Star Lord: Rob the alien race and you will get a hundred times the reward

Chapter 172 Dividing the Star ClusterChapter 172 Dividing the Star Cluster
When the Blue River Empire’s envoys conveyed the information that Xinghai Territory was preparing to establish a country back to the front-line fleet, Shangguan Dongge and Chen Huixiang stared at each other, not knowing how to start the conversation for a long time.

”Hiss!” Shangguan Dongge rubbed his face and said with disbelief, ”Is Xinghai Territory trying to take root next to our empire?”

”Who gave them the courage to establish a country with only a few galaxies? Do they think they are great just because they have some rules and technology?”

”Old Chen, hasn’t the Human Union sent back any intelligence about the Xinghai Territory yet?”

Chen Huixiang shook his head: ”The Human Union is busy preparing for war. Our people do not have the relevant investigation authority. We can only wait for the information from those high-ranking officials. But such a small matter is obviously not a priority.”

”However, I did hear something rather outrageous about your family. Since there is no record and it is only passed down by word of mouth, I initially thought it was just bragging. But now that I compare what they said, I actually suspect that what they said might be true!”

Shangguan Dongge looked at him in confusion. Information obtained from my family? How come I don’t know it?
”Do you remember your cousin who was called the butcher?” Chen Huixiang asked.

”Are you talking about Shangguan Xi? Wasn’t she exiled to the Sixth War Zone? It is said that she was promoted to the seventh-level psychic master, and then was recruited by the advance battalion as a team leader.” Shangguan Dongge certainly knew about his distant cousin. For the women in the family, she was a real idol.

Born into a branch of the Shangguan family, he was self-taught and was admitted to the Imperial Northern Military Academy. He graduated with the top ranking in his grade and was specially authorized to join the Imperial Guard Fleet and become the commander of the patrol fleet.

Within three years of taking office, he cleared out all the interstellar pirates in his star field, and was promoted to lieutenant colonel commander due to his numerous military exploits. However, the powerful people whose interests were affected took action and demoted him to the Kovadi galaxy, where pirates were most rampant, as the deputy divisional commander of the Guard Fleet, in the hope of using the pirate forces to kill him.

But in the end, relying on the two or three big cats and small cats in their hands, as well as a large number of branch fleets of the traitors, they defeated the interstellar pirates and at one point wiped out the interstellar pirates in their administrative star field.

This made the powerful people behind the interstellar pirates furious, but she was a member of the Shangguan family after all. At this time, Shangguan Xi had strong command ability and personal strength, and also received support from the family’s resources. They had no way of openly breaking the rules against her, so they could only use her inhumane execution method to dismiss and investigate her.

In the end, it was Prince Duan, who was in charge of the Imperial Guards, who protected him and recruited him in the name of the Guards to serve as the commander of the squadron.

This result would have been pretty good, but Shangguan Xi did something weird again. He took his fleet to Paradise Island in the name of training and raided this pirate paradise, where the rich and powerful dealt with stolen goods.

In the second world, the most famous pirate king Duanmu Yiyong was accidentally blocked. After a fierce battle, the planet where the Interstellar Alliance was located was almost destroyed. After being captured, he was sent to the Sixth War Zone as cannon fodder.

Who would have thought that not only did she not die, but she was actually promoted to a seventh-level psychic master, and was specially allowed to join the advance camp and have a formal organization in the Human Union. It was truly a sudden success.

”What’s wrong with her?” Shangguan Dongge asked puzzledly.

”She’s back. According to my friend, she mentioned that she encountered a pioneering territory in the Sixth War Zone, and its name was Xinghai Territory.” Chen Huixiang said, ”It took only more than 20 years for this territory to become the strongest pioneering lord in the star field. Even the Sixth War Zone of the Human Alliance was able to survive the full-scale war because of their lord. He has millions of legions under his command, and in just a few months, he fought against the intelligent civilization with tens of millions of legions.”

”You are talking to me about movies here? Which company made it?” Shangguan Dongge didn’t believe it at all. With such strong strength, shouldn’t the Human Union have pushed the other party to establish a country long ago? It was nonsense to let them develop the star field and cause trouble.

Chen Huixiang said speechlessly: ”That’s why I said before that I didn’t believe it either, but I compared it with your cousin’s description of the Xinghai Territory and found that the Xinghai Territory in front of us is really similar!”

”Can you contact your cousin and ask her to see if it is the Xinghai Territory?”

Shangguan Dongge was a little confused for a moment when he saw Chen Huixiang was so serious. Brother, you make me confused. How can there be such a strong pioneer lord? If you really have such strong strength, you are pretending like a grandson now. You are even more of a grandson than the one who proposed the invasion!
After thinking about it, I decided to ask my cousin for safety’s sake. If they really have a strength comparable to the Sixth War Zone of the Human Alliance, then the strategy for the Star Sea Territory will naturally have to change, and I have to notify the cabinet immediately.

Shangguan Xi, who was far away on the capital star of the Blue River Empire, received a call from his cousin whom he had not contacted for decades. After a brief greeting, Shangguan Dongge asked his own questions.

Shangguan Xi took a look at the information and immediately confirmed that it was indeed the fleet from the Xinghai Territory.

”Where did you get this information?” Shangguan Xi’s eyes sparkled. She and the Xinghai Territory had a very close relationship. They had assisted each other in battles several times when they met, and had also relied on each other to survive the full-scale war.

Shangguan Dongge felt something was wrong when he saw the other party’s performance: ”Cousin, is this territory really expanding into the Star Sea Territory outside the Star Region? Are they really as powerful as the legend says?”

Shangguan Xi nodded: ”More powerful than I know. Tell me where you got this fleet information from.”

”Just in the frontier star field that I am currently in charge of, a star cluster-level star field suddenly appeared. This fleet suddenly appeared, seized a conceptual-level spectacle building, and then prepared to establish a country. The company size is 6,000 legionaries and no biological legions were found.” Shangguan Dongge answered truthfully.

”A new star cluster? Tell me its location, we’ll be there soon.” Shangguan Xi said as psychic flames enveloped his entire body. He made a space jump and entered the spaceship parked five light-years away directly, heading towards Shangguan Dongge’s location.

Shangguan Dongge looked at his impetuous cousin and his heart suddenly skipped a beat. It seemed that this Xinghai territory was really not simple.

”Old Chen, report this to the Cabinet and the Command. I’m afraid the affairs of the Xinghai Territory are no longer something we can decide.”

Chen Huixiang nodded. If such a powerful neighbor really appeared, it would be hard to say whether it would be a good thing or a bad thing for the powerful people in the Blue River Empire.

Although large-scale civil wars rarely occur in human kingdoms, small-scale frictions or other forms of competition are normal. After all, conflicts need to be resolved.

Besides, the emergence of the Star Sea Territory is equivalent to blocking one direction of the Blue River Empire’s external expansion. Now that the Second World has disappeared and has been completely integrated into the universe, it is no longer possible to obtain more territory and resources through the Second World. The probability of the war spreading to the mainland has increased hundreds of times!
Shangguan Dongge’s change in attitude prompted the envoys’ group to change their attitude as well.

The original easy-going attitude suddenly changed into respect for his hometown. The contrast between the two made the foreign envoys’ scalps tingle.

This also led to the alien race, after some hesitation, deciding to hand over several galaxies to the Star Sea Territory in advance, while they withdrew their troops and defense equipment and established a more complete defense system in the galaxy more than 600,000 light-years away from the Star Sea Territory.

The war between the Blue River Empire Fleet and the Alien Combined Fleet also accelerated. This was a result that both sides had intended to promote. One wanted to annihilate the alien fleet as soon as possible to facilitate the possible orders within the empire. The other was rushing to end the war quickly, fully invest in territory development, speed up industrial construction, and prevent the Xinghai Territory from breaking the agreement and joining the war.

As a result, both sides fought with their brains splattered and blood flowing, but the Star Sea Territory was prosperous and full of vitality.

Commercial fleets from alien civilizations and the Blue River Empire rushed into the territory. Countless application products that were not covered by the Star Sea Territory were hit unprecedentedly. At the same time, the rich psychic products in the Star Sea Territory were also sold at a high price.

After all, the deformed business cannot be maintained for too long. The war between the two sides may end at any time, and at that time, one of these commercial fleets that also act as spies will inevitably withdraw.

The Xinghai Territory did not care about business matters at all. It planned a trading area, established patrol fleet routes, and stipulated trading details, but it didn’t care about anything else.

All efforts were made to develop the resources of the Xinghai galaxy. A large number of companies undertook the task of building living cities on immigrant planets. After a large number of orders were placed, the economy in the territory took off as expected.

There was no need for the ruling officials to issue immigration policies. Just these commercial companies took the initiative to lead a large number of people out of their comfort zones and went to various administrative planets to settle down and work. As the population increased, some smart people also rushed over to work in the service industry, attracting another group of people.

By the time the immigration policy was officially implemented a few months later, each of the first phase of developed planets would have a population ranging from hundreds of thousands to tens of millions living and working in each city.

On the planet, living cities are rising from the ground, space cities in space are lighting up, channel indicator lights are flashing, and civilian spacecraft are shuttling back and forth.

On each star, energy collection and conversion equipment orbits around the stars, providing sufficient fuel for civilian spacecraft.

Five months later, the war between the Blue River Empire and the alien alliance officially ended.

After all, the Blue River Empire was more skilled and, relying on its numerical advantage and high-level combat power, it launched powerful attacks time and time again and cooperated with its fleet to devour part of the alien alliance’s fleet.

The alien alliance, unable to bear the erosion, decided to go all out and run away together in order to avoid being destroyed by the Blue River Empire and to prevent the Star Sea Territory from taking advantage of the situation!

The territories of hundreds of galaxies were donated to the Star Sea Territory in clear text communications, allowing the Star Sea Territory to nominally obtain ownership of this newborn star cluster.

As a result of the aliens’ actions, the Blue River Empire fleet was unable to advance or retreat. After all, the information from the Empire Command basically confirmed what Shangguan Xi said, that this Star Sea Territory really had the ability to deploy millions of legions at any time, and could even mass-produce rule-level legions.

Shangguan Xi had already mixed into the commercial fleet and gone to the Xinghai Territory, and had passed back a lot of valuable information to the Blue River Empire.

For this reason, the Cabinet of the Blue River Empire, with the idea that less trouble is worse than more, told the Imperial Fleet not to provoke the other side and to just guard the border.

Shangguan Dongge, who did not receive the order to develop, watched as he suffered heavy losses after fighting for a long time. The star cluster he had fought so hard to conquer was nominally taken over by the Xinghai Territory, and he did not even dare to snatch it!

Liu Wen looked at the information passed back by the intelligence department and had some understanding of the unusual behavior of the Blue River Empire fleet.

I looked at the rewards given to students by the golden finger and felt very happy.

The decision made by the alien race to sow discord between the two sides is still considered robbery in the judgment of the Golden Finger, and because hundreds of galaxies were robbed at one time, the reward given is very generous, so generous that the territory will not lack scientific and technological materials for learning for hundreds of years.

As time gradually approached the scheduled date, there was joy everywhere in the territory.

At the same time, the construction in a certain direction within the territory is gradually coming to an end, the defense system has been initially established, and the economic cycle of the immigrant planet has also been completed.

The sixth cosmic era, the 18,741st year, the first day of the first month, everything goes well!
On the capital star of the Xinghai Galaxy, all the leaders headed by Liu Wen were present, shrouded in psychic flames and suspended above the stellar megastructure, facing the millions of civilian spacecraft that came to attend the founding ceremony.

Around the capital star, dozens of mobile war stars accompanied by patrol fleets are orbiting the capital star system, and dozens of legions are guarding the capital star in layers.

”My Lord, it’s almost time!” Shirley reminded.

”Okay.” Liu Wen took a deep breath and said to the tens of billions of people: ”People of Xinghai Territory, today, we have gone through a total war, survived the intelligent machines, and defeated all the enemies that stood in our way!”

”Today, the Xinghai Federation is officially established!”

As the mind waves spread the words throughout the starry sky, hundreds of billions of people cheered and the mind waves roared excitedly!

It was then that Liu Wencai symbolically submitted an application for founding a nation to the Human Union. A few seconds later, hundreds of Human Union’s specially made spacecraft descended into the void from the space interlayer.

Thousands of high-level psychics, with psychic flames surging, holding various ceremonial objects in their hands, came to Liu Wen under the leadership of three saints and handed him the license for founding a nation issued by the Human Union.

A seal representing the ruling power, a tiger talisman representing the military power, and corresponding ceremonial objects were handed over to Liu Wen one by one.

”On behalf of the Human Federation, I congratulate the establishment of the Star Sea Federation!” The saint smiled and transmitted his mental fluctuations.

”Thanks for the blessing of the Human Union. The Star Sea Federation will surely support human civilization and fight for the eternity of human civilization!” Liu Wen’s attire transformed into the formal dress of the Federation’s ruler in the flames, a black robe!
