the resource supply from Insect Hive Star, they still couldn’t keep up with the rapid rise in the strength of Blue Star professionals.

There’s much talk in Blue Star about the advantages of teaming up with Lin Yi.

But these moderately skilled professionals can’t truly grasp just how good it is.

Today, they finally deeply experienced it.

[Dungeon rewards have been fully distributed, professionals who completed the dungeon will receive varying levels of Descent Invitation based on their performance, and will be transported out of the dungeon in one minute]

Just as Blue Star professionals from various countries were planning to collectively thank Lin Yi for his assistance and the materials he brought them, Lin Yi and his three teammates had already left the dungeon first.

Giving no chance for the professionals from various countries to express thanks.

”It’s really enjoyable to complete a dungeon with my dear junior, I, Nangong Ling, truly didn’t expect that one day, my name could make it onto the leaderboard, hehe junior, you’re really awesome.”

Sun Dachuan and Feng Sanyou just smiled and didn’t say much.

The benefits of teaming up with Lin Yi weren’t new to them, nothing surprising.

Yet, using [Dimension Certificate] to leave and head to another dungeon, does Lin Yi’s strength really need to be in such a rush?

Chubby Feng Sanyou expressed his concerns.

Lin Yi sighed.

”Can’t help it, I have a plan, a plan for strengthening and improving strength, you all know it, I’ve set up a luck event, this event from registration to deadline has only one month, after which I have to strengthen the equipment for the Blue Star professionals, I must settle my matters before this.”

Speaking of equipment upgrades, Lin Yi still has considerable room for improvement, apart from upgrading quality and strengthening, there’s also the enchanting process.

After clearing this dungeon, Lin Yi has many equipment slot holes that are enough to embed Enchanted Treasure Pearls onto each piece.

However, if Lin Yi is to do it, he must achieve perfection.

Whether it’s the quantity of Enchanted Treasure Pearls or their level, Lin Yi must aim for full load!

Clearing up to the 100th layer of Descent Abyss must be done, and it cannot be delayed.

Dungeons beyond the 50th layer cannot skip levels, which means Lin Yi has to at least clear fifty-one Descent Abyss dungeons.

Clearing two each day is indeed indispensable.

Most importantly, Lin Yi dislikes noisy environments.

With so many people receiving rewards from [Tales in the Mist] that aren’t provided by the dungeon, how they’d thank Lin Yi, that scene is truly unimaginable.

”Alright, Yi, you really burden yourself with pressure, perhaps later, you could also craft for the brothers, for players like me with operational roles, the huge attributes gained from equipment enhancement are really vital.”

Chubby Feng Sanyou laughed slyly, jokingly said.

Indeed, chubby was truly joking.

He knows that being a fixed teammate with Lin Yi doesn’t mean he dare hope Lin Yi would do things for him.

Being willing to lead him through dungeons is already the best reward Lin Yi could give.

Take this time, for example, not only did he mix in and get a self-chosen treasure pearl, but also got equipment slot holes, directly engraving pearls suitable for him, what else could he dare to hope for.

What surprised him the most was that a bold joke turned into a lifetime of heartfelt gratitude.

”Alright, no problem, we’re all brothers.”

”Just that my current equipment crafting technique is not mature yet; you haven’t obtained a suitable equipment set, enhancing now would likely be wasteful.”

”Why don’t we all clear the dungeon, go through the Purifying Soul dungeon, with luck, gathering a six-piece set of mythical equipment isn’t impossible, thereafter, my enhancement technique will be stable, even if you three are unlucky, a 2+4 set is still quite decent.”

Mythical equipment.... Is it something people at our level can reach?

Without exaggeration, a single suitable mythical equipment, even if the Nangong Family spent all its wealth, it would struggle to buy one, how could Nangong Ling and the three dare to envision acquiring a complete set one day.

With Lin Yi’s cough, their shocked pupils regained hope.

”Don’t be surprised, there’s nothing impossible in this world, clearing all dungeons together, you really have quite a chance of gathering a 2+4 mythical set.”

”As for surplus equipment, I’ll think of ways to help you absorb it.”

Previously, Xia was very strict with equipment trading; platinum-level and above equipment wasn’t allowed to be traded.

Even if this level of equipment is considered rubbish by high-level professionals, the same rules applied.

As for more advanced ones, no one even thought about the notion of trading epic or mythical equipment.

Everything has pros and cons; restricting equipment can strictly control its value, better protect the personal safety of Xia’s people, but it has its downsides too.

Most professionals don’t have complete sets of equipment.

In dungeon clearing and acquiring equipment, most people get random gear, getting an epic item is rare, if you produce a self-chosen one in one out of ten pieces, it’s already good; gathering a complete set is simply impossible.

Under restrictions against trading platinum-level and above gear, even if many professionals acquire much rare equipment through dungeons, they can only watch resources go to waste if they can’t use the equipment themselves.

Lin Yi in the past was merely the top of the Xia exam, though powerful with boundless future potential, still had no say in equipment management.

But now it’s different!

Now Lin Yi is the representative of Xia, no wait! The representation of the entire Blue Star.
