I reported you for selling fake medicine. If I stop selling it, why are you crying?

Chapter 44 Part 1 We Must Seek JusticeChapter 44: We Must Seek Justice
Wu Xingyue is a journalist.

She recently contacted Yinhai Pharmaceuticals and requested an interview with their boss Cheng Ming.

But Cheng Ming doesn’t like being interviewed and has rejected all media interviews.

Many media outlets gave up.

Only Wu Xingyue insisted on sending an invitation to Yinhai Pharmaceutical, because she believed that Cheng Ming, a person who had recently created a lot of topics on the Haicheng local network, had considerable popularity on the Internet.

After Huaming Pharmaceutical’s new drug was launched the day before yesterday, Yinhai Pharmaceutical was also pushed to the forefront.

It would be a huge benefit to her and her media if she could interview him.

That day she came to Yinhai Pharmaceutical again to request an interview with Cheng Ming, thinking that she would be rejected as usual.

Unexpectedly, the girl at the front desk of Yinhai Pharmaceutical told her that Cheng Ming agreed to be interviewed!
Wu Xingyue was very excited.

The interview was arranged in the reception room of Yinhai Pharmaceutical.

In the reception room.

Wu Xingyue had been sitting here waiting for a long time when Cheng Ming walked in.

After greeting each other, they got straight to the point.

”Mr. Cheng, recently some people on the Internet said that Yinhai Pharmaceutical’s liver cancer special medicine formula is a copy of Huaming Pharmaceutical. What do you think about this?”

Wu Xingyue asked a very explosive question right from the start.

Cheng Ming seemed to have expected this and acted calmly: ”This is not true.”

”Then how do you explain that your formulas are exactly the same? And the patent for the formula is in the hands of Huaming Pharmaceutical. This means that Huaming Pharmaceutical applied for the patent first, right?” Wu Xingyue said.

Cheng Ming smiled and said, ”Just because the formula is exactly the same doesn’t mean we copied it, and just because they have the patent for the formula doesn’t mean they are the inventors. Also, our medicine is absolutely the best in the world, the only one of its kind in the world, and the efficacy speaks for itself.”

”You mean, you are the inventor of the formula, and Huaming Pharmaceutical is a copycat? Is Yinhai Pharmaceutical’s efficacy better than Huaming’s?”

”Yes.” Cheng Ming admitted directly.

Wu Xingyue’s eyes glowed with increasing excitement.

The people of Long country would not say too much and would usually leave some room for maneuver. However, Cheng Ming’s words at this time were almost equivalent to accusing Huaming Pharmaceutical to its face, saying that the thief was crying ”stop thief” and had stolen his formula.

The contradictions and conflicts are at their maximum!
In Wu Xingyue’s opinion, what Cheng Ming said might not be true.

However, this kind of speech full of contradictions and confrontations is undoubtedly very topical and has explosive points. Once it is released, it will definitely become a big hit.

Huge benefits to her and the media she works for!

Today’s trip was really worthwhile.

Wu Xingyue then asked Cheng Ming some more detailed questions, but overall Cheng Ming’s opinion did not change at all.

An hour later, the interview ended.

Wu Xingyue left in a hurry.

Almost that evening.

Cheng Ming’s interview video was posted online, and the news immediately caused an uproar online.

Especially in Haicheng local network, countless netizens were extremely angry and they all criticized Cheng Ming under the video of this media.

[Okay, okay, the thief is crying ”stop thief”, right? ]

[Lying so blatantly in front of the media? ]

[Who would believe this? ]

[Aren’t you supposed to issue prescriptions? Why is the patent in the hands of Huaming Pharmaceutical? ]

[Don’t you know what your major is? Have you studied Chinese medicine? Just say that you invented the formula! ]

[Treating everyone as fools? ]

【Stupid! 】

[You still say that their medicine is not as effective as yours. How can you brag so much? Did you watch their launch ceremony? ]

[All ten patients’ symptoms were relieved. How can you explain this? Can your Yinhai medicine do this?]

[The drug from his own pharmaceutical factory has not even been produced yet, but he is bragging about it. Could it be that he wants to use the popularity of Huaming Pharmaceutical to hype up his own reputation? ]

[I think what you said above is right! It is probably like this! ]

[These idiots who are trying to get attention are really disgusting! 】

This video has caused a big stir on the Internet. Countless people have forwarded it, and the popularity has continued to rise.

Many people tagged the official account of Huaming Pharmaceutical, asking Huaming Pharmaceutical to come out and confront Yinhai Pharmaceutical.

Huaming Pharmaceutical was ”forced” to hold a press conference.

Chen Dongji, head of the R&D department, attended the press conference.

a reporter asked.

”Mr. Chen, do you know what Mr. Cheng from Yinhai Pharmaceutical said?”

”I have seen it.” Chen Dongji replied calmly.

”Isn’t Mr. Chen angry?”

”Why should I be angry?” Chen Dongji smiled.

In the live broadcast room of the press conference, netizens admired Mr. Chen’s magnanimity and praised him a lot.

[Look, this is the generosity of a large enterprise! How can a small factory compare? ]

[Comparing the two’s demeanor, Mr. Chen wins. ]

[You jump up and down, but people don’t take you seriously at all! ]

[A small factory is a small factory. Why are you so eager to discredit others? You have no sense of vision.]

”Mr. Chen, Cheng Ming said that Huaming’s medicine is a copy of theirs, and that the prescription is also theirs. He said that their medicine is more effective than Huaming’s. What do you think about this?” the reporter asked again.

Chen Dongji still seemed neither hurried nor slow.

”It is understandable that companies say their drugs are effective. After all, advertising is their freedom. I can only say that facts speak louder than words. During our launch ceremony, everyone saw how effective the drugs were for patients. I believe everyone saw it clearly.”

”but!”

His expression suddenly became serious.

”He said our formula was copied from theirs, which I strongly disagree with!”

”Our formula is the one our researchers worked on day and night for countless days and nights to finally develop. How can he take it all away with just one sentence?”

”If the formula is theirs, why did we get the patent first?”

”This is defamation of our Huaming Pharmaceutical! I will ask our company’s legal department to initiate legal proceedings and seek justice from Cheng Ming!”

Chen Dongji spoke righteously, and his voice became louder and louder, even the reporter who asked the question was a little scared.

But at this time, the live broadcast room was full of voices supporting him.

[Mr. Chen should be very good to researchers, right? Cheng Ming said the drug was more effective than Hua Ming’s, and Mr. Chen was not angry. ]

[But when Cheng Ming said Hua Ming was a knockoff, Mr. Chen got really angry! ]

【He is angry for the researchers! 】

[Such a leader is really a good leader! ]

[Will a team led by such a leader plagiarize and seize other people’s scientific research results? Anyway, I don’t believe it! ]

[The patent says it all! That Cheng Ming is just a piece of trash who spews shit all over his mouth! ]

[He intended to smear Hua Ming, but unfortunately he could not succeed! ]

[When the truth about the conflict between those patients and Cheng Ming came to light some time ago, I thought Cheng Ming was a good person, but now it seems that he is not a good person either! ]

[He and those patients are just biting each other. ]

【Support Mr. Chen! 】

[Sue Cheng Ming! We must bring this idiot down! ]

For a time, there was a one-sided situation on the Internet.

When talking about the conflict between Yinhai and Huaming, almost all netizens stood on the side of Huaming Pharmaceutical and supported Huaming Pharmaceutical to take legal action and sue Cheng Ming.

At this time, Hua Ming pretended to be magnanimous and sent a letter to Yinhai Pharmaceutical, which said: as long as Yinhai Pharmaceutical’s boss Cheng Ming apologized and stated that it was Yinhai that imitated Hua Ming, they would let bygones be bygones and would not take the matter to court.

Unexpectedly, the official account of Yinhai Pharmaceutical directly replied with two words: Get out!

For a moment, the entire Internet was angry.

They all angrily denounced the arrogant Cheng Ming and said they would make Cheng Ming pay the price no matter what!

Huaming Pharmaceutical was finally ”forced” to send a lawyer’s letter to Yinhai Pharmaceutical.
