Star Lord: Rob the alien race and you will get a hundred times the reward

Chapter 166: Reshaping the Pan-Human Will CollectiveChapter 166: Reshaping the Pan-Human Will Collective
The series of dramatic changes made Liu Wen a little overwhelmed for a moment. He stared blankly at the information feedback that quickly flashed on the projection, not knowing what to do.

”Boss, our small universe is running away from the main universe, and we can’t contact the second world. Neither the Human Union nor the Interstellar Alliance can do that.” The blue fat man looked anxious, not because of the problem of communication being cut off, but because the territory was lost. Several galaxy territories that had been reserved for building a country were gone!

Jack frowned and said nothing. He quickly looked at the intelligence he had collected and said, ”Send an unmanned reconnaissance ship to immediately radiate and drop detectors into the surrounding star fields.”

After receiving Jack’s order, the intelligence department subconsciously acted according to the order. A large number of unmanned reconnaissance ships were released, and they moved forward along the azimuth curvature of the star system collected by the optical radar.

”Boss, I have contacted the little foxes and the others. Everything is normal in the main universe, but there have been abnormal changes in the second world. Many galaxies and subspaces have suddenly appeared in the main universe, and the second world has completely lost contact. It is very likely that the space barrier has been broken and merged into the main universe.” The blue fat man said with a little doubt.

Liu Wen was even more puzzled. How could the second world suddenly merge into the main universe?

The universe has a total diameter of more than one trillion light years and is artificially divided into two parts by the Interstellar Alliance, forming an egg-shaped existence.

The main universe is located at the core of the universe and is surrounded and protected by the separated second world.

The size of the separated second world was originally not as large as the main universe, but as a connection with the outer wall of the universe, it absorbed the subspace outside the universe, dimensional space, chaotic energy and other messy matters. Therefore, it continued to absorb and devour massive amounts of matter and grew and expanded autonomously, so that its own mass continued to increase, and the space became more and more vast.

Since the establishment of the Second World more than 10,000 years ago, the main universe has developed safely, and the Second World has become a resource supply base and a strategic buffer zone.

All the fighting and disputes remained in the Second World. Now that the Second World is gone and integrated into the main universe, it means that the strategic buffer is gone. The main universe can no longer develop peacefully and needs to develop in the face of interference and disputes from external forces such as the subspace dimension space that descended from outside the universe.

Resource collection efficiency is reduced, troop maintenance is increased, territory economic policies are adjusted, and the overall structure is adjusted.

A series of major changes mean that the universe will no longer be peaceful. There may not be wars between civilizations for territory or resources, but frictions such as some large local conflicts are inevitable.

For a civilization of the size of humanity, so-called local frictions will involve the lives of hundreds of millions of people and will inevitably be accompanied by the baptism of blood and fire.

Liu Wen pondered in silence, looking at the message conveyed by the golden finger. The pan-human will collective and the defeated will collective merged, or in other words, the defeated human will collective used itself as energy to ignite the pan-human will collective sub-body, allowing it to truly grow and sprout.

The collective body of pan-human will is now thriving under the spiritual will of billions of humans in the starry sea. He can clearly feel the cheering consciousness of the collective body of will, which is like the thunderous cheers of the cracked earth madly absorbing the nutrients from the rain in a rainstorm.

”How can I be capable of steering the ship that steers the progress of human civilization? I can’t even manage the Star Sea Territory!”

Liu Wen sighed secretly, he just wanted to use the golden finger to rob and develop a human kingdom, and survive an immortal life, how could it have come to such a big concept as taking charge of human civilization?

As time passed, when Liu Wen drove the small universe back to the Shangxia Republic area and reunited with Little Fox and others, complete information about the second world also appeared on his desk. The only regret was that this information was not obtained by his own territory’s intelligence department, nor was it sent by the Human Union, but came from the collective of pan-human will.

After it absorbed the scattered spiritual will of mankind and grew, all the intelligence within the human territory was recorded in detail, allowing Liu Wen to review it at will. If he wanted, he could even execute sentencing based on the personal criminal records recorded by the pan-human will, and flexibly sentence the other party according to the existing laws and regulations of mankind. Moreover, the pan-human will executes the sentence on the other party without the other party’s knowledge, which even includes those conceptual-level endless psychic saints.

Although he cannot be said to have the power of life and death over human beings, with this existing authority, he is the only one who has all the law enforcement powers over human beings before other humans obtain the authority of the lord of pan-human will.

Second to none, and above millions of people!
The authority of the emperor of the empire is not even a fraction of his. After all, the emperor of the empire also has constraints and is only in charge of a certain country, while he is in charge of the entire human civilization.

Now he finally understood what the existence of the so-called pan-human will collective was all about.

The collective will formed by the collection of all scattered spiritual wills of human beings, its consciousness represents the common thoughts of all human beings, whether they are subjective or passive will.

When most humans think that the human leadership is doing something wrong in a certain aspect, the pan-human will will be mobilized to intervene, and Liu Wen, who has obtained authority, is equivalent to its agent.

After all, the pan-human will itself has no autonomous consciousness, it only reflects the will of the majority of humans. When this will changes, it means that a certain aspect of humanity needs to change, and it must be in line with the will of most humans.

For example, now, because of the changes in the second world, hundreds of millions of human beings feel uneasy and panic, and are confused about the future. After this is fed back to the pan-human will, the human upper echelons are needed to provide protection for ordinary humans.

It involves the military, economy, life, and all aspects.

Liu Wen did not give it too much thought. Pan-human authority is authority, but can he really use that authority to command the existing human management system?
Would you rather ride in a convertible or a dirt plane?

Who are you and what strength do you have to dare to interfere with their management under the banner of human civilization? How can you do this without knowing your own abilities?

Liu Wen began to investigate the reasons for the changes in the Second World. The data formed after the pan-human will obtained intelligence from human consciousness showed that the changes in the Second World were not actively changed by the Interstellar Alliance itself.

Liu Wen indeed believed this point. After all, the Second World was originally established by the Interstellar Alliance to provide itself with a strategic buffer zone. How could it be cancelled suddenly?

The data mentioned that according to the information passed back by human parliamentarians in the Interstellar Alliance, the main reason for the changes was caused by old acquaintances in the universe, the forces of the abyss. They bewitched some of the member civilizations of the Interstellar Alliance, and with the help of both inside and outside forces, they broke the world barrier and integrated the universe back into one.

The Interstellar Alliance had no idea about this matter and its reaction was extremely slow, which made many member civilizations dissatisfied, but few dared to show it. After all, the Interstellar Alliance claimed to be a union of all cosmic civilizations, but in fact it was just an office of a few dominant civilizations.

Use it when needed, and let it run according to the rules when not needed. Anyway, as long as these dominant civilizations are still there, the Interstellar Alliance will be eternal. Liu Wen was quite surprised when he saw the data. This time, the Abyss was very shrewd. Several dominant civilizations suffered heavy losses, and nearly four digits of psychic saints died, including nearly three digits of immortal psychic saints.

Although the fall of these saints would not cause serious damage to a powerful dominant civilization, it was still not pleasant. After all, cultivating saints was not easy and depended purely on luck.

Moreover, for them, the humiliation they suffered this time was more serious than the death of a saint in battle.

After all, saints are a renewable resource, and the face of civilization is far more valuable than saints.

In order to fight back against the forces of the Abyss, these dominant civilizations convened an Interstellar Alliance Conference, preparing to mobilize manpower to launch a retaliatory counterattack against the forces of the Abyss.

Liu Wen, who had already come into contact with the Abyss Forces, was not optimistic about this. If the cosmic civilization could defeat the Abyss Forces, why would they still be fighting after so many eras? These dominant civilizations were only built on the legacy of the last era, inheriting part of the legacy, and had not yet led the cosmic civilization to the heyday of the last era. What could they use to go to war with the other side?

He shook his head and continued reading, and ended up seeing information that made him freak out.

”In view of the turbulent situation, it is urgent to integrate the military forces of all countries of human civilization to prepare for unexpected events. Under the decision to integrate the Second World into the territory, it is decided to temporarily break the division of all human countries and private territories, and bring them all under the unified management and deployment of the Human Union.”

”Damn it, they are digging up their own roots!”

Immediately afterwards, Liu Wen saw the will feedback about human unification specially marked by the pan-human will.

The vast majority of these countries do not agree with the Human Union’s proposal. The existing human kingdoms were a situation deliberately created because of the accelerated internal corruption after the previous unification. With the numerous human kingdoms rising and falling, there are always some human kingdoms that can take up the banner of human civilization and fight for the future of human civilization.

But once unified again, it is hard to say when the previous corruption will reappear. Not to mention the situation where the intelligent center acts as a regulator. It is impossible for humans to hand over all management authority to the intelligent center. The final authority over fleets, production, planetary defense, etc. will definitely be in the hands of humans, and there will inevitably be multiple backup means to manually shut down or start up the intelligent center in the event of rebellion or failure.

Once the humans who hold these powers become corrupt, the intelligent center will be unable to stop them, and will not even be able to provide feedback upwards because they do not have the authority.

”Once the unification begins now, what exactly am I? Will the Human Union accept my presence? Or will the Human Union be willing to have a pan-human will over its head to supervise it?”

Liu Wen couldn’t think of an answer, but he also knew that now was not the time to implement unification. The human territory was too large, covering half of the territory of a supercluster. There were many subspaces in dozens of human countries, and there were also a large number of people living and reproducing in them.

Once the unified decision of the Human Union is announced, there is a high possibility of unrest within human civilization due to the unwillingness of various human countries to go back to the old path and the instigation of those who are secretly plotting and do not want to lose power.

Once unrest occurs, when many forces are mixed together, the affected area will be very large and the population affected will be impossible to count.

Once unrest occurs, it will take a long time to completely calm it down and make all human beings recognize the unified fact. Wasting time in this unrest will make human civilization lose the development opportunity in the feast of integrating the second world into the main universe.

One wrong step will lead to all wrong steps; one slow step will lead to all slow steps.

The surrounding alien civilizations are watching covetously, and there are also abyss forces lurking outside to cause trouble.

How could humans have so much time to deal with internal affairs? Believe it or not, once civil unrest breaks out, these alien races that have grudges against humans will immediately form an alliance to start a new all-out war. Once the war is fought, no matter whether humans win or lose, they will lose more resources and population.

After thinking about it, Liu Wen passed on the idea of maintaining the current situation through the pan-human will, and at the same time verified what exactly needs to be done to implement the pan-human will.

From the pan-human will, Liu Wen saw a lot of information that he had not been able to see before, and he also had a rough model of the division of interstellar forces in the universe.

After some thought, he decided to gather his men first and not get involved in the conflicts between human kingdoms for the time being. He drove the small universe around in the human territory, exploring the many galaxies and subspace civilizations that appeared after the integration of the second world.

The universe is vast and boundless, and the small universe soars freely in the space layer. This period of time is also a rare time of stable development for the Star Sea Territory.

After the war ended inexplicably, the two industrial zones returned to normal production, giving priority to restoring the formations of the Star Fleet and the Galaxy Fleet.

The production and research and development of regular warships are also proceeding in an orderly manner.

After the inventory is replenished, the production of various special operations weapons will be stopped, waiting for the subsequent research and development results. After the upgrade, the production line will be optimized and production will continue.

”Boss, so far, our intelligence department still hasn’t found the location of the 106th star system, and we can’t even contact the wonder building.”

The little fox pulled his ears and reported to Liu Wenbao: ”We did contact another breeding star field and determined its coordinates, but the result is not good. An alien civilization has already approached it, and many civilizations have fought each other to obtain the hatchery technology. The stars that had already been drained of a lot of energy exploded in the war, and several galaxies were almost destroyed.”

”Forget about that. The energy of the galaxy’s stars has been drained. There’s no point in taking them back. Just pass the self-destruct command over and destroy the hatchery.”

Liu Wen ordered: ”Increase the intensity of the investigation, we must find the wonder building back!”
