I reported you for selling fake medicine. If I stop selling it, why are you crying?

Chapter 49: Another payoutChapter 49: Another payout
Cheng Ming returned to his residence.

He lit the fire, boiled the pot, and prepared a batch of medicinal materials needed for the recent production. After processing everything, he went to the bathroom to wash his hands.

Then I took out a bottle of perfume and sprayed it on my hands, giving it a full sense of ritual, and then I smoked ten times in a row.

Good, good, I hit gold on my first draw, it’s worth it that I washed my hands for so long.

Unfortunately, I don’t participate in cycling competitions, so it’s of no use.

Seeing this, Cheng Ming nodded. It seems that spraying perfume on hands is really effective.

Wash your hands next time too.

Another withdrawal.

It was Cheng Ming’s favorite medicine formula.

This time it’s a white-suppressive leukemia drug.

Cheng Ming was not very excited because it seemed that there were drugs that could suppress leukemia, right?
But it doesn’t seem cheap.

I wonder how much the leukemia-inhibiting drugs produced by this system cost? If the cost is too high, then it would be useless.

When Cheng Ming was studying the cost of the drugs, Wen Yilin made an emergency call and asked Cheng Ming to come to the company to discuss the company’s future development strategy.

He had no choice but to put aside his research on the prescription, take the herbs he had just prepared and drive to the company.

”Boss, a distributor just came over and asked us to give them the distribution rights of our medicines.”

It is common practice for pharmaceutical companies to hand over the drugs they produce to pharmaceutical distribution companies for sale.

After all, the power of a company is limited.

The country is so big that it is impossible for a company to sell medicines across the country, or even the world, on its own.

”What company is it and how strong is it?”

”Jinhe Pharmaceutical, their strength can only be described as average.”

”So which region do they want agency rights for?”

”All Dragon Kingdom.”

You have average strength but want the agency rights for the entire Dragon Kingdom?
Cheng Ming was silent.

Actually, it’s not impossible. It just depends on how much money the other party wants.

”What do they say about the commission?”

”Five points.”

Cheng Ming was stunned and said coldly: ”Let them go.”

They are not strong, but they want such a high commission? They are so shameless!
The gross profit margin in the pharmaceutical industry is generally very low. Generally, a company’s gross profit margin of ten points is considered high. Now a small company dares to ask for five points. Doesn’t that mean that half of the profits will be given to you?
Or it’s a liver cancer specific drug that has no shortage of sales!

Distributors only provide a channel. You don’t even need to hire medical representatives. You can start selling immediately, and the sales will definitely be hot!
Cheng Ming would rather sell it himself than agree to such a plan.

”How dare they bring that up?” Cheng Ming asked.

Wen Yilin smiled bitterly and said, ”The largest distribution company in Haicheng is Huaming Pharmaceutical, but now...”

After what just happened, will Yinhai still cooperate with Huaming?

Even if Hua Ming came to ask for cooperation with flattering attitude, Cheng Ming would never trust them.

For so many years, Huaming has been the only dominant company in the pharmaceutical industry, and other companies have been completely unable to develop. Even if there are one or two companies that show signs of development, they will be crushed by Huaming’s huge chariot and die in the womb.

That’s why there is such a situation where young people are not connected.

Wen Yilin asked tentatively: ”Do you want to go find Hua Ming?” Cheng Ming shook his head.

That’s impossible.

How could the two sides cooperate when they have such a huge hatred for each other? Cheng Ming would rather sell it himself and grow bigger slowly.

By cooperating with Huaming, Yinhai will definitely soar to the sky and may even become the second largest pharmaceutical company in Haicheng!
”If we don’t cooperate with Huaming, we will inevitably be squeezed out by Huaming, and it will be difficult for us to develop.” Wen Yilin was a little worried.

The two were talking.

An employee outside shouted, ”Boss Wen, the drug administration is conducting a surprise inspection at the factory! We have to stop production for half a day today!”

”how come?”

Generally speaking, the drug administration is considered diligent if it conducts inspections once or twice a year.

I just came here last month, how come I’m here again so soon?
Despite her doubts, Wen Yilin rushed to the pharmaceutical factory with Cheng Ming.

The drug regulatory authority is equivalent to the immediate superior of pharmaceutical companies. People who run pharmaceutical companies can only be grandsons in front of the drug regulatory authority and must not offend it.

Sure enough, I saw several drug supervision staff walking back and forth in the factory, checking the factory’s equipment and sanitary conditions.

Wen Yilin stepped forward and ran back and forth with the inspectors.

”Your sanitary conditions are not up to standard. Please make corrections!” said a drug inspector, pointing to a corner.

Cheng Ming looked and found that there was only some medicine residue there.

But this area is just behind an unimportant door. Is it necessary to be so picky?

”Of course, of course, we’ll make the corrections immediately.” Chen Yong said.

After pointing out a few minor problems, the drug inspector left in a high-handed manner.

Before leaving, they asked Yinhai to correct the several minor problems they had pointed out before and come back for inspection in a few days.

Wen Yilin was shocked at that time.

Still coming?
Is Yinhai Pharmaceutical yours? Why do you come here so often?
But there was no other way, Chen Yong could only order the workers to suspend production and clean the factory inside and out.

Inside the office.

Wen Yilin looked suspicious. She asked Cheng Ming, ”Boss, do you think they come more frequently?”

”And the requirements are very strict, much stricter than the pharmaceutical company I worked for before.”

”Indeed.” Cheng Ming said.

”That’s because they are deliberately making things difficult for us,” Wen Yilin said.

As for why the drug administration made things difficult for Yinhai Pharmaceutical.

Cheng Ming actually understood it without having to say anything.

The reason is probably related to Huaming Pharmaceutical.

Just imagine, Huaming has been operating in Haicheng for many years and is a pharmaceutical group worth tens of billions of dollars. Cheng Ming doesn’t believe that they have no connection with the drug supervision.

Therefore, it is highly likely that the drug administration is making things difficult for Yinhai because of Huaming.

Hua Ming’s revenge has come.

Should we disgust them even if we can’t get what they want?

Cheng Ming chuckled.

”Sister Wen, who is the boss of Huaming?”

”The Hua family is the largest shareholder of Huaming Group and also holds the decision-making power of Huaming. The person in charge is Hua Zhengyuan, the chairman and CEO. He has the final say over the entire Huaming Group.”

Cheng Ming nodded.

”Sister Wen, do you think Hua Ming can make it this time?”

The case of buying and selling formula to kill and silence witnesses is still very popular, and netizens are still criticizing and boycotting Hua Ming online.

Huaming’s stock price is getting lower day by day.

It wouldn’t be strange if my hips broke because of this.

”It should be possible.” Wen Yilin said, ”Although Huaming has suffered a heavy loss this time, as long as its foundation is not damaged, it is still the number one pharmaceutical company in Haicheng.”

”fundamental?”

”Huaming’s foundation is the leukemia targeted drug Gleevec. Huaaming got started by licensing this drug. At the beginning, Haicheng had three major pharmaceutical groups. Huaaming won the authorized production rights of Gleevec, a foreign drug, and then it gradually developed and expanded, and eventually squeezed out the other two groups.”
